SimForm is a cloud-based thermal simulation software built for plastic injection and compression molding cooling prediction. Designed for speed and ease of use, SimForm lets users import CAD geometry, define mold parameters, and run AI-powered cooling simulations without meshing or complex setup. It delivers results up to 10× faster than legacy tools. Its visualization tools help engineers identify freeze time regions, predict cycle times, locate hotspots, assess warpage risk, and compare cooling strategies in minutes. Affordable SaaS pricing and instant onboarding make it accessible for teams of all sizes. Now in partnership with Ianus Simulation, SimForm can connect to advanced fill, pack, and warpage analysis in a single workflow, enabling complete end-to-end injection molding simulation from gating strategy to cooling optimization.

We really like this tool! It gives us a clear view of our mold cooling designs rather than just an impression that they’re acceptable. It also helps us detect cooling issues that the mold designers may have missed.
Pros: The main advantage is the speed of results. We can run multiple analyses and obtain accurate, high-quality results within just a few hours. SimForm is a valuable tool for quickly determining whether high thermal efficiency metal inserts are necessary and for identifying hot spots we may have previously overlooked.
Cons: It would be useful to have access to thermal analyses conducted by other team members, especially during vacation periods. Additionally, improving the display refresh speed would enhance the experience, as there is a noticeable delay when updating results.

Gives a good idea about cooling and is very accessible but for deeper analysis less helpful. However, it is fun to use.
Pros: It is fast and incredibly easy to use. Uploading CAD files from several CAD softwares is super easy and the quality is good.
Cons: Very limited customisation options and the results are not really reliable. Voxels might be to big to give a detailed result and since flow is automated a real scenario cannot be simulated.

Our overall experience with SimForm has been excellent. It is reliable and straightforward, and the support team has been responsive whenever we had questions. It has made running simulations much simpler and more efficient, and we’re looking forward to using it even more as new features are added.
Pros: SimForm's user interface is intuitive and user-friendly, making it easy to set up and run simulations without prior experience, which saved us time and helped us get meaningful results quickly.
Cons: So far, there aren’t any significant drawbacks to mention. Everything has been smooth. If I had to point out something, it would only be the desire for continued expansion of capabilities as the product grows.
