So far, my experience has been great. love the online classes on how to do certain functions. The class presenters give great information.
Pros: I like how easy it is to create work orders or update. As the Facilities cleaning coordinator things get added on to my day often.
Cons: Nothing that I can think of. Currently ! am still on the learning curve and know the full capacity of what Clickmaint can do.

cannot upload photos directly from their phone's camera to a work order. Better than the competition, and gets the job done
Pros: That BI (Business Intelligence) is the real hero, though. It ain't just colorful graphs; it’s my proof. It shows the bosses that the old saw line is costing us more in downtime and repairs than a new one would. It tracks every minute of "blood and sweat" we put into those machines
Cons: the mobile app is missing essential features found in the web version, to upload photos from mobile to word order is difficult, but there is a work around by sending the photo to email then uploading from desktop

After working on click maint for a few months, it really keeps everything organized. More work needed as far as count miles or meters.
Pros: It's good with keeping track with all inventories, simple and easy. Customer service is incredible and reliable.
Cons: Understanding the time when everything is submitted and viewed on kpi. Being able to look work orders up and find them.

As of right now it has been a great experiance. Everyone has been helpful and willind to answer questions.
Pros: Ease of use. The ablity to make canges when needed. The overal cost of the product. The helpfulness of the staff.
Cons: At this point in time I have no dilikes or problems with the product. The process has been a very positve one.

Pros: Value for money. I think Click Maint price stays competitive for its features. I have found it easy to navigate.
Cons: Haven’t found anything I don’t like yet, but I think that click maint is great compared to its competitors.

We are very satisfied and we will be continuing our subscription. Having used other CMMS in the past, we feel we're getting our money's worth.
Pros: Price is unbeatable. Everything is very easy to set up, to use, and to train our techs to use. We use the QR code feature in parts management regularly and it is well received. Overall, it is exactly what we need and no more, which is good because it is generally uncomplicated.
Cons: Not a whole lot I'd change. Maybe if the reports and KPI's were a little more user customizable I'd use that feature more.

Overall, Click Maint CMMS is a solid system that is fairly easy to use and intuitive for managing day-to-day maintenance tasks. It helps streamline operations and allows our team to stay on top of work orders efficiently. However, there is room for improvement when it comes to organizing and creating individual work orders for quarterly inspections, as this process can be time-consuming and somewhat difficult to manage. With a more streamlined approach to recurring or bulk work orders, the system would be even more effective.
Pros: Click Maint is easy to use, and I like that there is an app. I also like that we can keep track of inventory.
Cons: One challenge with the system is that it can be difficult to stay organized when creating individual work orders for quarterly inspections. The process is somewhat time consuming and could be more streamlined to improve efficiency.

it was fantastic. The app works very well with the clickmaint website and can be used at the same time as needed.
Pros: Super user friendly and easy to report findings and KPIs as needed. All my workers said the exact same thing. how easy it was to use.
Cons: Still growing and needs certain pages for companies such as SOP's , procedures, and what not. I would say the only conn is the developers need to be more proactive then reactive.

It's been very positive with good support, intuitive online interaction, affordability, and maneuverability within the platform.
Pros: It is fairly intuitive with a straightforward flow. Being a newer product, it is continuously behind enhanced with input from current users to make it as robust as users would like. We also appreciate the customer service interfaces with quick turnaround.
Cons: Being a new product, it lacks 'all' the bells and whistles, and sometimes we've had to be creative to have our needs fit within the provided tools. However, our requests for our version of 'improvement' to meet our needs are included in the wish lists for future releases and work arounds discussed with the customer service team to meet our needs in the meantime.

Currently, there is no standalone inventory management feature; tracking is only possible when it is tied directly to a Preventive Maintenance (PM) task. Additionally, the QR code generator lacks branding capabilities, so there is no way to incorporate our company logo into the labels. That said, the human element of the software is top-tier. Customer support is highly responsive, and the knowledge base articles are exceptionally helpful for troubleshooting or learning new workflows. It’s a solid, user-friendly solution that feels built for efficiency, despite a few specific feature constraints.
Pros: The UI is intuitive and refreshingly streamlined, avoiding the over-complicated layouts common in most cloud-based software. Beyond the clean interface, it is remarkably easy to set up and maintain, making it a hassle-free solution for any team.
Cons: While the system is functional, the inventory tracking feels a bit restrictive since it’s tethered exclusively to PMs rather than being available as a standalone module. I’d also love to see more aesthetic control over the QR codes—currently, there’s no way to incorporate a logo for a more professional, branded look.

Mostly positive. Its easy to navigate and easy for our team to use. they generally have no issues using Click Maint.
Pros: ease of use and simple to navigate. Our maintenance team usually has no issues navigating they system, whether it be opening and reading work orders or completing work orders. It is also simple for requesters to enter a request for work. Multiple opportunities as well for training.

Pros: The value and courses. The app, is quick and easy to use. I like that the staff can make requests on their own.
Cons: sometimes it glitches. I have had to re-start. But, once I re-start the glitching is resolved and I can continue working.

Click Maint has been servicing all our needs, and being a smaller organization, it fit our budget very well for what we were trying to achieve. The institutional history it's helping create, in terms of our mechanical and maintenance items, will be extremely helpful years from now.
Pros: Click Maint's onboarding process was pretty streamlined. The folks like Mel and Genesis were very receptive to our input and needs. Also the UI was easy to navigate, even for folks who have had minimal interactions with CMMS software.
Cons: For me there wasn't much to dislike. One option I have requested was a documents section. For things like warranty paperwork or inspection reports I have been using a work around of attaching them directly to the assets, or the PM's themselves.

My team and I are very happy that we went with Click Maint when choosing a system to manage our building operations. Not only are we not disappointed with the product, but we are consistently surprised by how effortless it has made our work order management. The system has so much to offer, and we are still learning all the ways that it can benefit our team's operation.
Pros: Besides being affordable and user friendly, my team and I have been impressed with the reliable, flexible, and consistent help from the Click Maint support team, and appreciate how it benefits and has improved communication among our own team. Click Maint is very receptive to customer feedback, and they are constantly making positive changes and improvements to meet the needs of their customers.
Cons: There are few things that we don't like about the software. After using it for almost a year, we have identified a few features that could be improved for our work order efficiency, however, they have received this feedback from myself as well as others and are already working on implementing additions/fixes for these small inconveniences.
