Publer is a solid option if you need a straightforward scheduling tool. It covers the essentials. It works well enough day-to-day. Worth trying.
Pros: Publer gets the basics right when it comes to post scheduling. The calendar view is intuitive, and being able to queue content across multiple platforms from one place saves real time. The interface is clean and relatively easy to pick up without much of a learning curve.
Cons: The pricing feels steep for what you actually get. Compared to other tools in the same space, some features that should be standard are locked behind higher-tier plans.

it is fine, i just started it, but I can feel it does reduce the time I have to invest in posting on social media.
Pros: good platform to have all the social media accounts into one single place, and be able to post instantly in all of them.
Cons: It gets more and more expensive, the more accounts you add. the membership should be logarithmic, to make it cheaper the more accounts I add.

After exploring many other tools, this one has most of the features that I need. I like all in one solutions.
Pros: The interface is friendly. It didn't take me a lot of time to find my way around it. It has the functions that I need.
Cons: There is not X in the free tier and the schedule posts are very limited as well. The AI tools are still pretty basic.

Pros: Publer is exactly what I need without being over-complicated and is always adding features to help the users. I know that when I take PTO, Publer is easy enough to navigate and use that my team can pick right up where I left off. Scheduling, ideation, and analytics sections offer a great user experience.
Cons: I don't think there is anything I like least. Publer is truly a hidden gem in the social arena and I think more people should be using it.

Overall, Publer is a reliable, user-friendly, and powerful tool for anyone managing social media. I’d highly recommend it to individuals and teams looking to streamline their content workflow.
Pros: Publer has been a great addition to my social media workflow. It makes planning, scheduling, and managing content across multiple platforms incredibly easy and efficient. The interface is clean and intuitive, so it doesn’t take long to get comfortable using it, even for more advanced features. What I appreciate most is the scheduling and automation capabilities. Being able to organize posts in advance and maintain consistency across channels saves a lot of time and effort. The platform also keeps improving, which shows the team is actively listening to users.
Cons: There are a few minor UI limitations when handling a large volume of posts, but they don’t take away from the overall experience.

As someone managing social media for content creation and digital marketing, Publer has been a game-changer. I have tried several tools before, but Publer stands out for its perfect balance of power and simplicity. My workflow across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Pinterest is now completely streamlined. The team features make collaboration smooth, and the customer support has been consistently responsive whenever I needed help. For small teams, content creators, and startups, Publer delivers incredible value without the steep learning curve or premium pricing of larger competitors.
Pros: Publer makes managing multiple social media accounts incredibly easy. The scheduling and auto-queue features save me hours every week. I love how you can customize posts per platform without duplicating content. The clean UI is intuitive even for non-tech team members. Integrations with Canva and Google Drive fit seamlessly into my content workflow. The Link in Bio tool is a great bonus that eliminates the need for extra tools. Compared to Hootsuite and Buffer, Publer offers exceptional value for the price.
Cons: The analytics could be more in-depth, especially for platforms like Instagram and LinkedIn where detailed engagement insights would help. The free plan limits scheduled posts to 10 per social account which feels restrictive when testing the tool at scale. Also, more advanced automation workflows would be a welcome addition.

I’ve thoroughly enjoyed it. It’s made things so much easier, smoother. It’s made things so much more simpler not having to create a dozen api’s linking a dozen accounts and tracking a dozen different account posts on different platforms.
Pros: Being to sync multiple social media accounts to one platform and then being able to create and schedule your posts all at once and be able to monitor all of it in one spot
Cons: Not being able to make AI videos directly in publer that you can post directly from publer to your accounts

Perfect I wish we had found it sooner, we are now moving all of our social media activity to Publer as it is so easy
Pros: The team were so helpful, Publer just works out of the box and is a joy to use. It is particulalrly useful for running the social media of Not for profits
Cons: There was nothing I really disliked about the product, it just worked and provided a great scheduling tool

I tried many social media managing platforms in the past, all had different problems, reliability issues or simply didn't work as planned. Publer is almost perfect and does everything I want.
Pros: Publer simplifies my social media campaigns effortlessly, making it extremely easy to manage all accounts.
Cons: The interface needs to get used to, but it has suffered s ome good changes lately which makes it pretty good. Also, they had some API problems but that was due to Metas's network most of the time.

Overall, Publer is a solid tool for scheduling and managing social media content. It’s great for basic automation and keeping accounts active, but it still needs improvement in content quality and reliability. With better AI outputs and more control over creatives, it could become a top-tier platform.
Pros: Very easy to use and set up. The interface is clean and intuitive, making it simple to schedule posts across multiple platforms. Automation features save a lot of time, especially for consistent posting. It’s affordable compared to other tools and works well for small teams or startups.
Cons: Sometimes the automation and content generation feel limited or inconsistent. It can post very generic content if not carefully guided, and there’s not enough control over creative quality. Occasional bugs or delays in publishing can also be frustrating, especially when managing multiple accounts.

From my perspective, using Publer feels like finally getting a handle on a chaotic digital ecosystem. The visual calendar is a game-changer, allowing you to see your entire month’s content strategy at a single glance. You’ll likely appreciate how the Canva integration lets you design and attach graphics without ever leaving the tab, keeping your workflow tight and focused. The "Link in Bio" feature acts as a personal landing page, turning your social traffic into actual results. While you might occasionally hit a snag with platform-specific API limits, the overall feeling is one of clarity and control.
Pros: Publer is a powerhouse for social media management because it combines simplicity with advanced automation. It supports almost every major platform, including Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn, allowing you to bulk schedule up to 500 posts at once. Its standout features—like automatic watermarking, post recycling, and a built-in design integration with Canva—save creators hours of manual work. Unlike many competitors, Publer offers a generous free tier and affordable paid plans, making it perfect for small businesses. With its intuitive visual calendar and AI-assisted caption generation, it turns a chaotic posting schedule into a streamlined, professional strategy
Cons: While Publer is a robust tool, it does have some notable drawbacks. One primary issue is the occasional API limitation, which can lead to failed posts or restricted features on platforms like Instagram and TikTok due to their strict third-party rules. Some users find the mobile app less intuitive than the desktop version, making on-the-go management slightly clunky. Additionally, the analytics suite, while functional, lacks the granular depth found in higher-end competitors like Sprout Social. Lastly, the learning curve for advanced automation features, such as "Recycling" or "Shortcuts," can be steep for beginners looking for a simple "set and forget" solution.

Overall Experience: Publer has been a reliable tool for content planning and keeping a posting calendar organized across platforms. It's not flashy, but it's functional — and in social media management, functional and dependable matters more than most people admit. The UI is approachable, the calendar view is great, and the scheduling rarely misfires. The main friction is around pricing — it's not the most budget-friendly option as you grow. That said, if you're in a position where the cost makes sense, it's a genuinely solid platform that does what it promises.
Pros: Pros: Publer's content calendar is genuinely one of the better ones I've used. Having a clear visual of what's going out, when, and across which platforms saves a ton of mental overhead. The scheduling interface is clean, bulk scheduling works well, and the ability to plan content weeks in advance without things breaking or disappearing is more reliable than some competitors. For anyone running a brand or ecosystem where content consistency matters, it does the job well.
Cons: Cons: The pricing structure is where it starts to feel off. As you scale up — more social profiles, more team members, more workspaces — the cost jumps faster than the feature set justifies. For solo operators or lean teams, the free or lower tiers feel a bit restrictive, and moving to a higher plan doesn't always feel like a proportional upgrade in value. There's a ceiling where you're paying premium prices for features that feel like they should be standard.

All in all it's doing it's job as a social media management tool very well. It saves me a ton of time by making scheduling posts a breeze.
Pros: I really like being able to use the collaboration feature of Instagram. This is kinda unique. Also posting to Telegram is very niche. Uploading videos and images is very easy and works well.
Cons: The media folder UI could use some polishing. I don't like how folders and media are shown there when switching to list view it only affects media not the folders.

Really fantastic so far. I got addicted to this and this makes me accountable and more motivated to do a lot of social media posts.
Pros: Birds eye view of all content able to manage social media management easily at a very affordable price compared to any other platforms that I can see in India as of today, 08/04/2016.
Cons: If there is a comment directly from Publer, that will be really awesome because other competitors do that. That is a great idea to add and that is a con.
Anandnarayanan S. · Data Engineer · Information Technology and Services · April 8, 2026
Really great customer support. Really great value for the money as compared to other social media schedulers.
Pros: Scheduling posts saves me lots of time having to manually publish each post on each social media platform.
Cons: I wish it was more automated. I just upgraded to the pro version, so we will see if this improves the automation.

Pros: What I liked most about Publer is the combination of simplicity and powerful automation — it lets you schedule content quickly while still scaling efficiently without extra tools.
Cons: What I liked least about Publer is that the analytics and reporting are relatively basic, especially compared to more advanced (enterprise-level) tools.
Anton C. · Head of · Marketing and Advertising · April 2, 2026
Publer stands out because it offers a lot of agency-style functionality at a lower, more flexible price than many rivals. Its main strengths are modular pricing, unlimited workspaces on paid plans, bulk scheduling, collaboration/approval flows, analytics, AI tools, RSS automation, browser extension, and link-in-bio in one platform. In practice, it sits between basic schedulers and expensive enterprise suites: more complete than lightweight tools, but less heavy and costly than platforms like Hootsuite or Sprout Social.
Pros: My favorite aspect is the balance between power and simplicity. Publer seems to give you many of the features that matter most—bulk scheduling, collaboration, analytics, AI help, and multi-workspace management—without feeling as bloated or expensive as some bigger platforms. That middle ground is valuable: it’s not just a basic scheduler, but it also doesn’t look like an enterprise tool built for giant teams only.
Cons: What I dislike most is that it can feel like it’s trying to do a lot at once. That breadth is useful, but for some users it may make the product feel less immediately intuitive than simpler schedulers. If you only need straightforward planning and posting, parts of Publer can feel like extra layers rather than essential tools. Its strength is versatility, but that can also be its main weakness.

Publer has been one of the best purchases I've made. It makes managing social media accounts very easy to do, especaally with teams.
Pros: Publer lets me easily manage my client social media accounts all in one place. I especially like the approval feature.
Cons: Can't think of anything negative to say about Publer. Probably that I did not purchase a larger plan at the very beginning lol

Pros: What I liked most about Publer is its simplicity combined with powerful scheduling features. The platform makes it very easy to plan, organize, and automate social media content across multiple channels from one dashboard. I especially appreciate the clean interface, bulk scheduling, and the ability to preview posts before publishing. It saves a lot of time and helps maintain consistency in content strategy.

I like it a lot. It saves me a lot of time! Every time when I post a video, I can now just post a message about it on all my social platforms.
Pros: Being able to add first comments and use the same message across multiple platforms. It's also great that I can alter them for each platform.
Cons: A limited number of social platforms available in the professional plan. I would have liked it if I could use more platforms.
Anonymous User · Owner · Publishing · March 28, 2026
So far it's been great, real time saver for publishing to socials in bulk. There is a bit of a learning curve but overall it has been pretty easy. I started about 2 weeks ago and feel I am pretty proficient now.
Pros: The support from staff, they are friendly and helpful always. Most of the time they are available right from a chat window.
Cons: Not being able to scroll from month to month when viewing the calendar is a bit unfortunate, you have to manually switch to the next month. A bit expensive compared to other apps I pay for.
