We were losing track of preventive maintenance for our elevators and pool systems which led to a few guest complaints in the past. Coast has streamlined our entire process from work orders to downtime tracking. Our engineering team now has strong signals on which assets are failing most often so we can make better budget decisions. The ease of use means our housekeeping staff can submit a request in seconds and the mobile app keeps everyone on the same page. It has drastically improved our response times and helped us maintain a much higher guest satisfaction rating across the board.
Pros: In the hotel industry we cannot afford to have a room out of service because of a slow repair. After trying a few similar tools I can say this is easily the best UI I have seen. The mobile app is essential for our engineering team because they are always moving between 187 rooms and our mechanical areas. The high quality personalization of the work order requests allows us to categorize issues by guest priority which is a lifesaver. I also really value the deep integration with our CRM as it helps us keep track of room history perfectly. Plus the team is amazing and responsive whenever we need to tweak our maintenance scheduling and planning for the high season.
Cons: Setting up the full parts inventory for all of our HVAC and plumbing supplies took some time at the beginning. It is very detailed and powerful but you have to be disciplined about your data entry during the initial week to get the most out of the maintenance reporting later on.

If you have vendors and contractors coming in regularly, Coast helps a lot. Instead of searching old chats for electrician number you just check vendor info and its there. it also helps to track what work is done.

We use coast app because we do not want a full complicated CMMS but want a structured maintainence process if covers all the main tasks like work orders, preventive maintenance and vendor info it is the right balance of a simple and useful app for are organization.
Pros: The thing I like the most about coast app is that its recurring tasks and reminder are practical and help ensure maintenance works is not missed or forgotten.
Cons: As our operations grow we feel there is a need for more in depth reporting activities and more advance analytics to support more complex ativities.

Great experience overall. Easy to use. I did have a few minor suggestions to add for our use, but everything is working great. I give Coast's CMMS a 10 out of 10.
Pros: Coast provides all you need to get up and running with their CMMS software. They are very accommodating with any need that I have for my compliance needs.
Cons: Nothing. Coast is easy to use, easy to get up and going. It actually emails me when my parts inventory falls to, and below my minimum quantity. No pain at all.

Coast has completely transformed how we manage our facility. Maintenance tasks are now completed much more efficiently, and our preventive maintenance program is stronger than ever—with significantly fewer tasks being delayed to the off-season.
Pros: One of the greatest benefits of Coast is how it centralizes everything—building maintenance, concessions management, event planning, and compliance tracking—into one cohesive platform. It’s made managing a large historic facility far more organized. The data insights we gain also allow us to plan budgets more accurately and present spending needs clearly to our Board of Trustees.
Cons: We’ve encountered very few issues with Coast, and when they do arise, the support team is quick, responsive, and highly knowledgeable. They are also proactive about updates, continuously improving the platform—many features that once felt clunky are now seamless and user-friendly.
