Dialpad AI Meetings

Pros: Nothing, technology was clunky and didn't work. Account management is a distaster. The call reporting was not good. There is a lag when you would make calls and customers would hang up. Cost us thousands of dollars in our outbound sales department.

Cons: Their account management is horrible, we ended contract properly and they still can't figure out. We have been asking for a refund for 6+ months for fees they took out post cancellation. Do not do business with them. Nothing seems to get them to care.

Pros: I liked the overall feel of the platform and user interface - it's easy to use and works reliably most of the time.

Cons: Since the needed use consisted of multiple outbound leads calling, I wish it would offer more efficient predictive dialing.

Pros: I like how I'm able to see the call being transcribed in real time. It really makes a difference being able to look back at what the caller was saying.

Cons: Doing conference calls is difficult at times. I would like to see more people added to the quick search when transferring calls to VM.

Pros: This product is great for folks who need conference calls. I am often involved in calls where the attorneys have to conference and then call the Court. I just circulate the call-in number and then add in the Court through the website once everyone is on the line.

Cons: The only issue is that you cannot hear what is going on when you dial out from the computer so I just assume no one answered if no one joins the call after so long.

Pros: Nice software to for connection with customers. Security on a high level. It's nice to be able have a phone call records what should transfer you to transcript, summarising, key word and investigation question. Good to be able record greeting and schedule your business hours and auto voice massage

Cons: Sime time it has some issue with connection. When try to call you do not listen your customers and need restart Dialpad

Pros: With this product, handling business meetings is easy and the software is very secure. It makes both communication and also team collaborations a breeze.

Cons: It has not disappointed us yet. It always delivered.

Cons: Even though Dialpad AI Meetings lack some features available on alternative software - I still like it.

Pros: We used Dialpad Meetings when it was Uber Conference. There were way fewer glitches before it joined the Dialpad family of products!

Cons: The service is inconsistent and glitchy. We spend too much time troubleshooting when we should be meeting.

Pros: I have been Using Dialpad and Dialpad Meetings for a little over a year now. Must say. getting used to new change is always challenging. Specially when experiencing glitches here and there. However, Dialpad has been making the effort to be the best they can be. Incredible new updates have been added along the way.

Cons: The Glitches and Crash I would Experience on the Mobile Devices while being in a meeting. Very Slow at one point.

Pros: What I like about this tool is the number of functions that with advances in AI make it one of the best, it allows quality conferences with the assistance of chat bots, it also allows you to share files without changing the quality, waiting queues and many more. ma video and audio functions that are usually necessary in this type of system

Cons: There are no functions in this tool that I consider should be improved or in which functions are bad, the functions are oriented to business integration processes and it is quite good

Pros: Something that I really like about this tool is how quickly it can be implemented in the company, this is because it has a simple registration, and its audio quality is excellent, talking about calls is talking about mobility and this tool knows very well that alternative systems are needed to communicate if they are not in the workplace

Cons: It is a tool that does not usually have major drawbacks and if they do have them, they have constant advice, so there are no negative characteristics of it.

Pros: The fact that you get up to 30 minutes for free and that they automatically email a copy of the call for your records within a few minutes of the call ending.

Cons: I had a problem with the system once when I was trying to meet with a client. It was frustrating. But it only happened once - as far as I can remember.

Pros: This system has understood that the new professions do not require a physical presence, but more efficient and reliable communications, it is a good tool that through videos and sending files in real time, many of the business relationships are carried out without problems. you can even share screens to see what your partner is doing with great ease

Cons: I have no problems, I can send Excel documents, as files or images even while I am in meetings, it is simply a good communication alternative available to everyone

Pros: We have use this in the past it is a great form of online meetings for the times when you want to meet up for a meeting but you all can’t get there by car you can use this feature to meet online and it works great

Cons: When thinking about this I cannot think of any cons to say right now this is a good experience using this product

Pros: We like that Dialpad allows for future and recurring scheduling.

Cons: The online version of Dialpad is a bit unstable, especially if you are using a secure browser.

Pros: Nothing to download. It works great in the browser. I like getting the report on how long each member spoke.

Cons: Sometimes people have a hard time getting on. I can’t understand that I never have a problem.
