Pros: The FastPass Windows Client provides end users with the ability to reset their passwords directly from their workstation, offering a seamless and secure recovery experience. This functionality, together with the flexible authentication options, represents one of the product’s greatest strengths. The implementation process was efficient, and the Service Desk has since experienced measurable time savings.
Cons: We tried implementing it our selves, but took some wrong turns. Support was very helpfull, Price is a bit high, but quality is great.

My overall experience has been positive, it's been the only way to manage multiple applications with a limited amount of user interfaces without sacrificing security.
Pros: At first I was skeptical of downloading another tool to my browser, but FastPass has been quite helpful. I remember the days of "just use my password" for password sharing and that just doesn't fly anymore. This way, access to programs can be shared without sacrificing security.
Cons: Fastpass has a tendency to insert itself into fields that do not necessarily require a password, for example, it has popped up into address fields from time to time.

SSPR seems stable and effactive, we have it on-prem. Happy with it so far. Seems more flexible, and their support is really quick. Its efficiency in integrating with Active Directory, Entra, and SAP is unique, The inclusion of a PC client and VPN integration ensures smooth functionality, even for our remote workforce. We are highly satisfied with its performance and the value it brings to our operations.
Cons: I would say the default reporting in FastPass SSPR feels somewhat limited, this makes it require additional customization. I believe it could be more robust and customizable to better meet diverse organizational needs.

Awesome! Security risks and technical issues churns out unnecessary losses to hit KPI. Now with FastPass SSPR, it has consistently helped our company increase productivity, revenue growth and pull off ROI by simplifying our system's protection and recovery process. Shortage on productivity of idle employees in our company has decreased since when they get locked out/blocked or forgot their password, they can easily do self-service even without the assistance from the IT help desk.
Pros: $74
Cons: To be honest, we haven't had a bad experience with FastPass and is growing quite rapidly.

Great product. Great support and value for money. The product is very stable. Following their advices we reached 92% Self-Service Password Reset rate and on the Help Desk side we have a quick yes secure user verification procedure setup. This was implemented at a customer with 22.000 users.
Pros: FastPass features the ability to combine the features / using the same data and dynamic user information. Although we started using the Identity Verification Manager in the Service Desk as the first step, we then added the SSPR functionality later, which gave even better results. We are on-Premise, and there setup and integration was pretty easy even with our ITSM system. Stability Integration Usabilty Enrolment rate Tools
Cons: A bit too many features makes it a bit hard to setup initially.
