Pros: Publer is exactly what I need without being over-complicated and is always adding features to help the users. I know that when I take PTO, Publer is easy enough to navigate and use that my team can pick right up where I left off. Scheduling, ideation, and analytics sections offer a great user experience.

Cons: I don't think there is anything I like least. Publer is truly a hidden gem in the social arena and I think more people should be using it.

Pros: Publer has been a great addition to my social media workflow. It makes planning, scheduling, and managing content across multiple platforms incredibly easy and efficient. The interface is clean and intuitive, so it doesn’t take long to get comfortable using it, even for more advanced features. What I appreciate most is the scheduling and automation capabilities. Being able to organize posts in advance and maintain consistency across channels saves a lot of time and effort. The platform also keeps improving, which shows the team is actively listening to users.

Cons: There are a few minor UI limitations when handling a large volume of posts, but they don’t take away from the overall experience.

I love how you can customize posts per platform without duplicating content. The clean UI is intuitive even for non-tech team members. Compared to Hootsuite and Buffer, Publer offers exceptional value for the price.

Cons: The analytics could be more in-depth, especially for platforms like Instagram and LinkedIn where detailed engagement insights would help. The free plan limits scheduled posts to 10 per social account which feels restrictive when testing the tool at scale. Also, more advanced automation workflows would be a welcome addition.

Pros: Being to sync multiple social media accounts to one platform and then being able to create and schedule your posts all at once and be able to monitor all of it in one spot

Cons: Not being able to make AI videos directly in publer that you can post directly from publer to your accounts

Pros: The team were so helpful, Publer just works out of the box and is a joy to use. It is particulalrly useful for running the social media of Not for profits

Cons: There was nothing I really disliked about the product, it just worked and provided a great scheduling tool

Cons: The interface needs to get used to, but it has suffered s ome good changes lately which makes it pretty good. Also, they had some API problems but that was due to Metas's network most of the time.

Pros: Pros: Publer's content calendar is genuinely one of the better ones I've used. Having a clear visual of what's going out, when, and across which platforms saves a ton of mental overhead. The scheduling interface is clean, bulk scheduling works well, and the ability to plan content weeks in advance without things breaking or disappearing is more reliable than some competitors. For anyone running a brand or ecosystem where content consistency matters, it does the job well.

Cons: Cons: The pricing structure is where it starts to feel off. As you scale up — more social profiles, more team members, more workspaces — the cost jumps faster than the feature set justifies. For solo operators or lean teams, the free or lower tiers feel a bit restrictive, and moving to a higher plan doesn't always feel like a proportional upgrade in value. There's a ceiling where you're paying premium prices for features that feel like they should be standard.

Pros: I really like being able to use the collaboration feature of Instagram. This is kinda unique. Also posting to Telegram is very niche. Uploading videos and images is very easy and works well.

Cons: The media folder UI could use some polishing. I don't like how folders and media are shown there when switching to list view it only affects media not the folders.

Pros: Birds eye view of all content able to manage social media management easily at a very affordable price compared to any other platforms that I can see in India as of today, 08/04/2016.

Cons: If there is a comment directly from Publer, that will be really awesome because other competitors do that. That is a great idea to add and that is a con.

Pros: Scheduling posts saves me lots of time having to manually publish each post on each social media platform.

Cons: I wish it was more automated. I just upgraded to the pro version, so we will see if this improves the automation.

If you only need straightforward planning and posting, parts of Publer can feel like extra layers rather than essential tools. Its strength is versatility, but that can also be its main weakness.

Pros: Publer lets me easily manage my client social media accounts all in one place. I especially like the approval feature.

Cons: Can't think of anything negative to say about Publer. Probably that I did not purchase a larger plan at the very beginning lol

Pros: Being able to add first comments and use the same message across multiple platforms. It's also great that I can alter them for each platform.

Cons: A limited number of social platforms available in the professional plan. I would have liked it if I could use more platforms.

Pros: The support from staff, they are friendly and helpful always. Most of the time they are available right from a chat window.

Cons: Not being able to scroll from month to month when viewing the calendar is a bit unfortunate, you have to manually switch to the next month. A bit expensive compared to other apps I pay for.
