Sports Connect

Pros: The customer service is top-notch. The chat is concise and personal and answers my question in detail, saving me a ton of time.

Cons: PDF Uploads come in blacked out, which is frustrating for our users. If they had the ability to edit a PDF document (Little League Medical Release form) and upload without having to print/scan or take a picture, that would be ideal.

Pros: It seems like the whole process of registering and getting going was relatively painless. Once registered it worked well

Cons: Trying to get to the area where the billing was. It took a while to finally find and then review the billing

Pros: It gives you everything you need to run a league. Communications, registration and scheduling are all included.

Cons: The scheduler could be more robust. It could be updated to be more flexible. It also needs a way to live draft teams.

Pros: We love the fact that Sports Connect allows us to offer payment plans and does all of the work for tracking payments.

Cons: So far, we haven’t found anything that we do not like. How many sponsors, social media platforms, and news entries on the website.

Pros: I love how easy is to keep track of all the important things - registration, uniforms, payments, discounts, etc. Great to have everything all in one! Even have a merchant store! That's amazing!

Cons: I don't like how you can't make the registration page or other pages cute. It's just very basic. It still does the job though. I basically design things, take a screen shot, and then upload the cuter versions unto the site to make it cute :)

Pros: That parents can go in and register their child(ren) in one single registration.

Cons: Everything is great up to this point, I will continue to use the guides for learning, which is very helpful.

Pros: I like that it saves registration info so you don’t have to enter it again year after year once you’ve signed up.

Cons: Some of the functions aren’t seamless, trying to find out how to move one player or cancel a registration was difficult at first.

Pros: I love the progress that has been made over the years especially with the on-line support.

Cons: At this time, there is nothing that I dislike.

Pros: Being able to have the information synchronized to Little league, not having to add all the registration manually, having parents being able so sign up kids, volunteer, buy merchandise and donate all in one place.

Cons: At the begging setting it up was a little work, but after initial set up it’s great!

Pros: The ability to make it a one stop shop for all the info for our teams. The ability to submit help tickets and the classes or topics are easy to read and guide you through the processes.

Cons: All the items I had issues with are now easy to use.

Pros: I like the ease of the website and being able to export excel reports.

Cons: The webpage is sometimes slow to load and makes navigation difficult.

Pros: I have helped 3 different leagues (soccer, baseball, and m basketball) migrate to stacked sports. Prior the leagues either were paper registrations, or were other competitors. Stacked sports makes it easy to have consistent ways to communicate with parents, you don’t have to worry about data entry or reading people’s hand writing. It allows for verification of players DOB as well as coach background check approvals )or denials). Makes it super simple to do reports on players and teams as well as communicate to league.

Cons: Sometimes when using IOS safari browser parents have a difficult time seeing what they are missing to complete the registration.

Pros: The best part about Sports Connect is that it's fully integrated. From payment processing to team management, to scheduling and website management - everything works together all in one place. It doesn't get easier! Even GameChanger is integrated!! That is a huge bonus!!!

Cons: I would say, as a brand new user, I wouldn't mind a direct line to talk to someone or live chat with someone when troubleshooting an issue. I'd like to be able to walk it through with an expert because some of what I am trying to do seems very specific to our league and may be unique. Is it even possible? Hard to know unless we can hash it out one-to-one.

Pros: Easy to learn how to use their system. Trainings and customer support are very impressive.

Cons: Had a few glitches with scheduling, but nothing that could not be fixed fairly easily.

Pros: Ease of website maintenance. The program design structure is simple too.

Cons: There could be more freedom with designing color templates.

Pros: Easy to navigate and learn how everything works was breeze...

Cons: We had to learn it ourselves.. we were just told that Little League wants us to use this website and that is it...

Pros: It encompasses everything needed to run a league successfully, from registration, team assortment, payment portal, and communication

Cons: Still working on becoming proficient at managing the back end of the site so that the front end user experience is seamless.

Pros: I like how convenient Sports Connect is to get kids to sign up for sports.

Cons: The least thing I like about Sports Connect is how to set up the website. Every year I have to watch the videos to find out how to adjust things that I did the previous year

Pros: Registration is easy to set up. It has saved me so much time. I like all the reports too.

Cons: Scheduling difficult to understand and I have not been able to use yet.

Pros: Easy to use, can generate reports quickly, one stop shopping for our league needs, mass email capabilities

Cons: Logs you out too quickly due to inactivity

Pros: Easy to setup and use. We really like the vast amount of information in the reports.

Cons: Report setup can be a little difficult at times

Pros: Registration data goes directly to Little League.

Cons: I did not have any bad experiences . Very happy.
