Pros: Responsive customer support! [sensitive content hidden] is the most helpful person on the planet.

Cons: Limited customization for unique situations. too difficult to get reports pulled

Pros: With the addition of AdminPlus.com, the system is easy to navigate and use. Making changes to the system takes less time than when we used AdminPlus Classic.

Cons: In AdminPlus.com not all the reports we use are integrated and the report forms don't work for us right now. The big issue is the custom report card that was created for us by Rediker hasn't been made available in AdminPlus.com. No APNotify in AdminPlus.com. We use Groups and it doesn't seem to be available in the AdminPlus app.

Pros: Ease to use. Convinient for thr admin. It is secure. Has a great student management.and easy in student and teacher management.

Cons: Sycnh in process i plan not to open the classic..and the adminplus.com is the easiest way to generate report

Pros: I love the upgrade that is available from the older "classic" version. Instead of the tedious logging in and going from place to place its all in one area and quick.

Cons: Waiting for what is to come. Im still waiting to see whats going to be done with report cards for our students each trimester. Not transcripts but report cards.

Pros: ease of function - upgraded apps for Admin and Parents - ability to get data in whatever format or listing needed by Admin

Cons: syncing with classic still has many snags - I know when .com is ready that will go away. Teacher App needs upgrades too

Pros: We have been with Admin Plus for more than 23 years. I like the flexibility of the fields and the Contact DB integration. The newer AdminPlus.com has wonderful custom features and is easy to use. The report-writing feature is coming along well and the import and export/Excel is very helpful to us. The Support staff have always been very helpful and quick to respond.

Cons: The Classic version was outdated, particularly with its Excel version, but the AdminPlus.com version appears to have taken feedback and improved it greatly.

Pros: Rediker AdminPlus has been a reliable, user‑friendly SIS for our district. It streamlines scheduling, attendance, and reporting, making daily operations smoother for staff.

Cons: User interface feels dated compared to newer SIS platforms. While functional, some screens and workflows could benefit from a more modern, streamlined design. The new design will not come fast enough.

Pros: The complete change to the UI. It's so much more intuitive and easier to use than before with the old school set up of it.

Cons: Just remembering all the buttons, but there is easy access to know which ones are necessary which is extremely helpful.

Pros: It contains everything we need for a large catholic school. There are so many features that we are using for different areas of the school.

Cons: Love the direction the program is headed with regards to adminplus.com. Eagerly waiting for all features from the Classic version to be available in the .com version.

Pros: Rediker has been a very good product for our schools - for all types of users. There have been some things we would like differently but since 2018/2019 it has worked well. We are especially liking the .com version.

Cons: different options for District Manager would be nice, more "marketing" features with Admissions, and some issues w Classic vs. .com

Pros: I like that I am able to have all the information I need about a student. I have worked with many programs, and this is the most efficient

Cons: I have no complains at all. everything I need is there at my fingertips, classes students personal and parents' information, so no there is nothing I like least, I love it all

Pros: I have been an AdminPlus user for 12 years, and it just keeps getting better with time! I have found that the customer service team is very responsive to questions and suggestions. The new adminplus.com is fantastic. It is user friendly, customizable for various users and an incredible tool well worth the money that we pay.

Cons: There is nothing that I "like least" about AdminPlus. With adminplus.com getting up and running, there are still some of the items that I would like to be use that are not yet available, however they provide regular updates and constant communication about what is coming up.

Pros: All of Rediker’s product line is priced to give you the best value for your money. Our school’s previous SIS was 25% more expensive annually and delivered half the product quality. As for AdminPlus, it is easy to use, and given the amount of data available (both preprogrammed and user-added), it is remarkable that they made it so easy to navigate. The layout is great, and there are options to customize, which is great given the overwhelming amount of information available.

Cons: I am unsure if this is a genuine “con,” but Rediker offers numerous data fields, some preprogrammed and others that the system allows you to add. The amount of data can be overwhelming at first. However, if you take the time and customize the data fields and screens as needed, it becomes manageable. If you are coming from the database side and are used to that, you may struggle a bit, as a few of the features are still only in the database. But, as they transition parts into AdminPlus, you need to be in the pure database side. Additionally, as they transition, each step is flawless, making AdminPlus even better to use.

Pros: The program is time saving, easy to use, customizable, affordable and is constantly being improved and updated.

Cons: A number of different logins to get to each of the portals (Admin Classic, Admin Plus, Plus Portals, Gradebook Manager, Online Forms, Admissions Plus) I am hopeful that Rediker will create one login site where you access a dashboard containing all of the applications we have subscribed to.

Pros: Moving to internet base platform in the future

In our daily operations, we manage numerous tasks that would have previously required multiple programs. With Administrator's Plus, we gain the ability to handle a wide range of processes efficiently, all within a secure and easily accessible platform.

Cons: One aspect worth noting, though, is occasional program lag, likely due to the substantial data processing involved. We anticipate updates and improvements in this regard to further enhance the user experience.

Pros: Multiple platform Integration, Continuous growth of the products, frequent updates, Effective customer support

Cons: Import of data needs more flexibility, Restrictions in certain reports needs to be fixed.

Pros: One of the most important characteristics is that its cloud solution allows you to manage everything related to the educational processes of an institution. It has been adopted for its ease of use, and has an Analytics module for strategic management that guides managers in growth based on decision-making with valuable information. With AdministrationPlus, we can schedule classes, manage attendance, update the web grade book, report cards, admissions, library and in general all the aspects that are used in the administrative procedures of a school.

Cons: AdministrationPlus can produce a functional structure that streamlines the organizational procedures of an Educational Institution, however its adoption may require an effort of time and important resources, until it is stabilized, it is therefore important to plan the process very well and develop a strategy, which It can vary depending on the type of institution and the internal processes it manages.

Pros: The price point of Rediker's Admin Plus is perfect for small and smaller schools — independent or otherwise. Further, account managers always want to be incredibly helpful.

Cons: Training is terrible and comes at a high price. Further, the system is extremely clunky and outdated. We were recently notified that we'd need to pay a $1,500 professional services fee to upgrade our system to the latest version Rediker offers because they will be doing no additional/further updates to the version we have. That said, even in demonstrating the upgraded version, we ran into bugs and other nuisances.

Pros: Administrator's Plus is able to integrate with software that we currently use making the flow of data easier.

Cons: Tasks are cumbersome and involve multiple steps. The Parent Portal provides valuable information but is difficult to access, slow to respond and not very user friendly.

Cons: Calendar on mobile app for ParentPlusPortal not working.

Pros: Administrator's Plus integrated all our school data cleanly and efficiently: schedules, student information, classroom assignments were all connected and kept in sync.

Cons: While it was cloud-based, Administrator's Plus felt clunky for a modern web-based product. While the backend was powerful, the front-end, especially for the accompanying teacher and parent products, was not inviting or intuitive.
