We have never had an issue with phone service. The customer service is outstanding. They never make me feel rushed and have helped me from setting up a phone to getting to the root of an issue.
Pros: The customer service at this company is stellar. You can always get a tech to help and they always follow up quickly. Recently I placed a call through my computer and there was a glitch and Paul called me back right away!
Cons: There is nothing to report here. I have had no issues unresolved.

Pros: OnSIP has the BEST customer service in the world....and that is not hyperbole! I have never - never - been frustrated when I've called and have always gotten the answer to whatever question I had quickly, accurately, and with concern about how I am using their product!
Cons: There are a couple of the knowledge documents that seem to be out-dated and probably need to be edited / rewritten.

Over all experience is great. On-Sip has been a blessing, it allows us to be mobile, not on ly int he office, but in the feild as well. Customer service is above and beyond!
Pros: On-Sip has a Great product, Great customer service, and a Great price. We have been uning On-Sip going on 5 years and we recommend them diligently.
Cons: There is nothing I dislike about On-Sip other than I wish I knew about them sooner, especially when I think about all of the money wasted with other VOIP companies that cost twice as much and offer and offer half of what they do.

I've had good experience with OnSip. Any question I have is always answered and they don't rush you off the phone, they seem eager to make the experience positive.
Pros: Very user friendly company. Helpful over the phone. They answer when you call, a live person, eager to help.
Cons: web app a little confusing. some technical things I don't get and may never. Totally wish they had better selection of music on hold.

We have been using the OnSIP product for over 10 years and have yet to outgrow its features. Very pleased with its consistent performance
Pros: It works consistently, this is critical of any communications tool. You can setup and forget and when you have need of another feature it is fairly simple to implement. If you have any trouble the tech support personnel are outstanding and patient.
Cons: I do have trouble at times installing the updates. They are not too frequent but I usually have to try multiple times to get an update installed.

Cons: One complaint is the inability to pre-configure the holiday calendar. This has to be manually configured, and sometimes we might forget to reset it back to regular hours.

Cons: While I realize the variation of internet providers plays into some issues, I would like the people who work from home to have more reliable service. The often have to log out and login again to keep their ONSIP working remotely. We also have issues with transferring calls/often needing to hang up and give it a second try.

Service is great and always working, I cant recall 1 time where the phones were down in then 12+ years of using OnSip. The customer support is supper friendly too!
Pros: How easy it is to use and the fact that I can use my office phone on my computer and on my smartphone.
Cons: I really don't have any cons that i can think of at the moment. Seriously, it just works! Very happy with OnSip.

The person who helped me was excellent. He was knowledgeable friendly and most of important he was patient with me while we troubleshooted our issues. We worked through the issued and got them resolved. My experience with OnSip was excellent 10/10.

We don't use the system to the extent that I am sure we should. But it takes care of the current needs and can be expanded as we need more unique services.
Pros: Customer service is top of the line. There has never been a time when I called and did not receive help or the solution to whatever my issue was. Everyone is professional, courteous and willing to go above and beyond. Truly outstanding in today's world.
Cons: Sometimes it is not easy to understand how to make changes to our system. I would say semi user friendly but customer service more than makes up for that.

Overall? Very happy! If they didn't have quick, knowledgable, human customer support, I would probably find another tool. But their team does a fantastic job to listen, educate, and help managers understand the tool.
Pros: Customer service is FANTASTIC. Every call I get knowledgable, smart, problem-solving people that actually listens, hears the problem-solving I've done, and helps me not only to find solutions, but walks me through so I have more knowledge to solve it myself.
Cons: Still has residual "third-party app" feel - mobil is very buggy, signing in/out on multiple devices can be tedious. If I lock my computer screen, I often need to restart the app to get it working. For some reason wifi calling has difficulty with landlines (bad connections), but this might not *necessarily* be onsip's fault.

Been using service for my office phone system. Quality of service and uptime are major reasons I continue to utilize OnSIP.
Pros: Reliable and affordable service. Great tech support on the rare occasion I need it. Service support hours accommodate users regardless of location.

Perfect, flawless, easy. If I don't have to worry about something, then I am happy. I have never had to worry about OnSIP! I love it so much, that we are going to use OnSIP for our remote office as well and our phone system will be even more unified.
Pros: Every time I have called OnSIP, I have had my question answered or issue resolved before ending the call. The team at OnSIP are friendly, professional, and knowledgable about their offerings. We have had no issues with OnSIP in the 3 years I have been working with them, and, from my understanding prior to my time here there were no issues. You never hear about that!!
Cons: I have absolutely nothing to put here. There are never any issues, customer service is amazing, and we don't have any issues with the service. There is absolutely NOTHING that I can put here that is negative.

Pros: Great customer service for our VOIP service. Ease of service to use with desktop voip phones. You are never going to get this level of help from a huge corporation.
Cons: Voicemail transcription to email and text response to calls from voicemail interface not part of current package.
