It overall a very good experience. I would recommend them but I don't want my competitors to use them!
Pros: They are easy to work with and reasonably priced. I speak to an actual person whenever I call them.
Cons: Some of their forms are a little outdated and I have to call to get anything changed. They also don't integrate with Web Finance Direct.

Its a good value for the money. Overall it does not take much to pay for itself. Everyone can find at least one thing to use they offer.
Pros: Price cant be beat. It gives me capability to do the things my business needs at a fraction of the cost of others
Cons: I still with they drove more traffic to there site but with that would come more investment from current usersm

Cons: For the $$ I wish there would be more free classifieds sent out to reputable auto venues. I would like to pay online WITHOUT YOUR SYSTEM SAVING MY FINANCIAL INFO. I have to call in every month - go through (very nice) people, multiple times, giving all my dealership info, etc. - just to pay my bill. I use different accounts and DO NOT want my info saved - but, unfortunately, that is now not the case.

Overall its a good product. For the price it can't be beat.
Pros: It is fairly easy to upload inventory and inexpensive, gives our business an online presence. Customer support is top notch and far exceeds expectations at this price point.
Cons: Vin scan is frustrating as it has about a 20% sucess rate. Picture upload is slow at times.

Love it. I have had it for atleast 10 years. The tech support is top notch. The ease of the platform is honestly perfect.
Pros: Honestly. It’s my favorite business advertising platform. So simple to use. Quick and efficient. I can put a car online in 5 minutes or less. Definitely a win in my book.
Cons: The only thing that I don’t like is there is sometimes a glitch that will relist vehicles that I have marked sold.

I am some how ok with the whole service provied to me

Cons: My suggestion, if you guys make it easy for us to use mobile app, example when entering a new unit while using mobile app we should be able to mark all pictures at once of our choice, not going back and forth to gallery for each picture, on desktop it is a little easier because on desktop computer you can drag picture one by one which is still needs one picture at a time. While doing same listing in facebook you can just mark all pictures and one click next all done

My overall experience has been positive. The lead system works well and the DMS integration is very good.
Pros: Easy to use, good synchronization with our DMS.
Cons: Average sale price for comparable vehicles doesn't always take into consideration all details of the vehicles it tries to compare to.
