My overall experience has been positive in both my role within my organization and the organization’s functioning as a whole. It has streamlined the billing process and is easy to navigate for our members. The event module has also been extremely helpful in planning our many programs throughout the year.
Pros: Our organization began using GrowthZone about three years ago. We use GrowthZone for membership management and event planning. Invoicing and payment processing are easy to navigate and both have saved us time and money. The donor and donation management have helped us grow and expand our outreach efforts. Overall, we are happy with the software.
Cons: Customer support is a little lacking. It can at times be hard to reach someone to find a solution for an issue. Tickets are created but follow up is hit or miss. It took over a year to solve a problem with the fundraising module.

Pros: Payment processing, invoicing, process management, more benefits to members, member portals allow them to be in control.
Cons: So far everything has been easy. There is always a process when moving to a new system but customer support has helped us with the changes.

Would recommend to others as we understand our poor experience onboarding was a one-off. Overall, we are happy.
Pros: The software itself is easy to use and fairly intuitive. It's helped us amalgamate our CRM database with our billing & payments. The support staff & tier 2 team are awesome and things have been getting faster and more responsive with the support team. I like that there are additional modules we can add on as our biz needs grow.
Cons: The staff member onboarding us, it was his last onboarding before he moved to a different dept and to say it was brutal would be an understatement. 2 yrs later and we are still correcting issues that the onboarding created. It has been a fight to get the software to meet our needs from day one - we didn't now what we didn't now and the deficient onboarding exacerbated the issues. We wish there was more easy-to-access support with the webpages.

My overall experience with GrowthZone has been good. I really do like it — it’s a strong tool that helps keep things organized and makes managing members and events much smoother. While it takes a little time to learn all the features, once you get the hang of it, it really does make daily tasks easier and more efficient.
Pros: What I like best about GrowthZone is how it brings everything together in one place. It makes it so much easier to manage members, events, and communication without having to jump between different systems. I also appreciate the way it helps strengthen engagement with members — from tracking involvement to sending reminders and updates — it keeps everything streamlined and organized. Plus, the reporting and automation features save so much time, which lets us focus more on growing and serving our members instead of just managing data.
Cons: What I like least is that, because GrowthZone has so many features, it can sometimes feel a little overwhelming or take extra time to learn where everything is. There’s a learning curve, and occasionally the system feels a bit “too much” for smaller tasks. Some customizations also take a little extra work to get just right.

Overall, I am very grateful that we use it! I unfortunately need to learn how to better utilize everything as I know I could get more from it - especially with events! But it is definitely helpful with managing all of our members' information and quickly updating our website!
Pros: I love how it automatically updates our website when info is changed! I feel it is a little expensive but not as much as other software options!
Cons: We highly dislike that we're not able to pass on the credit card fee. It sometimes takes awhile to have questions answered.

Good when it works, but frustrating and time-consuming when I'm working with member submitted content or reports - most of my daily process.
Pros: Some added capabilities over ChamberMaster. Smoother integration, so far as it went. Ability to connect to two bank accounts so we can better separate our Foundation and Chamber funds.

The Chamber's experience is overall extremely positive. When I have questions through the Chat Box, all representatives are patient and helpful. They lead me through the steps when I need assistance. Their follow up is consistent as well.
Pros: The Customer Service is extremely patient and knowledgeable. When I first began this position, I had many questions with all the tabs, particularly the templates and billing. The customer service was always helpful and the wait time was not extremely long most times.
Cons: The learning curve was quite difficult at first, but to be fair, I didn't participate in many video trainings. Billing details were difficult for me to understand at first, but it is much easier now that I have had some experience.

Overall, I’d rate it a 7/10. Score would be higher if it mixed well with other programs. Clients seem to like it when they sign up for events.
Pros: The system is very easy to navigate from tab to tab. The reports feature is extremely user friendly.
Cons: I wish there was an option to integrate with Quickbooks. I understand GZ has a payment portion but I wish they could work together.

Support from GrowthZone from initial trainings through the website build has been stellar. The GZ team works together to make sure you have everything you need for a successful launch.
Pros: I like the simplicity of user engagement. The entire database is easy to navigate. From the business and financial side to website design, the process has been easy.
Cons: My organization hasn't been with GrowthZone long enough to be able to answer this question. I'm sure I'll have more to say in the next few months.

GrowthZone is great! All and all this has been a been upgrade for my company and working with growth zone has been good.
Pros: Megan Help! She is so great and has truly helped my team expand our knowledge of the system. Very thankful for her help through our billing cycle.
Cons: Some of the systems are hard to learn or unable to adjust to my needs. For example when a card is declined I am unable to change the card number and this stops me in my tracks.

My overall experience with GrowthZone has been very positive. The platform brings together membership management, communications, billing and event tools in one place, which has saved our team time and reduced duplicated work. Once we got past the initial learning curve, the system proved to be reliable and efficient. I’ve also appreciated the responsiveness of the support team whenever questions came up. Although there are still areas that could be more intuitive or customizable, the software has helped streamline our operations and improve member engagement. Overall, GrowthZone has been a strong asset to our organization.
Pros: I liked how intuitive the interface was — it made managing member information so much easier and fast to learn
Cons: While GrowthZone offers many valuable features, the area I liked least was the learning curve for some of its more advanced tools. At times, the interface felt a bit cluttered, making it harder to quickly locate specific options or reports. Certain modules also seemed less intuitive and required additional training before my team felt comfortable using them. In addition, a few of the reporting features lacked the customization we needed to fully match our organization’s processes. These issues didn’t outweigh the benefits, but they did slow our adoption and required extra time to integrate GrowthZone into our workflow

So far, minus the customer service issues, we have really enjoyed using GZ. It has increased our attendance for classes, events, and charity events.
Pros: It has most everything that an association AMS should have. Most areas are pretty easy to learn and set up, but there are a few areas that don't make sense in the setup.
Cons: The customer service is not up to par to the other programs and systems that we use on a daily basis.

Overall it has been very positive. The onboarding and training resources are very valuable and I also appreciate the ongoing webinars to stay on top of the new and existing features that I might now be aware of.
Pros: I am a new user of GrowthZone. As I am delving into its features, I am becoming more and more impressed with the intuitiveness of the platform. Most of the things I wish to try and do within are all doable and very common sense to find and do.
Cons: The biggest disappointment for me is that it is not automatically linked to my Microsoft Outlook account. This would be a huge help as a feature down the road.

Overall we had a rocky start which has turned into a beautiful partnership and tools hat will help us grow!
Pros: Our chamber loves the reports, the event management, the ease of use of the smartplans and the invoicing. The support staff at the help desk is extremely helpful.
Cons: The struggle for our team was in the conversion. The amount of time was intense on team members and the direction could have been managed slightly different to achieve better progressive results for a timeline.

I appreciate GrowthZone's patience with my lack of knowledge in the technology world. Our board is not large enough to have a technology dept so I have to be able to do all of the skills. GrowthZone has helped with this.
Pros: I am able to ask for online chat help and a real person will help me via chat. That person will send images of step by step directions to fix my problem.
Cons: Emailing a question is not as fast as chatting with someone. Sometimes, my issue happens after hours, but then I chat the next day and it gets fixed.

Overall, my experience is a very positive one. Every time I call Growth Zone I have someone who is very knowledgable and able to help me.
Pros: The support is great if you need any help. Everybody is very friendly and the database is very user-friendly
Cons: For what I use it for it works great for me. I believe our accountant may have a few things that she would like to be different but since I’m not an accountant, it doesn’t apply to me.

Pros: great features and real value for the monthly cost...the customer support is great in that you can always get a live human being for now (not bots!)
Cons: the ACH options seems cumbersone and other finanacial options are not as clear as they should be but not major issues

GrowthZone really wants to put out a great product and meet its customers' needs; the initial conversion was pretty smooth. They are open to suggestions.
Pros: Great value for budget-minded small association; an off-the-shelf product with customization options that have worked well for our organization. Knowledge Base is very thorough - sometimes difficult to find just what you're looking for with all the information but once you do find it, the step by step graphics and instructions are great!
Cons: Customer service had declined for a while / tickets and support were taking quite a bit longer than we'd like, but that has been improved a lot since new management and commitment to serving its customers.

Great customer service when contacted, I think the good news is there is room to grow. I do wish there could be a little more user friendly features on the website building portion of it.
Pros: I like the directory, contact portion of it very much, it's clear and seems to have enough of the fields that we need and room to grow. I also like the payment portal is included. Certifications are a huge part of our business and that is there too.
Cons: Customer support is great, but hard to reach sometimes and I've waited up to 5 days on tickets. Sometimes what we are doing is more urgent and a response would be appreciated

Consolidating payment options, reporting, emails, and billing into a single location can greatly enhance efficiency and improve user experience.
Pros: Members will find it easy to access their profiles, and the back-end offers a user-friendly experience that simplifies navigation.
Cons: Our webpage is not that easy to modify/change. Our webpage could benefit from some improvements to make it easier to modify and update.

I would say me overall experience has been great. I think all companies should have this program. It's up to date on technology, fast and easy to use. If there is a problem, it gets resolved in a timely manager.
Pros: How fast and easy it is to work with. It comes with videos to show you things about Growth Zone. When I need help the IT teams helps right away and will go step by step to makes sure you know what's going on and resolve the issue.
Cons: I can honestly say I have don't have one bad to say about it. Maybe that you guys need to put yourself out there more so other companies are using this format so it can be easy one everyone. I didn't know about you guys
