Staff loves it. Easy to manage.
Pros: Ease of use and mobile app option make it fairly intuitive. There are tools and charts for processing expenses over time that help with budgeting.
Cons: Admin side is a little tech intensive.

Cons: when log in and verifying expenses to able to stay longer on the application without kicking you out after 15 minutes.

Pros: The new seamless integration with QuickBooks. This has been a game changer for us and saved us so much time from manual entry. Thank you!
Cons: The initial set up for new users getting their permissions and approvals all set up can be confusing some times.

Pros: The App: I can use it on the go, during public transport for example, and the Customer Support, they are always friendly and quick in answering.
Cons: The App could be even more simplified, there are still too many clicks needed in my opinion. It could be even quicker.

I have been working with ExpensePoint for 4 years and it is super easy to use. Great customer service.
Pros: The Customer Support is very helpful. I can talk to real person not an AI or auto machine. The CS helps me right away with my questions. Thank you very much!
Cons: ExpensePoint cannot add more than one person to approve expense reports. I cannot download user list.

Great overall experience! I have been working with Patrysha for a year now and it is a real pleasure. The support team is also very helpful and responsive.
Pros: I love working with the team, they are always available et ready to find solutions with you. Plus, the tool is really intuitive and easy to understand - savec a lot of time.
Cons: I would say that the tool tends to crash or reload a lot. Sometimes it takes time for the software to read a receipt.

We have been a long standing customer for over 10 plus years and the support has always been exceptional.
Pros: The easy of use and complexity for our general ledger and audit trail needs. Along with the quick customer support response when we have any issues or questions. The 'mywallet' email feature is a big hit with our employees.
Cons: That reports are not exportable via excel. It would a huge plus if we could extract totals by date range, categories, employee and GL

Pros: ExpensePoint makes expense reporting incredibly easy. The interface is intuitive, receipt capture is seamless, and the approval workflow saves our team a huge amount of time.
Cons: The initial setup and configuration can be a bit overwhelming, and the reporting customization options could be more flexible.
Anna K. · Accounts Payable · Restaurants · May 4, 2026
Pros: Their support team is phenomenal. Always assist us on time. Easy to use as global wide. Most important thing is our team is happy to use the Expense Point!
Cons: It's a bit complicated how to set/change the work-flow for me. If it's able to fill out the form style, I can manege it instead of asking Support team.

Overall, our experience with ExpensePoint has been very positive. The platform meets our needs and the exceptional support team makes a real difference in our day-to-day use. While there are a couple of areas we would love to see improved, they are minor in the grand scheme of things and we would not hesitate to recommend ExpensePoint to others.
Pros: The customer support team at ExpensePoint is outstanding. They are always quick to respond, incredibly knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful every time we reach out. What sets them apart is their ability to understand what we need even when we're not entirely sure how to ask the question ourselves. They go above and beyond by proactively setting up meetings to walk us through tasks, which makes a real difference for our team. We truly appreciate the consistent level of service and support they provide.
Cons: The only area for improvement is not with the support team themselves, but rather with the system and the training available around it. As our company continues to grow and the platform evolves, we feel that more structured and regular training sessions would be beneficial — particularly for onboarding new employees and keeping existing users up to date with new features and changes. Periodic training sessions would go a long way in helping our team get the most out of the platform. On the technical side, we have noticed recently that the approval process has become slower than usual. When reviewing expenses or reports, we often need to continuously refresh the page to load each item, which impacts efficiency. It is unclear whether this is a platform issue, but it has been occurring more frequently lately and is worth flagging for your technical team to investigate.

It's very good experience with ExpensePoint in all aspects, espacially the support team, I think it is one of the best support teams that I worked with.
Pros: Customer Support is very fast and effective. Usually I got response within 2-3 business days and the problems are always soloved
Cons: So far I didn't find anything that I don't like, the system is user friendly and easily to pick up .
Mindy W. · Finance Manager · Non-Profit Organization Management · April 29, 2026
Overall great. I use for expense reports and credit cards. I can easliy upload in and then download it for upload to my Sage 100 accounting system.
Pros: How automated it is. It capture a lot of detail and makes it accessable. Reports are easy to edit without losing receipts.Admins can easliy make changes as well.
Cons: When I am in the app or on the website, the connection tends to be shakey. I have to log in and out to reconnect.

Fantastic. From sales to support, we've been very happy with ExpensePoint and the experience we've had. Any time we did have an issue, they were quick to address it.
Pros: I like how easy ExpensePoint is to use as both an end-user and an admin. Not only that, but the support and onboarding teams have been asbolutely fantastic. They made sure that we were set up correctly and did all training for us, so that we didn't have to worry about that. It's made our expense management process a lot smoother and we were able to save so much time with how it integrates with our credit cards and banks.
Cons: So far, there hasn't been much that we haven't liked. No users have complained to us either and we've been on it for a while now.

Smooth, and easy to operate, the employees love it and are super happy we made the transition to use the service.
Pros: The support is always readily available if a question pops up. The response time is low and everyone is knowledgable.
Cons: Setup can get confusing and crossed when setting up employees that may cross over departments. Luckily, support is always there to help when needed!
Christina H. · Controller · Machinery · January 20, 2026
My overall experience has been great, when I took over managing expense point for my company, they helped me understand how everything was set up and make any corrections I thought were needed which was similar to a new account set up. The support is quick and very informative and is a great value for the price.
Pros: Customer Support is very helpful and informative and lighting fast compared to other companies. The receipt upload makes things easy and clear and the email reminders for approval and other things makes my life easier.
Cons: I do not fully understand how to make updates that are needed for security and setting purposes and often need to reach out to support for simple adjustments. Support is great but it would be nice to be able to do some of these things myself.

Loved the presentation and training. Good product. [sensitive content hidden] was a star! The training was easy to follow, [sensitive content hidden] saved all the videos on the web and in Share Point. Very grateful to have such a nice start.
Pros: Customer Support is on point, fast and efficient! uploading receipts is easy. Love the fact that the expenses are split right away, between buildings and companies.
Cons: the IT part of it, creating new codes and linking it to everything and to all card holders. Not everyone understands the IT part.

It's premature to evaluate the overall experience since the system was recently implemented. However, the onboarding process has been highly positive. [sensitive content hidden] has been exceptionally efficient, and her prompt, effective responses greatly contributed to a smooth and enjoyable implementation.
Pros: Customer Support - The onboarding process has been highly positive. Quick responses and efficient solutions to meet our company's needs and expectations.
Cons: Limited Integrations - ExpensePoint does not have a direct, pre-built integration with Deltek Vantagepoint
Dunia G. · Controller · Civil Engineering · September 9, 2025
Pros: Friendly use tool for day to day use. Facilitates submission of travel reimbursement for team, especially when traveling. No delay in submission. Team receives reimbursements timely.
Cons: There is nothing specific that team doesn't like. We wouldn't be able to name something we had issues with.
Jelena M. · Financial Controller · Hospitality · September 9, 2025
ExpensePoint onboarding was great, our dedicated contact was with us every step of the way, even after onboarding, our contact was available and willing to help. There is a dedicated support team as well.
Pros: ExpensePoint is a reasonably priced solution especially for a smaller group. We have a team of 10 and it's less than $5 per month. The ability to "snap" a receipt right into the app is great, as well as being able to track mileage.
Cons: One frustration I have is the lag between when a transaction completes in the bank and the transaction comes through ExpensePoint, it can take 3-5 days. This can cause expenses to be in the wrong accounting period.

From the outset, [sensitive content hidden] has been the best! I deal with about 100 vendors during the course of the year, and [sensitive content hidden]'s service to me and my team is superior by far to that of any other company I deal with. She always gives me 100% and I'm grateful for that!
Pros: It's efficient and saves me a lot time on manual entries. It's easier for my team to submit expense reports and reimbursement requests.
Cons: The integration with Quickbooks Online took longer for me to understand than I'd hoped. However, the customer service team is always quick to respond and resolves my questions quickly.
Michele S. · Operations Director · Marketing and Advertising · September 4, 2025
Very positive. The implementation team was great, and our current customer support team is one of the best of any vendor I've ever worked with.
Pros: ExpensePoint is the market leader as far as value for money goes. The customer support team is incredibly responsive, and the customizability of the expense management system is suitable for organizations of all sizes.
Cons: The user interface is slightly clunky, but nothing noticeable once you're familiar with the system. And this is compensated for by the customizability of the system.
Jacob K. · Manager, Finance and Accounting · Hospital & Health Care · September 4, 2025
It has been great! Another expense management program was recommended to me before I found ExpensePoint and it was so difficult and the customer service team was basically non existent. ExpensePoint has been a dream, and I love that it's a Canadian company!
Pros: My staff LOVE ExpensePoint and it has made submitting and paying expenses so much easier! [sensitive content hidden] was fabulous in setting us up, making it so easy. We have gotten in to the habit of taking a picture of receipts as we collect them (not having to keep them is a thrill!), and forwarding invoices to mywallet gets things out of my inbox faster. Well worth the money.
Cons: It was tricky figuring out the connection to SAGE50, and I've struggled learning how to run the reports that have the info I am looking for, but the support team is very knowledgeable and quick to respond.
Morgen Y. · Vice President · Publishing · September 4, 2025
The system is generally user-friendly, especially the receipt upload and expense tracking features, which are intuitive and helpful. However, performance can be an issue — loading and downloading reports sometimes takes too long. There is no way to track deleted reports or check the remaining report balance, which limits transparency and control.
Pros: receipt upload and expense tracking features — they are intuitive and make it easy to manage and organize expenses efficiently.
Cons: - It sometimes takes a long time to load or download reports. This can slow down our workflow, especially when working with time-sensitive tasks. - There is currently no way to track deleted reports or view the remaining report balance, which limits visibility and control. - user cannot view for attachment that is more than 5 pages

The overall qualities are average to acceptable level of service for the expense point support team. However, it the new expense user set up is improved, it 'd be better. Thank you for your always support.
Pros: Ease of use, user friendly tool, customer service is response on a timely manner and help to fix the issue quick.
Cons: Create new user on expense point with incorrect approval flow set up. I would recommend the team to recheck on the approval flow in more details (cost center, the expense approver: Both things shall be related or set up for the new user correctly) when we send the request for creating new expense point user. This is to reduce recycle of process for both sides.
Khunlaphat C. · AP Supervisor · Dairy · September 1, 2025
Customer service support almost never done it right the first time. Set up new user / amend information are always wrong.
Pros: Flexibility in the system with approval flow.
Cons: Poor supports. Careless customer service. Seems they only focus on close the ticket rather than getting it right.
