Pros: Where a client cant or doesn't want to use our secure portal for correspondence, then Maillock is ideal for sending important documents

Cons: All good its important that the end user our client find it easy to use so simple question works well

Pros: Security of data being emailed to cleint

Cons: Sometimes it takes extra emails to client with password

Pros: Provides reassurance to the clients their documents are safe and that we as a company prioritise this

Cons: Sometimes it has errors then when you set up another email with the same contents it works fine - suppose its like any application you use but this is literally the only issue ive had with it

Pros: Very easy to use within my normal email system

Cons: Some providers security settings block encrypted emails in

Pros: you can send encryted email and that you just need a code to open it which can be sent by text

Cons: the fact that you have to wait for an email code to open it. Pointless and irritating

Pros: easy to use, easy to install. offers additional safety of information

Cons: Some users insist on security question. this is not always necessary

Pros: It's easy to use, whether its signing in, composing an email or even receiving one.

Cons: I find it a little annoying that opening a mailock email takes me to a new website/portal. I understand why and it's nto something I think could change just being honest

Pros: The software is very easy to use, no issues

Cons: It would be good if we could remember email addresses which had previously been sent to, so that Mailock could protect emails in the background whilst using the Outlook site

Cons: I don't dislike this product at all and would recommend it to others.

Pros: Mailock is really helpful and makes it straightforward to encrypt emails with attachments to our clients and makes it user-friendly for them to open.

Cons: Nothing to really complain about but slightly annoying that you have to install the add-in on every device we use.

Cons: None really but occasionaly doesn't pick up Unipass

Pros: It is easy for myself and the clients to use and pass documents securely between one another

Cons: The only thing that I dont like is that I need a little further training I think on the audit trail and how to access my sent emails?

Pros: Allows me to send and receive confidential information/documents from my clients as well send it to them.

Cons: Send you to web browser sometimes and does not allow you to use the Outlook Add-In to open the email

Pros: It works well but is sometimes not favoured by the user at the other end. As a service we are generally very happy with it and it is easy enough to use.

Cons: It is not the product that is not enjoyed by the end user but the fact that they have to jump through encryption hoops at all. This is clearly no fault of the Mailock service itself which works well.

Pros: Adding files, question/answer to unlock as well as mobile number.

Cons: Unable to download the outlook add-in when using outlook from a browser/on a mac.

Pros: Good for having sensitive documents sent securely

Cons: Slow and crashes outlook program regularly which makes it difficult to use

Pros: The integration of mailock into our business and daily routines was relatively simple. It's very easy to use when sending and receiving messages and the ability to set up an account, which provides free messages each month for client's to send, is a real benefit.

Cons: It would be beneficial if, once a client has set up an account with one person in the company, the account was linked to all people within the company. It can be difficult/annoying trying to explain to client's why some of us still have to send the client a code, even though they have set up an account. It would also be good if messages didn't expire, as client's like to look back through their messages.
