Pros: Don’t have much to say here I hear a lot of false promises from people within management and even [sensitive content hidden] himself tried to get EDI done multiple times they never fallow thru.

Cons: Tried to integrate EDI with them multiple times never happens they just feed you with excuses on what’s it’s not being done.

Pros: We LOVE Alvys! The TMS is sleek, very user friendly, and robust. They are constantly rolling out new updates and features (which can require some adaptiveness on our end), but we love the innovation and drive to improve the program.

Cons: Search feature - this used to be the best part of the program and now it stinks!

Pros: easy-to-navigate interface, making it simple to get up to speed quickly with minimal training.

Cons: We are unable to revise any invoice if needed . There is only option of creating a supplement invoice.

Pros: Live Dashboards, integrations with leading tracking software.

Cons: To have comprehensive reporting we would like to see more customization with reports.

Pros: The alvys is a good software that provides safe and secure paperwork to the correct cx with an updated automatic email address. We can share many invoices at the same time and also select the correct document automatically while sharing the invoices.

Cons: We cannot change the invoice date after completing the process of invoice status. We cannot search the many loads in a single search bar.

Pros: It is a good software for the billing in logistics as it creates the invoice with the necessary docs and automatically saved it in the system to use. And it makes more easy to monitor the data by exporting reports.

Cons: We can't search multiple loads in the system. And we can't bill the loads in the back date.

Pros: The interface itself is so neat and clean, everything is clear and understandable.

Cons: Nothing, I just love it! The Alvys team is doing so good to improve it day by day.

Pros: The main thing i like about is layout of the software it is very genuine and easy to understand.

Cons: there is nothing about the cons regarding software.

Pros: Reporting Part, Invoicing Part, Payroll Part

Cons: Dashboard and Customer Revenue doesn't match which least like about Alvys.

Pros: Alvys TMS has incredible features. Channeling data is effortless, and the interface is user-friendly. The customer service team is fantastic. Alvys TMS integrates seamlessly with other software.

Cons: Frequent crashes and glitches significantly hinder productivity. The user interface is very clunky and confusing.

Pros: valued for its intuitive interface, comprehensive features, real-time shipment tracking, seamless integrations, and robust reporting tools. It helps businesses optimize logistics, boost efficiency, and improve customer experience.

Cons: The reporting functionality in Alvys may not be detailed or customizable enough for users who need more in-depth data analysis.

Pros: Its a user friendly software and one can learn it easily.

Cons: The request turnaround time is too long.

Pros: These ease of use of the website for following up on loads with drivers and processing paperwork and creating invoices.

Cons: I would like a search button back on the top of the page without having to go into the search area.

Pros: Alvys TMS has proven to be a game changer for me. It has greatly simplified things by consolidating multiple activities onto a single platform. Its automation has helped me handle jobs more efficiently, minimise costs, and reduce manual workload. The Driver Mobile App is fantastic, and the third-party connectors and AI automation are really beneficial. What I especially appreciate is how simple it was to get started, with no long-term commitments required—it's quite user-friendly.

Cons: Not getting proper settlement results, no proper dedcution reports. Not able to track drivers with their company ID.

Pros: It is very use to use and from my Billing Point of view, it is very easy to put rates and images. The document recognition with the help of AI is a very good feature. And shortcuts are also easy. Billing reports are very useful and easy to pull

Cons: It is difficult for me to navigate through the software for example, if i created a filtered view and open a load and then if i go back, it doesn't go back to the same view

Pros: User Friendly - I find it very easy to navigate across the software. Shortcuts - The shortcuts are a very nice feature and make the platform easily accessible Totals - There is something which I keenly like is the totals row at the end of each data table. This feature aids in decision making. Integrations - There are so many integrations that are available, and APIs as well Support - The support team is awesome. [sensitive content hidden] have always been very active and responsive and helpful in taking care of the issues I bring to them.

Cons: Slow - What I've seen over the days as the business grew, the data is increasing and the software is taking more time to load the pages. Report - There are some things that are not that easy to find, like if we want to pull out a report for drivers for a month, and I need to the see the settlements that were processed & which and how many loads were processed in that time frame Ticket resolution takes time.

Pros: Alvys solves an efficiency problem that we were having with our past TMS

Cons: Download limited amount of data and complicated to navigate driver

Pros: Easy to use, useful reports and user-friendly UI.

Cons: Unable to download large amount of data.

Cons: Visual representation of reportsa and data insights.

Pros: Alvys is the most user friendly app I’ve worked with! The customer support quality is exceptional and swift! I highly recommend it.

Cons: EDI has not worked from day one had to request it be removed.

Pros: It is user-friendly and easy on the eyes.

Cons: Every day there is a bug or an update. They fix things that were not broken.

Pros: It does have a user-friendly interface and is easy to learn.

Cons: There are always bugs, things that work great stop working.
