Overall experience is positive but I was sold a few features when we signed on that were not delivered. Such as there being a downloadable App for your phone and that CCStorage is 100% moblie friendly which is not the case.
Pros: It is easy to use and easy to follow training videos. Love how easy it is to move in a new tenant or move from the waitlist to a new tenant. Automatic communications is nice but would like more control over the actual messages.
Cons: A few of the features could be easily updated to improve overall user experience. Such as the Site Map having a printable option, the Standard Units page having a downloadable or printable option, making the Notes option available when hovering over the unit in Site Maps, and make the Lock Unit function under Site Maps automatically unlock when the account is settled.

It's been good so far. All my questions & concerns are handled promptly. Had a few bumps with getting website up, but have been happy so far
Pros: Ease of use, very easy for beginners with storage software. Automated reminders..helps with late payers
Cons: Wish we could send our own texts to customers Would be nice to be able to keep multiple cards on file

Mixed emotions at this point. The initial data migration did not go as planned, customers and data was lost. The rules of the site not accurate causing additional missed revenue. We have tenants physically in facilities but not in our system.
Pros: The ability to easily generate reports for multiple facilties. Fee structure compared to ESS and credit card fee pass through.
Cons: The website design and user experience through the website. Our website looks very, very generic and unprofessional.

The program features are easy to use and make sense (you don't have to be a computer programer to understand). Highly recommend the program!
Pros: We have had a wonderful experience using CCStorage!! Their support (rarely needed) is very responsive. Ease of use of the program is great! Credit card processing works very well - no issues at all! The program features are easy to use and make sense (you don't have to be a computer programer to understand).
Cons: There isn't anything that we have experienced in this category. Every feature works as expected. Highly recommend the program.

My overall experience has been one of complete satisfaction. I love that their customer support is in-house rather than outsourced.
Pros: I'm very pleased with the software and how it has helped my business. It actually saves me time and reduces a lot of phone conversations, as my tenants can check their accounts online and pay there. Customer support is good. Most of the time, they respond very quickly. All of them are very friendly to talk with and genuinely want to ensure that everything is clear to my satisfaction. I'm happy with the cost, as it is actually helping me earn more money through the online sign-up and auto-pay features. I also love the map feature, which shows available and occupied units, along with several other features. I highly recommend you contact CC Storage for a consultation or demo.
Cons: My only complaint would be the response time to hear back about an issue. I'm a person who likes everything resolved now! But any issue that I may have had in the past was never urgent.

Overall, CCstorage is an easy-to-use software with no bugs that I’ve encountered. The customer support has always been responsive and helpful. For us and our tenants, the value for money is excellent. Most of our tenants have had positive experiences with the customer portal and the ease of use for logging in and making payments.
Pros: Overall CCStorage is very good it meets all our basic storage needs. A set of features like unit/lease report builders help us filter tenants and find strategies for rate increases. To keep this short I'll most of the features are very useful and make managing a storage business easy.

The entire team at CC Storage has been great to work with. I looked at five different companies and narrowed it down to two. With CC requiring no monthly service fee, they caught my attention and I'm glad they did. I love the system.
Pros: The system is very user friendly! Everything I need is set up perfectly on the dashboard and easy to access all the tools.
Cons: Nothing stands out as liking the least, but not being able to send out a group text is an issue. I understand they are working on it now.

Outstanding. It has drastically changed our business. I would highly recommend them. One of our biggest fears is CC Storage being bought and the model they created being changed.
Pros: It automated our storage facility and a load us to easy into the automation and electronic payments. It's been a game changer.
Cons: ACH payments have probably caused us the most headaches. I don't think this is a CC Storage issue. It just comes with the territory of taking ACH payments.

Easy to set up and get going. Communication with the company is always fast and they always respond fast to any questions we have.
Pros: The value of this service. Before c storage we were not online and were pen and pencil operation. Cc storage helped take us to the next level and have been very helpful along the way.
Cons: Really don’t have any. Problems we have encountered have been our own mistakes. Would like to be able to individual set partial payments on accounts instead of having to set it for everyone to take full payment due or none

Pros: Great software for our facility. Customer support has been great, They seem to keep working to better the software, new features about every month.
Cons: Nothing so far. every thing seems to work great. couldnt be happier with the system. Great support from the team.

I am extremely disappointed. I wanted to like the system so much. There seem to be a lot of great features, but unfortunately these features are really only suitable for traditional storage units, not vehicle storage. I explained our situation and needs during the sales call and was told all of my issues could be addressed. Unfortunately none of my needs have been met. If it weren’t for the fact that we aren’t paying anything out of pocket for software costs, I would have already aborted the migration. What could have been a great solution has turned into hours of additional work for me every week, all of which could be solved through system configurations and automation. Some of these items are on the “dev roadmap”, so I’ll just be on the lookout for these enhancements while I manage my increased workload.
Pros: The cost structure. Tenants absorbing software costs with little increase to them is helpful for those of us just beginning our storage journey.

It has been better than expected! I have used CC for well about two years and I have been pleasantly surprised with the results. I was actually able to lower my rent when I switched.
Pros: This software is more powerful than my previous software which I was paying hundreds of dollars a month to use. Tech support helped me move the customers over to CC Storage and they have been quick to solve any issues I have run into. The value has been amazing. The Reports that CC storage can create for auctions, letters and notices has also saved me tons of time.
Cons: For customers that pay in advance they still get notices of rent due even though their account has a positive balance. This confuses some of my forgetful customers.

I would recommend them to anyone wanting to purchase Storage Management Software, it was super simple setup and the staff were easy to work with and accommodating to any of our needs.
Pros: No cost or minimal cost for website hosting and Webpage. Full online from start to finish unit rental the young people love this! But for the older folks they can walk into the office and we can do a in person rental. The program was easy to use and if I couldn't figure out how to use something the knowledge base or in person support is always available. I love the activity button, it shows when they received communications from us and when it was opened so we know the customer is informed. I really like the site map feature, easy at a glance can see open units and locked units. Our customers utilize credit cards, automated bank transfers, checks and cash and the system handles all transactions with ease.
Cons: I would like to have the ability to create more custom reports but I believe they are working on this. l would also like to create a custom text messages. Customize when the upcoming invoices notification is sent, just like you can customize past due invoices

The transition from our other software was easy and fast! they even were able to transfer all our current customers that were on autopay. If you are looking for an affordable and easy to use self storage management software you should look nowhere else!
Pros: The software is easy to use and customer support is great and always there to help! It makes managing our facilities easy. The credit card processing is paid by the tenants and you can't get a more affordable storage management software in the industry!
Cons: Everything actually has been great with the software! any features or reporting they currently dont have they are working on adding in the next few months!

So far, the experience has been good. Learning the new software has been fairly easy to pick up. We have noticed other features that would be helpful if included in the software. Mainly integration with Sparefoot and Davinci Locks. My biggest frustration with the software is that it gets really slow to load at times and other times it's unavailable. This creates a hardship on the business when trying to handle customer service. If a known issue is causing a shutdown of software, an email would be appreciated so we know you are working to fix it.
Pros: What we like most about CCstorage is billing the customers for processing fees and reduced costs on the software for the business.
Cons: The support received during onboarding was not very customer focused. It felt like the team in their responses assumed we should already know some of the information needed. Their are good materials online, which would be great for ongoing training or problem solving. However, there are things new customers just don't know and it at times felt like the customer support team was frustrated. There was also confusion about who to reach out to about what for example some things were handled by marketing and others by support. It would be great if there was an assigned onboarding specialist that helped with the entire process. During onboarding there are lots of email that is sent, but they seem to come from different people.

Great software and extremely useful once you figure out how everything works. As soon as I figure it all out, I will let you know.
Pros: It is a great system and makes things very easy to keep track of. Very useful and helpful to run your business with ease.
Cons: Lack of customer support and training. I can never seem to catch anyone at customer support to get a call back from them, therefore, I am slowly figuring it out on my own.

Happy. this system is simple and my own tenants seem to like to like the new process too.... your real tech support is great and in house, not just a call center like ive experienced with Sqaure.
Pros: Ive only been on-board for a few months. I was pen/paper for 4 and half years. Im honestly surprised how easy it was to convert to this system. Its simple to figure out, basically free and im making more as before i was using Square and i absorbed the fees. And support has been helpful. The systems has everything i needed.
Cons: I cant say many cons...the issues ive had were just on my end not knowing the system. Tech was quick to answer questions and get me going.

It’s okay for what it is. A good, basic way to collect payments from customers. It has potential. Right now it may be just a little too basic. I think it’s because I’m used to a system called HoneyBook with my other business not related to this one. You pay a one time yearly subscription but I do eat the CC fees with them. I wish that contracts within the system were its own screen where you can change the font style and include smart fields. The current setup reminds me of “notepad” in Microsoft.
Pros: I like that I don’t have to pay a monthly fee and can pass on the cc fees to client. We just acquired this facility and we needed something like this for our budget. Customer service is always there if you need them.
Cons: It’s very generic - but I understand you get what you pay for essentially. Would really love an APP that could use face id or an easy, quick way to log in if I get a potential tenant that calls and I’m away from the computer. I’m not a huge fan that I purchased the website for $25 with the impression it already had SEO capability. The $75 a month just seems a bit excessive. I ended up just building my own site through google.

I've had an excellent experience with CCStorage. The staff are all very nice and helpful, I love the new website and marketing materials. I love that they are constantly working to improve the product. I am having a little bit of a time adapting the way I operated on my old software to the new software, but it's getting easier. That has nothing to do with CCStorage, that just the natural adjustment period with new software.
Pros: I like that I can access the information from just about anywhere, even on my phone. I like the ability for my customers to lease and pay online, and see their accounts, etc. This is the biggest improvement overall for me. We're a small operation and just couldn't pay for these niceties from our old company. I LOVE THAT THEY DON'T HAVE MONTHLY FEES!!! It seems that they are constantly upgrading and adding new features to the software, and that's a huge help.
Cons: I haven't been able to adjust as easily to the invoice based accounting structure as I would like. I would also like a little more info on my customers than current or late. Stages of lateness would be helpful determining who I need to put up for auction and send different notices to.

Overall I’m happy with CCstorage! The support team is amazing! Shout out to [sensitive content hidden] for her quick videos to help me learn the software.
Pros: Simplified software. Move in and move outs are quick and easy. Love that bulk notifications are easy to create and send.
Cons: Not having a task list were it reminds me to send out past due, lien notice, and auction letter. I was able to set up emails to automatically go out on the 10th and 20th of each month, but I’m having to create my own hard copy tenant notices each time to mail. Also, it would be helpful to search a tenant by their phone number and/or unit number.

Transitioning from a previous software company to CCStorage was a breeze with the ease of the software, support of the staff. My daily use of the software is both informative and supportive for our business. I do not have to hunt and search for the answers I need, my reports are readily available and the software is very customer friendly for our clients. That alone is a huge win to be able to engage clients in their account management.
Pros: Ease of use and flow of features throughout the software. If you have a question, the support section has the video to help you through the process.
Cons: I least like not having the ability to print reports into a PDF document, such as the payment detail list of what the clients have paid on particular dates. Having to export to Excel, format then print can be cumbersome when you are limited on time. At least having the option, of a PDF would be great!

All and all I do believe this is a good program, however many bugs to get worked out.
Pros: Customers can log in to pay bill. Online rental makes it convenient for clients.
Cons: 1. How long it takes to retrieve our funds 2. Payout reports do not match what is deposited-run a few days behind on website also "payments not paid" out rarely matches what is really not paid out 3. Customer with multiple invoices payout is short on receiving end-due to % does not round up 4. Customer support should have a rep at time of need-not leave a message for return call 5. Still don't fully understand how the program functions-reports/payments/payouts

Overall, it has been a very good experience. The team at CCS has been great and very helpful. Any issues along the way have been minor and quickly resolved. Excited to see the product continue to grow and develop.
Pros: The product being free and the support team being very helpful and quick to respond.
Cons: Site map gives us a little trouble not as smooth running as last software we used.

Fair. The product is not mature as an accounts receivable system, primarily around transaction posting and lack of invoice editing.
Pros: Invoices and reminders automatically sent.
Cons: 1. Inability to edit an invoice. 2. Inability to post an “adjustment”transaction. I.e. write-off, discount, etc. to an invoice. User defined “adjustment” transactions. 3. inability to apply payments per invoice, rather than auto-post to oldest balance 1st. Would like invoice posting. 4. Next bill date should advance appropriately when a customer pays several months in advance instead of carrying a credit balance and a 30 day bill date. 5. When filtering payment report, would like an option for CC & ACH combined, not just either-or. Perhaps check boxes for inclusions.
