I liked how easy it is to start sharing content—just plug in the button or use the app, and you’re ready to present. It’s especially useful for hybrid meetings, as it integrates well with platforms like Zoom or Teams, helping remote and in-room participants collaborate smoothly. However, the experience isn’t always perfect. Sometimes there can be small delays in connecting or slight lag during screen sharing, and first-time users may need a bit of guidance. Despite that, once set up, it generally works reliably and improves the overall meeting flow.
Pros: I liked how easy it is to connect and start meetings without cables. The wireless sharing is very smooth and saves time. The video and audio quality are clear, which makes communication better. It works well with different devices, so everyone can join easily.
Cons: Connection delays – Sometimes it takes a few extra seconds to connect, especially when switching between users. Compatibility issues – Certain laptops or older operating systems may not connect smoothly. App dependency – Having to install or update the ClickShare app can be inconvenient for guests.

Pros: I like that understanding ClickShare Conference and using it effectively is easy It is an amazing solution for presentations and online meetings.
Cons: No serious challenges. ClickShare Conference is great.

Great platform for screen sharing, online meetings, collaboration and more.
Pros: A very easy to use and great software for presentations, online meetings from your laptop, iPhone, iPad etc.
Cons: Support and materials are there, but ClickShare could work on introducing very simple one-pagers that can be initially used and relayed to clients (I had to create such myself)

It helps us in our meetings, and gets the job done. Would like some more features.
Pros: Ease of use, you plug in a USB, click the button, and it starts sharing
Cons: It is laggy, even after button re-pairing, software/firmware update, antenna adjustment, etc

It's by far the best product out there in my opinion.
Pros: Ease of Use - Anyone can follow the simple instructions and connect.
Cons: The dongle needed. Having to use hardware with the software is a little inconvenient but definitely not a deal breaker.

Pros: Easy to use, secure, good UX. We looked at multiple options and decided that Clickshare was the best solution for our needs
Cons: It is the most expensive solution in this category. XMS is good but not as feature rich as we'd like.

95% of users have no issues at all and can conduct a meeting without IT support.
Pros: All the user needs to do is connect and push the button to project. Can't be any easier.
Cons: No issues with software or hardware. Easy to use.

Overall we are very please with ClickShare conference, I like an all in one tool for both sharing a screen and/or doing a video conference call.
Pros: That you can use it for both internal and external guests. Very easy for staff to utilize as well. It removes the need for wires in conference rooms as well.
Cons: Sometimes the window doesn't pop-up to open the install file so that can be clunky to navigate to you.

Pros: software codec - platform agnostic. Allow us to spec for a number of clients and accommodate conf. platform of their choice

Very promising, ultimately worked well. Frustrating experience with lack of documentation and Barco support product knowledge. Created tensions with client and lost a lot of money.
Pros: Easy set up and administration. Quick screen sharing.
Cons: No documentation that 1080p video cameras are not supported. Support did not know this either. Wasted many hours and thousands of dollars troubleshooting. Very frustrated client. Had to set QSC cameras to 720p to prevent Barco video from cutting out.

Pros: the ability to resync the base unit with receiver dongle
Cons: One has to go online to title the Clickshare screen to ones title name. Which can be some what difficult to change.

We like using the product. We have about 10 of them around campus. They get used very frequently.
Pros: I like that you can have multiple people share content even at the same time. We do a lot of collaboration work and it makes things a lot easier for us
Cons: Im not real big on the software you have to install on the machines. It would be nice if there was a way to auto load it instead of having to run the installer

So easy to use - whether it is our internal staff or guests.
Pros: Clickshare is the only software we found that will work on all our operating system platforms AND support our various USB devices (cameras, microphones, etc) deployed throughout our meeting rooms.
Cons: To fully integrate the system onto our network there was quite a bit of work involved. But this is to be expected of a system with a higher level of sophistication and feature set.

Excellent, able to tie in seamlessly with other periphersals, including webcams, soundbars, speaker phones and other accessories wirelessly
Pros: Easy to use, Clickshare conference has saved us allot of money as we no longer have to run as much cabling and or introduce the use of transmitters and receivers when completing a room retrofit leveraging the product.
Cons: 4K videos lagged a bit when sharing via laptop

Now I can help firms make the Streaming meetings more robust and collaborative and we can help clients offer a best-case experience whenever employees who are used to working at home come into the office and need a team workspace to recognize them and to make it a one-click as possible to step in to a meeting and to begin presenting.
Pros: Once it is presented by a professional from Barco and the client has driven it a couple of times it becomes a business necessity.
Cons: People have to stop and change direction and embrace this technology. This is not a problem for pioneers and early adopters. It is a problem for skeptics as usual for any new tech.

Pros: I love how with one click of a button, I can cast wirelessly from any device. This allows for ease in all of our meetings.
Cons: Some of our customers do have a little bit of a hard time getting the software set up so that they can cast from their own computers.

Haven’t use as much due to pandemic but tested it after installing it without much issue. User feedback is pending.
Pros: Compact, wireless and easy to use dongle
Cons: Software updates was an issue. Wireless connectivity was a bit of a challenge on iPhone but was manageable.

The product works and works well, it does what it says for the most part. I'm not saying it's not great, but I would say barco thinks it's better then it is
Cons: When we first purchased barco products there weren't many industrial options that made it so easy. Its seems the market is now flooded with great options and barco is 10x the price and haven't made any major improvements

I’m working in an environment where end users are not tied to one video conferencing solution. With the ClickShare anybody can utilize quality video & audio solutions to run their meetings. It’s reliable and works

Overall I am very happy and satisfied with this purchase and I do recommend it to friends and Colleagues.
Pros: I have been using ClickShare Conference for some months now and i can say that it was the best decision ever to switch to this product. Meetings are a breeze now. Best part is how easy and streamlined the connection process is. Also, it works really well with Cisco Webex and Microsoft Teams. A Happy and satisfied customer here.
Cons: Pricing is a little high compared to others in the market.

It's a really great tool for sharing and collaborating without the need to provide network credentials. Very seamless and intuitive. I highly recommend it.
Pros: Not having to give network access to users is the best part.
Cons: It's a little on the expensive side. Around $1,500.
