Pros: I love the fact that if you need help, Uplifter will responds very quickly to help you address any issues you are having

Cons: A lot of learning, but once you understand the program it’s very handy to understand. Once the learning curve is down it’s an amazing system

Pros: Integrated with the Skate Canada Membership Database and have basic effective program management for registration and day to day class management.

Cons: Features are sometime limited and rigid. Level 1 support staff sometimes are lack of knowledge and unable to provide resolution.

Pros: Uplifter has many useful features. You can start with very functional basics and expand into using enhanced features as you get comfortable with the system. Uplifter reduces administrative burden, making it easy to onboard new staff. Support is very responsive, and the online FAQ is comprehensive.

Cons: The value is good, but the price can still be a considerable expense for a small club with 150 members. More options in lower tiers?

Pros: Clean design and easy to see what you are changing with the website being changed on the face instead of being “coded” to the changes.

Cons: - more font options for site - being able to save drafts in communications - wish the registration portion reset each season rather than saving some things and not others - being able to add people to the communication after starting the email instead of having to start all over again - mass deleting old pictures - sorting pictures into folders for easy finding

Pros: The simple steps, the athlete registration import feature are very helpful when starting a new session.

Cons: That it does not host more features and we need to use another program for absence tracking or notes, Skill tracking, Etc. Currently we use Jackrabbit as well.

Pros: Love everything that it offers … how it keeps track of people‘s amount owing what they’ve paid and able to set up programs for each season being able to set up opening and closing times and dates. Gift certificates, major plus for people who have overpaid.

Cons: Having too close pages to go back in forth- when looking for items. Sometimes when I’m looking at something and I need something from another page, I have to close and restart all over again. So a little time-consuming.

Pros: I like how easy to use the general back side of the website is. Most admin functions are easy to figure out.

Cons: POS & discounts are quite a bit more complicated than they need to be. therefore our online store takes a long time to get up and running.

Pros: Easy to access. You can copy from one season to another. We can easliy contact the customer service to help us if we have an issue.

Cons: We would like to receive a notification by email when a payment is declined. We would like to have an easier way to credit a customer.

Pros: The customer service is excellent. Uplifter is always improving their platform and adding new features to simplify the experience.

Cons: The formatting of the web page can be difficult to line up columns at times. It may look straight and then when I save it the information shifts.

Pros: I love the flexibility and high quality of the product. Our website has never looked better or more professional. I love the ease of creating programs, our families are able to register with little to no training and we can collect payments for almost everything we do easily and in one spot.

Cons: The reporting is very flexible, but it's also hard to learn, and I often have to create more than one report to gather all the information our board requests. I wish it was more user-friendly and all options were available on all report types so I could get the info I need in one report. I would prefer a report included in each program so you can easily download all the information collected for the program you are working with rather than having to go to the reports to create a report to gather what is needed.

Pros: 1. The customer service is excellent and quick. 2. They allow us to use multiple vendors and venues. 3. The platform is really versatile. 4. To my point of view it is quite easy to use. 5. It is a Canadian Company!

Cons: Basicaly not too much. I love the customer service but do not like that it is only by email... Also I do not like how discount works. I feel it complicated!

Pros: Ease of reporting memberships to our National Sport Organization Skate Canada via the link for member reconciliation and automatic submission.

Cons: No simple way to integrate import into Quickbooks, depending on your accounting method this could mean dual entry.

Pros: It's one of the most comprehensive sport management system I have ever worked with. The ability to perform class management tasks along with financial record keeping allows so much versatility.

Cons: There's very little NOT to like about Uplifter. I would like to see the addition of SMS communication capabilities.

Pros: Very simple to use and the documents for how to are clear and concise. The assitance available from uplifter has been an asset to be able to learn to use new sections of uplifter that fit the needs of our club.

Cons: When we first started using uplifter it was not as user friendly as it is now. The updates and changes habe made the program invaluable to the day to day running of our skating club.

Pros: Efficiency of the program, how easy it is for members to sign up. Otherwise it’s a great program. Thumbs up!

Cons: The fees. How you need to upgrade to higher package for etransfer option to save cc fees. Don’t agree.

Pros: Excellent and extremely helpful support team. Always helpful and easy to reach whenever I have a question. Willing to have a call to sort out issues.

Cons: Wish there were more invoice design options as the ones emailed to customers are confusing to look at. As well, i wish there were kore otpions to designbthe registration area of the website.

Pros: It's super easy to use, the support service is always accessible and very competent. It is very useful especially to manage large number of members.

Cons: It's not in an App so it is a bit less user-friendly working on a website from the phone or tablet. Unfortunately some mail features are missing (such as forwarding a previous email to follow up on it) and we are forced to translate every message in both French and English (would remove the mandatory option of it) especially as by copy-pasting the message the font (bold, links etc.) get lost so have to do the work manually twice.

Pros: It is very customer friendly. I like the way it’s built. I can find any piece of information quickly.

Cons: It’s not quite comfortable to use on the phone. When the program rate is getting prorated I can’t find the initial rate anywhere saved on uplifter. I wish I could do that.

Pros: I like that it is synced up to the Skate Canada website so we don’t have to double enter registrations.

Cons: Some of it is quite confusing for the technologically challenged, so I guess I wish it was more straightforward.

Pros: I can do pretty much everything online with it for our club, especially the payments from members, organizing groups and tracking each dancer’s progress is a great feature

Cons: It’s not user friendly. It can be very confusing to learn new utilization. It may be due to the basic package, we will be looking into upgrading.

Pros: The system is easy to set up different payment options. I also like that you can copy and paste over each program one year into the next to save time.

Cons: The system is a bit hard to navigate to different pages. It would be better a bit more simpler or have easier links to go back such as registration, invoicing.

Pros: Ease of use, we no longer have to chase people for money in our small town club. We are able to take credit card payments which is a huge plus for members. I love how well organized the site is, we can easily access information about who is in each group and who has paid. Sending registration straight to Skate Canada also decreases workload. Lastly, being able to add a subscription makes the process easier for adding fundraising fees.

Cons: Having to go a manually tell it to send registrations to Skate Canada, I’d like for it to do it automatically. I find the billing is a bit confusing.

Pros: To run registration and website from one application. Having it able to run the payments is also a benefit.

Cons: It’s clumsy, not intuitive to new users, and often is missing helpful functionality. People registering their kids often call frustrated.
