Happy I made the switch! I've been looking for a program like this for ages. Going back and forth between platforms was always hard, but having everything in one spot made it worth the value for the money.
Pros: I run many accounts on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. It’s hard to keep track of everything, and this tool has helped me manage all my clients in one place. I’m able to see all the messages I need in one spot.
Cons: There wasn't much to dislike. Launching my account and connecting my socials were hard at first, but they had great customer support, and it was smooth sailing after that.

I have used Vista Social for years, and it has never let me down. I love that they are constantly updating their platform with new features that give it more value, as well as how easy it is to navigate their site. As a social media manager who works alone, this tool has been a godsend for staying organized and providing great social media work for my clients.
Pros: The best thing about Vista Social, besides the affordable price, is the easy-to-learn/use UI. I find many of these platforms to be overwhelming with all their features, but Vista Social is extremely easy to navigate and explore. I also love their DM automation feature, which eliminates the need to make a separate account on ManyChat. I also have had really positive and quick interactions with their customer support team.

Cons: It has gotten more expensive over the years, but they have also added many more features that (in my opinion) offset the cost. Plus, compared to many other platforms, like SproutSocial, which runs at $299 per month these days, their price point is really affordable.

I find its automation feature really helpful for tasks like lead generation, DMs, and social listening. I love that I can manage several pages like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Google all from one platform. The dashboard provides the most important info in a way that's easy to share with clients during reporting meetings. The tasks feature streamlines the collaboration process since tasks can be assigned and monitored from the platform as well. The automations are the best feature, making outreach and lead generation more efficient.
Pros: The UI is user friendly easy to learn. It is very easy to setup an account and get organized. Vista has many very helpful features as well, such as the automation features which are very easy to setup. Vista Social also help with content planning, scheduling, and outreach. and the automation features makes massaging leads easy. the tasks tool makes team collaboration simple since tasks can be assigned and managed.
Cons: Honestly there wasn't much to dislike. one small quirk was that after connecting my accounts, all of my dm had the same date stamp buts that about it.

Cons: Honestly, not much so far. The only thing I’d say is that because Vista Social has a lot of features beyond scheduling, there’s a bit of a learning curve at first, especially when setting up more advanced tools like DM automations or social listening.

My experience is great! It is easy to use, inuitive, great design and all features i could think of are implemented.
Pros: I loved that there is far more than Just scheduling posts. With the listing feature i am always up to date with market relevant trends and i save a lot time with the feature of getting all messages and mentions in one place. The set-up was super easy and even the use feels intuitive, you still have some trial videos or you can reach out to the customer support.It really is a great all-in-one solution i don't wanna miss anymore.
Cons: To be honest, just the fact that i didnt use it earlier. I couldn't find something yet. Hopefully it stays with it's high quality and gets regular updates, than it's the perfect tool

I really like Vista Social as it is very easy to use, very easy to understand and has many features which I like from any other software. They are also budget friendly when it comes to subscriptions. The security of the social media is very protected by its features. The customer service is also approachable and can help you solve your problems in just a minute. I also like about Vista Social is when I can manage my task smoothly. You can also create content creation and manage it from the software.
Pros: I like Vista Social when it comes to scheduling posts and managing my templates on each of my social medias.
Cons: The software sometimes crash and the software seems lagging once they refreshed. The software needs to do some resolve.

Pros: What I like most about Vista Social is how it centralizes scheduling, engagement, analytics, and reporting in one intuitive dashboard. The drag-and-drop content calendar makes planning posts across multiple platforms very efficient, and the unified inbox ensures I never miss comments or messages. The AI caption assistant and hashtag suggestions also speed up content creation while maintaining quality. Reporting is clear and professional, which makes presenting performance results to clients much easier.
Cons: There are very few downsides, but I would appreciate more advanced customization options in analytics reports, especially for tailoring metrics to specific client needs. Occasionally, minor syncing delays with social platforms can occur, though they are usually resolved quickly. These are small improvements rather than major issues, and they don’t significantly affect my overall experience.

I can rate 100% using this app. I have used many different apps before, but they didn't work due to overpricing and limited features. Great Customer Service, fast response, and I can read the inbox and comments in real time.
Pros: Affordable price, beginner-friendly, and I can link more social accounts. I use it in advanced posting. I manage multiple social media accounts for my clients. For us its great. We can see also the analytics in how far out platforms growing. With that results we can also schedule our posts better.
Pros: It is really easy to use as a beginner. We never used an managment before. So for us this was really nice to begin with

My overall experience with Vista Social as a Digital Marketing Specialist for more than 10 years handling multiple businesses and accounts across multiple platforms at a time, this is the platform that I would choose to use moving forward as it has proven to be the most efficient and effective.
Pros: I found that the inbox feature that Vista Social offers is more efficient that other platforms I have used in the past, seeing all my messages, comments and responses all in one inbox from my different platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Threads is a big time saver. Their pricing is also very reasonable given the premium services they offer like their listening feature that most other SMM tools offer at a higher rate. The scheduling tool they offer with the ability to change and edit per platform makes it effective in catering to different markets that each platform carry. Editing of content via their scheduling tool makes it easy for content creation and task management with the ease of just one click. I trust that my accounts are secure with Vista Social as their customer support is very prompt and active when it comes to concerns about the product. Their reporting and analytics help me get a bird's eye view of our current competitors in the market.
Cons: For as long as I have been using Vista Social, I have yet something to find that I dislike. Moreso, I am looking forward to exploring the features that they have yet to release.

Amazing, I'd recommend it to other businesses to have a better organization and not miss out on anything, since it has an obvious structure.
Pros: I like that it's a very complete platform, it has everything you need, and it's very easy to use, and the customer service is top-tier.
Cons: I didn't love the prices, but I think it's fair for everything it has available. It's very much needed for any company to have a good structure and organization for things to happen correctly.

Out of all the social media management platforms I tried, this one is my favorite!! I tried this once before and learned it from my one of my clients but I wasn't able to explore the features that much. Now that I used it again, I am blown away by all the features that it gives!
Pros: Great value for money. The interface gives a premium feel and it's so easy to use. Aside from the post scheduling, I love that it has DM automations so no need to use another tool like Manychat. The listening feature is also great and it's something that you usually just see on more expensive platforms. I can also delegate tasks to other users and use it as a task management tool, so that's amazing. Finally, I love that the analytics are detailed but still easy to understand. Overall, I'm obsessed!
Cons: There are no complaints from me for now, still enjoying the features that Vista Social has to offer.

My overall experience with Vista Social is excellent. The tool is user-friendly, the customer support is very fast and efficient. The integration is very stable and easy to use. I love how this tool shows messages, comments and mentions in realtime. And the automation is perfect for me as a social media manager who handles clients’ marketing campaigns across all social media platforms.
Pros: Vista Social is not just for publishing content on social media. It also offers marketing automation that many other social media tools do not provide. It automatically sends direct messages to users who comment on a post. I’ve been working with an e-commerce client, and we were using two different tools before for social media automation and publishing. This tool combines those two tools into one. It also offer a unique feature that can grow YouTube followers. Overall, this tool is excellent for social media managers with multiple clients.
Cons: I think Vista Social could improve its task feature and turn it into a full project management tool. As social media manager who handles many different clients, this improvement could help us streamline our work. But overall, Vista Social is highly recommended for people who needs effective social media marketing campaigns.

I love using Vista Social to manage different social media profiles, including posting, scheduling, and automation. The listening feature is also awesome. I especially love the webinar automation and the other automations because they let me manage everything in one single app instead of having to switch between different tools. It’s really handy. Overall, I like everything about it, and you can even add and edit lots of details within the platform. I also love the look and feel; it’s very user-friendly and easy to figure out. The initial setup and integration was super easy, and the tutorials are clear and simple to follow. It also has great customer support, which I think is quite important; they respond quickly.
Pros: I love that it offers a lot of features that other apps don't have, like automations, AI support, task management, and link-in-bio pages.
Cons: Just that some features take a bit to learn 100%, but they have tutorials which make it so easy to learn.

Pros: What I love the most is the trending audio scheduling. This is fvcking rare!!!! Usually, you can only do it if you schedule on its platform (IG or FB) and it's troublesome to keep changing platforms. But on Vista, you can just do all in one! Manychat features, Meta business features, and more!
Cons: Nothing really but I hope users in the trial period can use the sentiment analysis, and industry benchmark in the first 2-week trial period.

By having scheduling, the unified inbox, and listening tools in one place, I've been able to reduce my software costs while significantly improving my response times and engagement results.
Pros: As a content creator and social media manager handling multiple accounts, I used to find staying on top of everything exhausting. Between publishing content and monitoring engagement—whether it’s DMs, comments, or mentions—I had to juggle multiple tools and stay logged in for hours every day. What I love about Vista Social is that everything is centralized. Having the ability to see messages and mentions in real-time across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Threads, and LinkedIn within one inbox is a total game-changer. I’ve also started using the DM Automation to handle initial responses, which saves me a massive amount of time. The Social Listening feature is another standout; it’s usually a premium, high-cost tool on other platforms, but here it’s powerful and affordable. Finally, their customer support is outstanding. Whenever I have a question, I get a patient, helpful response within minutes. It has truly saved me both time and money.
Cons: So far, I have no complaints. The platform is intuitive, and on the rare occasion I can't find a specific feature, the support team is right there to guide me through it. It has been a very smooth experience.

As a social media manager for over 5 years now, I love how instead of using multiple tools (and getting so many expensive subscriptions) for scheduling, analytics, engagement, automation, and listening, everything is centralized in one platform. This significantly reduces confusion and inefficiency when I’m managing multiple clients and platforms.
Pros: Love how it combines the most important features of different social media management tools into one streamlined platform. Scheduling is the bare minimum, and Vista Social handles that well, but what really stands out is the analytics and reporting feature. Being able to quickly generate reports with built-in insights and recommendations saves me a lot of time. Also love the task assignment and priority tagging features since it makes the workflow smoother. The all-in-one inbox is another one of my favorite tool since it allows me to manage engagements across multiple platforms and clients in one place which has been one of my most time consuming tasks as a social media manager.
Cons: Nothing in particular since there are tutorials for each feature so it’s quite easy to follow. Their support is also quick so I appreciated that.

I'm really not sure why more people are not talking about the power of Vista Social??! It has all the standard features of the other SMM platforms, but it blows everyone out of the water with its features! A client of mine introduced me to platform actually and at first I thought it was just the standard tool. But after some time of using it and getting more familar with features like Listening and the DM automations (just as a few examples), there's no way I'm going back to any other tool lol!
Pros: I like the Listening feature the most. I feel like this is an underrated tool. To be able to have your "ear to the streets" for the clients we support is amazing. It allows me to ensure I stay in the know and the fact that clients can see that side as well is great! I dont think any other platforms allow that. I also really enjoy being able to get the customer support I need in case I ever have any issues or if I'm unsure of how to properly set up something. Lastly, as a social media manager, how can I not mention the way it help me streamline my tasks from client to client all in one with profile groups?? That's amazing in itself.
Cons: There's nothing I don't enjoy right now. Maybe I'd say I wish it was completely free forever haha but that would not be fair for the business. It's certainly worth every dollar in my opinion.

Pros: What I liked most is how easy everything is to navigate. Scheduling posts, managing multiple accounts, and replying to messages all in one dashboard made my workflow faster.
Cons: The main downside for me was that some advanced features took a bit of time to fully explore, especially at the start.

I made a mistake trying to log in to my Facebook, and then I submitted a request. In less than 11 minutes, they reached out to me with a response and solution. I love how easy it was to schedule posts, respond to comments, and automate DMs even when I was not available. Vista Social helps me manage my tasks more efficiently and effectively. The listening feature is another aspect of Vista I thoroughly enjoyed.
Pros: I absolutely loved how integrated Vista Social is. One key thing that stood out for me was the promptness of the customer service. I could see my messages in real time from different social profiles without having to use my phone or switch from here to there.
Cons: I haven't encountered anything I didn't like about Vista Social yet. It has been quite easy to use and seamless to navigate.

Pros: the user friendly interface has helped me use it with more ease as compared to other SMM tools. The post scheduling, content crafting and analytics all in one place makes managing multiple accounts a thousand times easier and its all in one package so I do not have to pay for multiple SMM softwares to manage, analyse and optimise multiple profiles.
Cons: Honestly, having a few advanced features made it a bit difficult for me to get used to the platform. A few analytical tools could be more flexible. that being said once you are used to the platform the overall experience is still very smooth

It's a really powerful social media platform that it worths more than you pay. Very complete to manage different tasks that no others offer like social listening, reporting or social media analytics. Definitely I recommend it!
Pros: It is one of the most complete social media tools I’ve seen to date. The DM interactions are in real time. DM automation is very useful and can be personalized depending on what you want, so you don't need to use other platforms. The listening tool is very useful because social media managers need to have more data on a single platform to know what publications are working and what are not. It looks very complete with personalized options. You can configure the automations depending on the social network; it is very easy to do. It is a powerful tool that could work for social media experts or non-experts alike.
Cons: The platform is very complete, but I found two small disadvantages with this platform: - The "Find content" tool doesn't show personalized research related to your topics. - Once scheduled posts have been published, you cannot reschedule them to another date; you need to start the entire process from the beginning, creating a new post. For the rest, it works really well if you manage different social media platforms like Hootsuite or Emplifi.
