It may be the worst company I have dealt with. I have been managing business systems as an executive for 20+ years and I am not sure I have ever had as bad of an experience. The software did not work as designed, they kept claiming things would change. We ended our contract in writing, within terms, they continued to collect money post term. We emailed and escalated to the team and they acknowledged they messed up but they cannot figure out a way to reimburse us. I even escalated this to their [sensitive content hidden] who never responded to me nor acknowledged my email. I would 100% look elsewhere for your phone and Meeting needs.
Pros: Nothing, technology was clunky and didn't work. Account management is a distaster. The call reporting was not good. There is a lag when you would make calls and customers would hang up. Cost us thousands of dollars in our outbound sales department.
Cons: Their account management is horrible, we ended contract properly and they still can't figure out. We have been asking for a refund for 6+ months for fees they took out post cancellation. Do not do business with them. Nothing seems to get them to care.

Overall, it's a reliable system, with limited downtime. It integrates well with other systems, such as Salesforce, and offers a comprehensive team chat option that beats other popular team chats.
Pros: I liked the overall feel of the platform and user interface - it's easy to use and works reliably most of the time.
Cons: Since the needed use consisted of multiple outbound leads calling, I wish it would offer more efficient predictive dialing.

Pros: I like how I'm able to see the call being transcribed in real time. It really makes a difference being able to look back at what the caller was saying.
Cons: Doing conference calls is difficult at times. I would like to see more people added to the quick search when transferring calls to VM.

Great. Having a dial-in number is convenient and simplifies things. I also like that you can log-in into the website and add numbers to call.
Pros: This product is great for folks who need conference calls. I am often involved in calls where the attorneys have to conference and then call the Court. I just circulate the call-in number and then add in the Court through the website once everyone is on the line.
Cons: The only issue is that you cannot hear what is going on when you dial out from the computer so I just assume no one answered if no one joins the call after so long.

In general my experience with Dialpad is positive. I like it better than regular phone. There is a lot of option to help for better customer service
Pros: Nice software to for connection with customers. Security on a high level. It's nice to be able have a phone call records what should transfer you to transcript, summarising, key word and investigation question. Good to be able record greeting and schedule your business hours and auto voice massage
Cons: Sime time it has some issue with connection. When try to call you do not listen your customers and need restart Dialpad

Pros: I have been Using Dialpad and Dialpad Meetings for a little over a year now. Must say. getting used to new change is always challenging. Specially when experiencing glitches here and there. However, Dialpad has been making the effort to be the best they can be. Incredible new updates have been added along the way.
Cons: The Glitches and Crash I would Experience on the Mobile Devices while being in a meeting. Very Slow at one point.

Pros: The fact that you get up to 30 minutes for free and that they automatically email a copy of the call for your records within a few minutes of the call ending.
Cons: I had a problem with the system once when I was trying to meet with a client. It was frustrating. But it only happened once - as far as I can remember.

The recommendation is for industries that still consider that this type of system is only for customer service, it is much more than a communication system.
Pros: This system has understood that the new professions do not require a physical presence, but more efficient and reliable communications, it is a good tool that through videos and sending files in real time, many of the business relationships are carried out without problems. you can even share screens to see what your partner is doing with great ease
Cons: I have no problems, I can send Excel documents, as files or images even while I am in meetings, it is simply a good communication alternative available to everyone

We had a great experience with this where everybody could meet online and didn’t have to go anywhere specially when the weather is bad or if you have to work from home for any reason you can meet up without having to go to somewhere else to meet
Pros: We have use this in the past it is a great form of online meetings for the times when you want to meet up for a meeting but you all can’t get there by car you can use this feature to meet online and it works great
Cons: When thinking about this I cannot think of any cons to say right now this is a good experience using this product
