Pros: Novi AMS is incredibly user friendly. This platform brings the accounting transactions in collaboration with the member renewals and registrations seamlessly for great membership management and process flow. The customer service response is like no other.
Cons: The only downside of Novi occurs if I don't make time to read the monthly feature updates because feature improvements are happening regularly.

Pros: We love because Novi is well designed and intuitive, but mostly because the support staff is amazing! They are constantly providing trainings, listening to their customers, responsive to requests, and making improvements that meet our needs.
Cons: There is not much negative we can say about our experience so far with Novi. If there is something not working or an improvement we request, they have always worked diligently for resolution.

Pros: Website management, customer support, ease of use, integration of event software, the classes they hold (recorded and live) Membership management when it comes to prospects as well as members, etc.
Cons: I wish we could have automation when it comes to parent companies needed to change, like "Hazel is moving from GRE to Greystar on 2/20/26, can I automate it somehow to move on the before date." That's the only real con? Or integrated email would be cool too! Definitely help to skip a step, so they aren't really cons lol

We have been with Novi AMS for over two years. It was (and continues to be) the best decision we've ever made to switch to them to manage our association. Not only is the product everything they promised during the sales process, but they regularly add and improve features, as well as taking into account customer requests for additions. And unlike other third-party products we use/have used, they don't have a premium tier or try to upsell you on buying more features - as far as I know, everything they offer is available to everyone who is their customer.
Pros: Where Novi AMS truly stands out as a company is that they genuinely WANT to improve their product and themselves - they listen to their customers, they think about what they can do to make their product what we need, and they are still at a size where they can and do try to treat every customer as an individual, rather than as a number being added to their bottom line. And to be clear, treating every customer as an individual and asking that all your employees try to keep that in mind is a decision - it is not something that automatically happens with small companies or something that you can state once as the mission of your company and just expect everyone to follow - this is something that someone somewhere in the company made an active decision about and then did their best to model the behavior they wanted. They have largely succeeded.
Cons: Right now it's still difficult to quickly search members in Novi by their locations as the state fields can be entered by people in various formats. Also there is no mobile version yet but I believe that is already in their list of improvements coming up soon.

Pros: The membership, website, and process (dues) management system are well worth the cost! The customer support is also a plus! Someone is always around to answer a question you might have with an explanation that lets you do it on your own, next time.
Cons: Unfortunately, it is a bit pricey compared to other AMS systems, but the value that NOVI adds makes it worth it.

I've been in the association management for the past 20 years. I've used home grown Access databases as well as Growthzone, Arwin AMS, and Memberclicks. Novi AMS by far is the best I have personally used.
Pros: It's an associate management software that is designed by individuals who actually worked within association management. They understand our pain points!
Cons: Nothing really comes to mind. I've been trying to think of something and I just can't really come up with anything.

The overall Novi experience has been fantastic! Our conversion into Novi was the smoothest process anyone on our staff has experienced!
Pros: Customer services is amazing! Functionality is far above what we've been working with with in the past 18 months. Novi is also the most user friendly AMS I have personally worked with in the past 20+ years.
Cons: That we didn't find it sooner. Once we started hearing about it from other users through so many random connections, it was clear we had to do a demo which was all it took to win us over.

I would encourage any association to give Novi AMS strong consideration as their next AMS. They are a true partner for our association!
Pros: Novi is built on QuickBooks, so the integration is seamless. The Novi staff respond to our questions and inquiries within 20 minutes - our previous provider wouldn't even acknowledge our submission for three months. The Novi team cares greatly about their client associations. Novi is always innovating and are using AI to bring new value to associations.
Cons: Nothing. We don't expect perfection, and they will admit when they made a mistake. They are always thinking about offering more value to associations.

My experience has been nothing but positive. I would absolutely recommend Novi to my peers, whether you're a small and mighty association or a larger organization.
Pros: We are a smaller association with 4 staff members. Novi helps us do our jobs more effectively and efficiently. It's a very user-friendly platform and so simple to navigate, but offers everything we need and then some. The two-way sync with QuickBooks is what originally sold us. But I also find both the membership management and web development tools intuitive and robust, and love having them both under one roof. Novi thinks of things we need before we do! (Love the newer census and NPS features.) Their team is extremely responsive to our questions and proactive in providing trainings and support as well as system improvements that are actually based on user requests.
Cons: I have yet to find anything Novi can't do for us. They're constantly evolving to fit the needs of their users.

As a small affiliate, NOVI feels like another partner in our day to day operations. From the top to the bottom, the NOVI Team cares about us, the customer. I can't imagine how I did this before using NOVI.
Pros: The customer service is top notch! If their team can't answer a question, they take the time to dig in and figure out how they can help. They truly feel like a partner in our association.
Cons: No complaints here! Anytime we have an issue, the little blue bubble is always there to save the day!

This system is going to save staff time with the integrated accounting and database. Having worked with various other AMS systems, it is easy to tell that Novi has been designed by former association management leaders/staff. It checks most all of the boxes and we are very pleased with our decision and investment.
Pros: It is very intuitive and there always seems to be a work-around for custom needs.
Cons: The website is a bit restrictive on what changes can be made but overall, we are pleased with the.

Pros: Novi allows our association to focus on the things that truly matter like our members, member benefits, and increasing revenue. We no longer have to build work arounds to get the information we need to make informed decisions. Novi has allowed out team to become incredibly efficient, which in turn allows us to be creative and innovative. Being a Novi customer means being a part of the Novi family. They value your input and strive for continually improvement based off customer needs. It truly is an AMS built by associations for associations.
Cons: Nothing. There is nothing I would change about Novi.

Cons: Honestly not much to say here. You can barely use the backend from a mobile device but there's not much of a reason to do so anyway.

Overall, Novi is a great product, and I would recommend it to others.
Pros: I love that Novi was built by its users and continues to be. They are constantly making improvements, and I love that customer service is so accessible! It has made my job so much easier.
Cons: I struggle with the member renewal process, which seems much more complicated than it needs to be. Also, there is a steep learning curve with the Quickbooks integration, which I am still learning six months in.

Pros: Integration with QuickBooks Online was one of the things that we switched for. We wanted to be able to keep customer information on customer accounts. The onboarding and customer service are fantastic.
Cons: It's been a learning curve figuring out how to make website changes but I'm getting there.

My overall experience has been very positive. The client support has been phenomenal. The engineering is top-notch. This is a well designed and implemented product.
Pros: Seamless integration with QuickBooks Online and Member Portal
Cons: Novi works best for those with a high level of technical ability and the ability to understand how integrations and two-way sync works with their applications.

Pros: I appreciate the level of support and training from Novi AMS. Customers can make use of their frequent Novi roundtables and tech webinars. I learn a new functionality in Novi or a new integration with great support from them.

Cost is based on yearly income, training is available often, NOVI Summit held each year is well worth the cost to attend, networking with other NOVI users is absolutely priceless. I honestly can't say enough positive about NOVI.
Pros: EVERY. THING. Quick support, ease of use, integration with mail chimp/constant contact and QBO, transition was smooth and easy, training provided to use is top notch, website design is great and unique for each association. NOVI is genuinely an AMS for trade associations, by associations.
Cons: not a single thing. I would recommend NOVI to everyone.

They've been great from inquiries to set up to final launch. We love NOVI!!
Pros: We loved the team we worked with to implement NOVI.
Cons: Our data coming in was in bad shape so it took longer to get set up. This was not NOVI's issue and they still did everything they could to get our data scrubbed and in great shape for our launch.

NOVI AMS has been a pleasure to work with. Their yearly conference is a must attend event. At the conferene they work hand in hand with their users to elevate our experience with the product and give us the opportunity to vote on which new features to implement next.
Pros: NOVI AMS is intuitive and very easy to learn and use. Event set up is quick and the group and reporting features make budget projections a breeze!
Cons: I love everything about NOVI! If I ever do encounter an issue their team responds asap to help resolve the issue.

Pros: I really like that you can easily pull data from users. As well as being able to create groups, this allows us to narrow down our target audience of members to ensure that we are getting the appropriate messaging to the right people.
