SAP Ariba

Pros: I have worked on Ariba and found it really well with Industry requirement. Ariba has fantastic features like SBN, Ariba Risk, Ariba Sourcing suite, all features make it perfect one shop for all Supplier relationship and Contract Management

Cons: It is great product by SAP. I would say one of the best when it comes to utility and purpose. Although, it is sometime difficult to navigate and all products dont have similar UI but functionality trumps it.

Pros: My company uses SAP Ariba as the primary purchasing system for goods and services. I personally use the system for both processing spot buys as well as guided buying. I like guided buying the most about SAP Ariba because it allows me to purchase goods all at a predetermined rate using my company's corporate discount.

Cons: At first, the SAP Ariba system was somewhat difficult to navigate. It is such a large system that occasionally I would find myself lost and unsure how to proceed. With more use came more familiarity with the system however.

Pros: The user-friendly interface makes finding the catalogs easy. Robust feature set allows organizational customization.

Cons: Some occasional lag during request submission or catalog navigation. A bit of a learning curve for standard users when it comes to the shipping and review page.

Pros: I liked that I could find products by company or by name or by category. that was easy to decide which product to find.

Cons: I didn't like that not all products are listed in the inventory. Sometimes I couldn't find the desired product.

Pros: SAP Ariba simplifies procurement processes with seamless integration into SAP ERP. The guided buying experience, supplier collaboration, and contract management features help save time and reduce manual paperwork. During training, real-time project scenarios and practical exercises made the concepts easier to understand.

Cons: The user interface can feel overwhelming for beginners, and the initial setup has a learning curve. Some navigation paths could be more intuitive, but once familiar, the system is very powerful.

Pros: It works better with the Edge browser. Everything is organized, from order to delivery and invoice. It is accessible from anywhere in the world if you have internet.

Cons: The response is sometimes a little slow. This could be due to overload on the system I guess. This is my only issue so far.

Pros: Electronic business automation tools allow for high volume invoice via business-to-business integration.

Cons: Manual invoice creation requires a lot of mouse clicks, and could stand to be optimized for greater efficiency.

Pros: I like the dashboard page of Ariba. IT's easy to add and remove widgets.

Cons: I can never find what I need in Ariba. It also never works on the first attempt. You constantly have to reenter your info. I upload invoices all the time and it often takes 4-5 tries to get them into the system.

Pros: It's simple to use and quite easy to understand.

Cons: I find the search engine slow when searching for a PO. I would prefer it to display results as soon as I start typing.

Pros: A really good product for company financial planning and procurement. Straightforward and easy to use. Save a lot of paperwork.

Cons: Initial learning curve was a bit steep for me personally.

Cons: We haven't faced any issues with SAP ARIBA so far.

Pros: It is the best tool to accelerate the procurement process. It helps you to save money on procurement by providing insights into expenditure. It improves your productivity by simplifying the procurement process. With SAP ARIBA you can automate various procurement tasks and save time.

Cons: Currently, I don't have any dislikes about SAP ARIBA.

Pros: SAP Ariba make procurement easy with its cloud-based solution, automating processes and provide real time visibility with supplier. Its help us to connect with B2B Market place, Optimized sourcing and procurement and reduce costs, making procurement easier, faster and more effective. I use is personally and I highly recommend to who seeking a streamline procurement process.

Cons: Not as of now but some beginner level user face little bit difficulty

Pros: The user face is more intuitive and easier to navigate than the predecessor R/3. This made for a quick adoption and seamless transition for employees.

Cons: For a company our size, integrating SAP Ariba with our existing ERP systems required significant IT resources.

Pros: The interface is well designed and although it can be a bit complex and intimidating at first, it is a nice tool that allows for orderly and agile work. It helped us to manage all the necessary renovations to get up to date with the technology, allowing us to search for suppliers to compare specifications and prices. It helped us to ask for quotes and then choose based on concrete data. It allowed us to purchase software and negotiate licenses for our technicians and engineers.

Cons: Implementation and maintenance costs are high, in addition to customization and configuration costs.

Pros: Connects buyers and sellers in a secure environment

Cons: Fees, clunky interface, slow to update, duplication of accounts

Pros: Übersicht, Leichtes hinzufügen von Kunden

Cons: sehr langsam, seiten müssen immer wieder aktualisiert werden, man kann keine mehreren Tabs aufmachen, Der SUPPORT ist eine Frechheit(ich habe noch nie so schlechten Support erhalten)
