Overall a very good password manager, both for personal and business use. I think the UI for both browser and mobile is simple to use and navigate. The app doesn't try to be too much and does its core function as a password manager well. Highly recommend for personal use and/or SMB.
Pros: The interface is super easy to use and works well. I like how there is a browser extension and mobile app that does what it's suppose to. There are plently of record types for you to store your information or credentials. Personal subscriptions are very cost efficient and reliable. The enterprise/business subcription is good and overall admin management is good. Like the random password generator built into the extension. The auto fill works well and doesn't seem as buggy as some of the other applications. There's a free tier for personal use as well which is great for those just wanting to try it out.
Cons: The free tier only allows one device installation. You need to upgrade to allow more device installations such as your computer and phone. Vault transfers and folder sharing from the business administration side is a little confusing if not properly configured correctly during onboarding.

I love that I can make folders in the app to organize my passwords better between personal and work use.
Pros: I've used a few different password-management apps in the past, and I've always found LastPass to have the best UI and the most transparency around data management.

Cons: I have the browser extension installed, and unfortunately it often populates in fields that aren't login fields. I've had to disable it on some sites due to that issue, but it's likely the same thing would occur with other similar apps.

Overall experience with the last pass is good I would highly recommend it to anybody and everybody don’t knock it till you try it. You won’t regret it.
Pros: Really great for software update updates super easy to use their customer support is top-notch Saves your login information Management is easy to use!
Cons: Took a minute to get used to once you learn the program it’s not that bad just took a few times. Logging in to figure out.

I had not known about LastPass until I stared my current job, where we use it for everything. I have a hard time to remember all of my passwords across various platforms. Security wise, it isn't suggested to have all of your passwords the same, this enables me to be able to follow that guidance, and not worry about writing them down, or having them anywhere that someone could see them accidentally.
Pros: I have a very hard time remembering my login passwords, since it is suggested to be the safest to have different passwords, lastpass helps me to have them all stored in a safe place so that I do not have to keep them written down or continue to reset passwords constantly because I can't remember which one it was.
Cons: I have not experienced any cons with LastPass, I would say I do wish it worked on my mobile phone to login automatically, but I am able to open it and copy and paste so it isn't difficult to figure out.

Trying to get a hold of customer support is a nightmare! They're holding my passwords hostage and there's no way to reach them. It's a horrible situation!
Pros: The app is easy to use and works across all my devices. However, if you get locked out and need to contact customer support, you're out of luck!
Cons: I've been locked out of my account for three days and can't get any help from customer support. I've tried everything: I opened a support ticket, sent four emails, and got no response. There's no phone number to call, and I can't use the chat feature because I'm logged out. I have my master password, but I can't access my account because I got a new phone and need to set up multi-factor authentication (MFA). The recovery options didn't work. It's especially frustrating since I'm a paying premium subscriber.

Great, easy to use. I like being able to create folders for certain groupings of passwords too. Makes it easy to organize.
Pros: I like being able to share passwords with coworkers as well as upload auth codes for sharing as well.
Cons: Sometimes I get signed out and have to sign back in for autofill to work. Can be frustrating but for good security reasons.

I enjoyed using LastPass but lost some faith in the product as the company experienced a significant data breach that resulted in stolen customer data. Its overall ease of us can't out shadow the critical loss they experienced as well as their customers.
Pros: I liked that it was simple to use and most importantly, to me, was that it came included in my VPN purchase so I didn't have to spend any extra money to use it.
Cons: Unfortunately, I had misplaced my password to unlock LastPass and when I used the recover method, it didn't work for me and I lost access to what password I had saved in it. Fortunately, it was nothing critical.

Onboarding seasonal crew is smoother, access is controlled by role, and we’ve reduced lockouts during busy departure windows.
Pros: Shared vaults make it easy to manage credentials for booking portals and equipment apps, with mobile auth working well on the go.
Cons: Biometric sign‑in occasionally hiccups on older devices, and support guidance can feel generic. Also, extension may show some issues with compatibility in some browser.
David R. · Dive Operation Manager · Leisure, Travel & Tourism · August 20, 2025
While using LastPass, it was easy to store my passwords and sync them across different devices and web browsers. Additionally, the convenience was truly amazing because I could reopen my web browser and would not need to sign into LastPass again to autofill passwords and store them.
Pros: It's an easy and efficient way to store passwords from multiple websites and across multiple web browsers. Additionally, I'm not asked to log in after reopening a web browser.
Cons: LastPass makes it so that by default, you can only store your passwords in LastPass with it being difficult to store in Chrome's password manager as well. And, LastPass could've stored passkeys as well. Additionally, they make users pay to have LastPass across more than a certain number of devices.
Jesse Z. · Software Engineer · Computer Software · August 13, 2025
Pros: LastPass covers about all you need when you think of storing login credentials, credit card info, or other sensitive information. LastPass covers a wide variety of easy to use extensions to your pc/laptop browsers as well as the needed mobile apps. LastPass also offers solid and easy ways to enhance your security with external passkeys, such as physical Yubico's.
Cons: There is not much I would say I disliked about LastPass. I ended eventually changing to another product which covers more than just storing credentials securely. Maybe that is the downside of LastPass.

By using LastPass, we enhanced security and simplified access for everyone, minimizing lockout issues and rendering password sharing in IT simple and secure.
Pros: LastPass simplifies login and mobile authentication for all users, including user administration tools and software updates in a single interface.
Cons: There are times when biometric login is not working correctly on certain devices and their customer support doesn't always react to technical problems in a timely manner.

LastPass did a good job a few years when I used the software. But it had a security breach that caused us to switch to another software.
Pros: LastPass did a pretty good job keeping my passwords when I used the software a few years ago. It is pretty easy to manage passwords in LastPass
Cons: LastPass had a security breach a few years ago, that's when we decided to switch to use another password management system.

Once everything has been setup in the backend and user accounts federated, it has been easy to deploy and manage. The browser extension works as expected and will let you know how strong a password is. Another important feature is able to add notes to each login item in the vault.
Pros: LastPass make is very easy to generate complex passwords for each and every login. It will automatically save to the vault and autofill logins. The account can also sync with other devices no issues and is seamless.
Cons: To set up sharing folders can be a bit tricky up especially with permissions. The admin console does take a while to get used to. We have had issues setting up single sign on, but worked through them in the end.

I no longer have to remember passwords, neither my own nor those of my colleagues. This has made working much more time-efficient and secure. Plus, logging in once per day is extremely easy.
Pros: LastPass is revolutionary password management and authentication software. It impressively combines simplicity with the highest security. Key benefits are; intuitive operation and quick access to all accounts without entering a password, strong two factor authentication effectively protects all data, saves time every day through automated login processes and also fast and competent customer service. LastPass has exceeded my expectations and is an indispensable tool in my digital life.
Cons: The browser plugins sometimes also covers fields that aren't login fields. But that's not really a problem, as it can be quickly clicked away.

I love using LastPass . I work with so many companies and having this app as a shortcut to access all of them also being able to share Agency passwords with coworkers for shared log-ins is very helpful.
Pros: LastPass is very easy to use makes Launching into company websites with prefilled user name and passwords. Saves me time instead of manually always logging into each website. I am also able to use it when I am working out of other offices and need all my credentials.
Cons: Sometimes LastPass glitches and it doesnt allow you to launch from their website, I've realized just restarting computer helps fix that error.

I use it daily for dozens and dozens of programs log ins. It keeps me from getting a headache or wanting to throw my phone out the window. It allows me to log in quickly!
Pros: Remembering all my passwords never happens! But, with Lastpass, logging into everything is easy! Remembering all my passwords gives me a head and sometimes makes me want to throw my phone out the window. Lastpass helps me to not to do that lol
Cons: The mutli authenicator can be annoying to toggle back and forth between but I know that it does help the security of my log ins.
Andrea W. · Director of Partnership and Donor Development · Non-Profit Organization Management · July 22, 2025
It works well! Keeps all my information easy to access, but secure and safe. I don't have to do searching for my SS number anymore!
Pros: I can keep all of my passwords, notes, and personal information safe and secure, while being able go access it easily.
Cons: The autofil popup is annoying, sometimes it won't go away and it makes things harder than they need to be.
Kaitlyn H. · Baker · Food Production · July 9, 2025
Pros: It fills a need of managing overly complicated passwords that are required to meet the requirements set by IT teams.
Cons: Its a bit cumbersome to use, and often requires having to enter a password just to use the application, however I suppose it is still better then having to type in the same password every 5 minutes
Michal P. · Software Engineer · Accounting · July 4, 2025
Pros: LastPass help save login for all sites we use. No need to remember everything, it auto fill most time. Easy for team to access tool without sending password each time.
Cons: Sometimes it not load or fill wrong, especially on mobile. Had to copy and paste few times to make it work.
Tim M. · owner · Construction · June 4, 2025
Great experience. I've found their free plan is very complete and has many useful built-in features like dark web monitoring
Pros: Very useful friendly and has a free plan. All plans include dark web monitoring and password sharing which is pretty useful. Works accross multiple browsers
Cons: They've had a couple of security breaches in the past. Which makes it hard to trust the platform completely.
Mariana V. · Social Media Lead · Marketing and Advertising · June 3, 2025
Overall, LastPass is easy to use and powerful. The program allows for different, complex passwords to be used on different sites.
Pros: LastPass allows for simple and effective and powerful password management to help keep accounts secure.
Cons: LastPass has had some reports of security breaches. I realize that this can affect any product, but with a password management program, this is of affective concern.
Eli P. · Centralized Services Manager · Information Technology and Services · May 27, 2025
If it wasnt for lastpass ive would have had to reset password on a lot of sensitive and critical websites I use on a daily basis. It has helped me secure all my streaming, bank info and website passwords without any sort of breach or data information being stolen.
Pros: The ability to save passwords, auto generate, secure your information and user friendly extension to autopopulate or update passwords is what made it stand out compared to others. They provide a master password you can generate to secure all passwords, and it considers personal questions for any sort of breach.
Cons: Sometimes, between Google passwords and LastPass there would be an overlay on fields where I would need to add data from a dropdown, and with both working at the same time, i would have to deactivate it so it would allow me to see the options from the dropdown.
Daniel J. · Digital Sales Representative · Logistics and Supply Chain · May 14, 2025
We use it internally for our corporate users and I also use it individually to handle passwords. Great Product
Pros: This is a great product to handle password management for individuals as well as a company wide password management solution
Cons: The price of lastpass isn't bad, its within normal pricing for this solution. The ability to add multiple sites for 1 password would be nice
Scott B. · Network Engineer · Computer & Network Security · May 14, 2025
I like it. I decided to invest on it, since I was truly satisfied with the product. The free version is all you may need, but having online access makes it even better.
Pros: It is functional, agnostic of mobile platform and/or computer's operating system, easy to access, create folders and manage passwords.
Cons: The online version does not allow to see the password with one click. It is not self explanatory that you have to click on the "wrench" the "Go" button gives you the impression that it will take you to the entry's settings.
Ruben R. · IT Manager · Information Technology and Services · May 2, 2025
Essential peace of mind for storing all passwords and impotant technical information needed to navigate the online world.
Pros: I can't possibly remember all the passwords I need to use for different sites (not to mention 2FA authentification details, online codes, etc.) LastPass gives me peace of mind that I can put those details somewhere safe and yet accessible.
Cons: It doesn't autosave, so if you close a window without saving you lose what you'd put into the entry.
