Pros: Great software to build my community and memberships. Excellent product. Thank you!

Cons: I’d love to be able to build out sites for my clients using additional domains and separate communities.

Pros: I had a technical issue signing in. The support team jumped in and got things fixed quickly. Kudos to the team.

Cons: The initial sign in process was an issue but I do not know how to describe it, but it required tech support to fix. And they did

Pros: It is a great tool that brings your ideas into reality. I've been looking for a tool for 2 years and have tried all sorts

Cons: I'm not sure yet as I have to try all the functionalities. That said, there is a learning curve, like any tool.

Pros: Flexibility and endless options. Not only can it serve as a website, but I can also promote my own clients.

Cons: A setup can take some time, but that was expected, and the team is helpful regarding all the questions.

Pros: What I like most about Brilliant Directories is that I have a team that is constantly supporting my activities: there are regular webinars to clarify doubts and show new features, there is very good documentation, and the technical support team is always willing to help. The team is constantly creating resources that make it easier for us to build our sites and turn them into a truly profitable business.

Cons: At the beginning, it has a somewhat steep learning curve, although by following the various video tutorials and documentation available in the tool itself and on the website, as well as using the support chat, the time is reduced.

Pros: At first it’s intimidating for no developer person but I really love that they provide with lots of tutorials and constant webinars, that really make it easy to follow

Cons: I would love to see the new design / front end themes capabilities that they said it’s coming along now that the rest of the back end it’s pretty robust

Cons: Das Design der Templates wirkt etwas altmodisch (alle Vorlagen können allerdings individuell angepasst werden).

Pros: I appreciate the themes function and how easy they’ve made building a website to meet my needs instead of me having to dedicate time, add apps and plugins it comes with everything my business model may need so I can get going faster. Also love the lifetime access!

Cons: The aesthetic is a little clunky but I may just need more time to play around with it. I don’t think this will deter people from the site though which is most important.

Pros: It's a full potential platform, not only for creating directories but also courses, community, blog and landing pages. I like the ability to customize, LEGO like which enables you to create anything in the context that this platform allows. I see also in a way that can be scalable starting with digital products then a blog then, community and directory. I like the documentation that allow you to find anything you want to create along a with a five star team that is always ready to help. This also give me trust that in the future this platforma will be even better because the team is actively trying to make this a better and better tool.

Cons: I guess is the learning curve, and I'm still managing to navigate on it to create a simple community and a blog, but this is nothing to do with BD but to the learning that must be done by me and that is innerent any platform of this kind. Some are easier I admit then others BD is so far a average learning curve. Although I'm seeing that once you start mastering the principles the rest is transversal to the all platform.

Pros: I like the strong live community behind the software. You could find other scripts that claim to provide similar results but the thing that there is a team behind that is ready to fix things make you wanna use it.

Cons: i havent found any yet as i am still learning how to use it. But overall it is very nice.

Pros: So far I’ve had a fantastic experience using Brilliant Directories to build my online directory. What really stands out to me is how user-friendly and intuitive the platform is. The customization options are impressive; I could easily tailor the design and functionality to match my brand without needing to code. Managing members and payments appears seamless, and the built-in SEO tools looks like it would help my directory gain visibility right from the start. I especially appreciate the integrated email marketing features, which should let me communicate with my members and subscribers without relying on third-party tools. I've yet to finish setting up my domain and going live but I think the platform will suit me well.

Cons: None so far as I only just go access to the product a couple days ago so haven't really been able to fully put it through its paces but I like what I see so far.

Pros: Brilliant Directories was incredibly easy to set up and navigate. If you can read or watch a simple how-to video, you can build your whole site. Everything just clicks together—no tech headaches!

Cons: Least favorite thing about Brilliant Directories? The fact that I didn’t discover it years ago. Would’ve saved me so much time,

Pros: Tutorials and YouTube channel are very helpful

Cons: More tutorials on quick launch and how to change the images in the default pages. This is where I am stuck

Pros: I love how BD is an all in one platform so I don't have to have another CRM or billing on the backend. Also the email marketing and ease of overall use of the platform is great!

Cons: Should have taken advantage of the holiday deal

Pros: It was the most complete package of all directory platforms out there!

Cons: There is a bit of tech to deal with, but nothing unmanageable. Besides they have a great support team and their online guides are right on!

Pros: I absolutely love that Brilliant Directories is constantly innovating and improving their platform. Their recent integration with GoHighLevel is a game-changer, and the upcoming WordPress integration is exciting because it will offer full customization. It’s clear they’re dedicated to serving the membership niche, and their focus on continual innovation really sets them apart.

Cons: As someone with a design background, I feel their branding and visuals could use a bit of a facelift. It’s not a deal-breaker by any means, but I do think an updated look could elevate the overall experience.

Pros: The robust suite of tools to address nearly every situation imaginable

Pros: Fairly easy to set up and get started right of the bat. They do have quick set up tutorials which make things a bit easier just to get the site up. Just like anything else though, to get it to your liking is going to take some time.

Cons: The UI seems a little bit dated but so far that is the only thing that I have found so far as I am new and still getting to know the layout of the land.

Pros: The Documentation. Many Videos to every Aspect of the project.

Cons: Had Difficulties by registration of the domain.

Pros: It is a very Robust & Clean UX piece of software. It is apparent that the developer knows what he is doing.

Cons: I would love to see a step by step guide for set up. Something that prompts you step by step from start to finish rather than just videos etc.
