Excellent so far. It has helped me qoute jobs properly, the repair assistant makes diagnostic work easier and more efficient.
Pros: As a mobile tech and solo owner/operator, it has everything i need to create professional looking estimates and invoices quickly and throughly. I find the labor guide very helpful.
Cons: Hard to find anything i dont like, its really easy and straightforward to use. Tons of features at a great price.

Good so far but because it doesn’t have more explanation on how it works I might not keep it long term
Pros: Ease of creating RO using license toget information and being able to work on the phone through text make it very user friendly
Cons: Accounting side of software doesn’t make it easy to transfer to QuickBooks you should be able to automatically finish something and it transferred or give you the option to transfer immediately

So far so happy. Good price, easy to use, but I would love to talk with someone to improve my knowledge and make it more easier to understand the app.
Pros: Inspection it’s has a very professional inspection template and you can add or remove line items or categories
Cons: The number plate or vin decoding, sometime it’s not working and I have to go manual to add a vehicle.

I enjoy using this software as it is user friendly and integration aspects are definitely geared towards running a smoother workflow.
Pros: Great software. I like how you can integrate everything together. Parts, labor, vehicle information all at your fingertips. And they keep coming out with new updates and tweaks.
Cons: While the desktop version is hands down the best, the mobile app seems to be bit lacking maybe due to the slightly different navigation through it.

Besides and accurate estimate quotes I've enjoyed using it and look forward to all the improving features that you guys are implementing and near future to make it better
Pros: Estimates invoices and customer list. I like that I can integrate parts suppliers with parts tech through the app and place my order through my parts supplier to go pick it up.
Cons: Estimate prices are not really accurate according to real industry data. Every time I get a estimated labor and parts price quote for the same or very similar job always different prices

Pros: I’ve been using ARI Automotive Repair Software for my shop, and it’s honestly been a huge time saver. The estimating and invoicing process is quick, clean, and easy to understand, which helps me stay organized and get customers taken care of faster. What I like most is how straightforward everything is—building estimates, converting them into invoices, and keeping track of jobs all in one place without jumping through hoops. It’s made my workflow smoother and cut down on a lot of wasted time. If you’re running an automotive business and want something simple but effective to keep your paperwork tight, ARI is definitely worth checking out.
Cons: One downside I’ve noticed with ARI Automotive Repair Software is the inconsistency in labor times and pricing within the system. For example, on certain jobs you’ll see multiple options like “remove and replace engine assembly” and “remove and replace engine,” and depending on which one you click, the labor time (and price) can be completely different. It can feel like every time you go back in, the numbers shift around, which makes it a little frustrating when you’re trying to keep estimates consistent and accurate. It’s not a deal breaker, but it does mean you have to double-check your selections and not rely 100% on the first number that pops up. If they tighten that up and make labor operations more standardized, it would make the software even better.

I have really enjoyed ARI! I was offered a deal from all data to purchase their shop management software but the price was just not in my budget but ARI makes it possible to cover myself and the business.
Pros: I really like the option for customers to sign R/O’s on their own devices. We also have enjoyed the integration tools that allow us to use square with the invoices for payment.
Cons: I think that a great feature that would help me would be to add a way to link your google business profile for the reviews. Also, adding a text campaign option to send out mass messages would be great.

Love ARI and has been more than sufficient for my needs as a shop owner. The invoices you can make with your logo are very nice also a
Pros: Affordability, it was extremely affordable as I was just getting started. But still has all the features of other programs at a fraction of the cost.
Cons: The only problem I have with the program was trying to figure out all the functions. It is very easy to use once you learn it.

The experiences we have had with ARI has all been positive. We have zero complaints and zero regrets.
Pros: Our shop loves ARI. It helps us effectively and efficiently keep up with our daily and monthly workflow. The book your own appointment link has been a great resource for getting new jobs from our online advertising. The customer support, don't get me started. [sensitive content hidden] and his team are always quick to respond and always help when we have an issue. If it is something the program doesn't yet do, they work it into their next upgrade and poof it now does what I need it to do for my shop to run our way. I think that is the coolest feature of this program. Value for the money is top of the list. I couldn't ask for a better system for the price we pay. Being a very very small shop the value we get for what they charge monthly fits perfectly into our budget. We can't say enough great things about ARI. The program is the best, the customer service is top notch, I wouldn't trade it for the world. We are a very happy team.
Cons: Don't really have any cons. When we run into an issue, they are quick to point us in the right direction or add the fix to the program. Who could ask for more?

I wish i would of stumbled across this app a long time ago. Honestly this app is where its at. All the features especially when diagnosing and the built in AI helps a lot when i cant come up with a good solution.
Pros: Everything, i honestly cannot find anything wrong with this app. It has helped my business grow and keep up with my clients and scheduling jobs.
Cons: Nothing everything on this app is great, the price is amazing and affordable, at first i was hesitant but i made the right choice and would do it all over again in subscribing for this app.

Overall experience with ARI has been a blast, super responsive and in the time I have used ARI I have seen 2 UI updates. Just showing how much they are wanting to update and improve their platform.
Pros: The thing I like the most about ARI is how organized everything else. I mean from customers to vehicles to tax information. It is all super easy to find and navigate.
Cons: I think maybe the thing I like the least about ARI is the M1 integration. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't it really is just kind of hit or miss sometimes with how the M1 labor time integration works

Positively great system to support small to medium size auto shops. The best in the market and great customer service.
Pros: Customer service, price, web-base, license and vin decode, invoice customization, customer account, email.
Cons: Slow opening the program, half the time kicks me out of setting up the vehicle account, does not save pictures sometimes.

All in all it works OK feels just a little clunky and is not customizable enough. Everything functions pretty well for the most part that I have been experiencing more and more glitches as I use it and the ability to customize particular functions of the customer facing applications is Paramount for the business that I’m building, but I can’t seem to use the features and functions I would like without hitting walls and red tape.
Pros: The client portal is pretty nice and accessibility across multiple devices is great. The interface and UI is OK for now.
Cons: Customization of the client portal needs to be more granular. Meaning I need to have all control over how long the appointment windows are for the customer and personally I would like more granular web hooks for individual features to add onto my personal webpage

Overall, I have been very impressed with ARI. They are on par with the more expensive guys for a fraction of the price. They are always making improvements.
Pros: ARI has been a great investment for my business. As a startup, I needed shop management software to keep my on track, but couldn't afford $300 per month or more that other companies charge. I settled on ARI and am so happy I did. For a fraction of the price, I can track customers, vehicles, payments, and workflows. ARI has inspection sheets, The best AI labor guide I have used, reports to show me what my business is doing, and sends my customers service reminders. ARI also integrates with Square, QuickBooks, Mitchell 1, and Parts Tech. I love the parts tech integration because I can order parts right from my estimates. They are also quick to respond to customer support.
Cons: ARI offers A LOT for the money, and as a result, there is some stuff I don't use. A good example is the Invoice status menu. ARI offers 11 different statuses for invoices but I only use four or five. I wish these features were customizable.

Overall I have found ARI to help shop succeed with a simple and easy to use application for the shop side and for my customers.
Pros: ARI is simple to use and easy to setup. I've used a few of the competitors and for the price of ARI it's definitely a win. I like the integrations with most of the major third-party applications like Partstech and Quickbooks.
Cons: Some of the functions with the integration with Quickbooks do not work such as bulk syncing with the customer invoices.

ARI has been essential in making my business easier to manage and saves me tremendous amounts of time making my business more profitable and giving my customers better service.
Pros: I love the AI labor guides. They are fairly accurate and the small changes that I do have to make save me hours over what I used to spend to create quotes from scratch.
Cons: It also deals with the AI labor guides. Occasionally it will create a guide that is incorrect for the vehicle. That is selected. There is no way that I have seen to get the AI to correct the guides.

This has helped me organize my customers and equipment. This is the best part for me. I like being able to have reminders on maintanance schedules since my customers rely on me to keep them on track.
Pros: I like the ease of use to keep track of my customers vehicles and maintanance reminders. This is a much better platformnfor me then the quickbooks i was trying to use.
Cons: Have not found any issues since Im still learning the platform. The live chats have helped out tremendously since im not the best with this type of stuff.

Pros: Invoices and easiness for app use, I’m sure it’s comparable in price I’ve not used a competitor. But very very time saving.
Cons: To me it’s complicated to get started on the app until you know what you’re doing it could be easier for beginners.

Pros: What I like the most about ARI is the amount of features if offers for the price point, I like the integrations that ARI offers, it makes everything much easier and I don't have to navigate to multiple software which is a huge plus. Another aspect that stood out to me is the customer support, the response time is extremely quick and very open to feedback, they have been really helpful and the response time makes work so much smoother and quicker. I also love the fact that ARI offers a client portal and customer relationship management features. Overall I'm very impressed with the quality and service that ARI provides.
Cons: Some things that I would like to note are the limited invoice template options (enabling qr code for custom invoices, editing certain fields, like moving phone number below email for the default template, etc.) The license plate decoder is also buggy at times when pulling vehicle information.

Overall I am happy with it and is easy to use. I wish there was a more robust accounting system, but for $50 per month that’s great.
Pros: The integrated labor guides page is quick and easy, but best thing is that when an item is not available, the request labor guide section at the bottom is quite accurate at pulling up correct procedures and labor times for the customer.
Cons: The outside purchased parts added doesn’t have a feature that makes you receive the part before invoicing. So if a part is ordered for an invoice and it has not been added to accounting or lost, the invoice can still be processed leaving a discrepancy.

It’s been better than most of the other platforms I’ve tried using, it’s not perfect but it’s definitely better than most of the others without a doubt
Pros: The ease of use, the organisation it provides is amazing and I love how simplistic it is to have thorough customer friendly invoices made in a matter of minutes
Cons: That it doesn’t provide repair guides and that it doesn’t have automatic messages sent to customers for reminders of payments and other critical topics
