Horrible, you can see your kids schedule but without notification functionality via email or by phone
Pros: Not much, someone could print a schedule and it will be better than an app that gives no notification
Cons: The notifications DON'T work, the company doesn't respond to their Feedback. If your schedule is changed you dont get notified. If someone uses messenger, you aren't notified. It doesn't even show you received messages. You go into messages and find all these messages you missed. Meaning missed time changes, missed team announcements, etc. They have a feedback spot in their app but provide ZERO responses.

Pros: Ease of set up, modern and great app. Customer service is fantastic
Cons: lack of refs, lack of pricing changes at division level

Pros: Crossbar is a very well organized, user-friendly platform. Crossbar allows you to easily register and roster your players to get them on the field playing. The ease of use has freed up our club to focus on other priorities for our players.
Cons: We have not experienced any issues with Crossbar yet.

We've enjoyed using CrossBar and have started to switch our other organizations.
Pros: The ease of setting up the website and taking registrations.
Cons: The calendar. It needs to be color-coded. I also don't like not being able to repeat events, it creates a lot of scrolling up and down.

Pros: Site is okay. Needs work and more abilities for website admin
Cons: Not easy to use, No ability to delete registrations, cannot add custom stats, does not have face offs, email functionality is not easy to use

My overall experience has been good, they normally respond fairly quickly
Pros: The thing I like most about Crossbar is the Ease of use
Cons: The thing I like least is there is no scheduling.

Switching over to crossbar has been easy and efficient thanks to the help of the crossbar team that is there to guide me. I find Crossbar to be more efficient for storing our company information and building our files all into one place.
Pros: Simple to build and organize content without the stress of designing each individual page of the website.
Cons: vocabulary of some the set content, example "Program, offer" etc is different than used to
Kaitlyn T. · GM · Sports · February 28, 2024
Pros: Nothing its hard to use on the both the app and website and each has different abilities.
Cons: Everything, email system is difficult to use and even when you select a few to send on to, it goes to everyone. The ability to find where stuff is hidden in the menus is annoying due to having to look in multiple drop down menus.

Pros: The ease of use and the onboarding process was easy as well
Cons: Some features are not available that we had with our previous provider but they are working towards the constant improvements.

There are are a lot of features that I'm still learning oaths product but it's been a great experience so far.
Pros: The customer service is great and it has everything I need to manage my soccer tournaments and leagues.
Cons: I was happy with everything that the product provided.
Kurt M. · President and Founder · Sports · February 28, 2024
The pros definitely outweigh the cons. I would recommend the product.
Pros: I like the fact that within 10 minutes we had a operational site with post and registrations. The costumer service during the setup process was phenomenal and they were very patient with us and our questions. The look of the site is pretty good though I wish we could customize it a bit more. The communication with the teams is very easy and can be individualized.
Cons: In the payment processing, I wish we could print/email a receipt or an invoice to give to the parents after they have paid. The only solution I was given was to take a screenshot, which is not a very professional look. There are a couple of other small things but nothing that can't be navigated around.

Very positive use of this site. It has the features that we need and is really easy to use. Great job on the site design.
Pros: Ease of use and support are both great.
Cons: Would like to see some refinements on contact information visibility. Overall, the site works GREAT!
Roger D. · Executive Director · Sports · February 27, 2024
The whole process has been super easy and the staff have always been available to help. I love the chat function, and I have used it many times. [sensitive content hidden] makes herself available to me and my board members and walks us through set ups slowly and works hard to make our needs accomplishable.
Pros: Ease of use. [sensitive content hidden] is always so pleasant and walks me through things I don't understand.
Cons: I can't think of any right now. We only started using this a couple weeks ago.
Heidi L. · Program Director · Sports · February 27, 2024
Pros: We needed a digital platform that would combine league management, communication, and registration in one tool. Crossbar has revolutionized how we manage our leagues and summer teams.
Cons: There’s nothing I like least. We appreciate having a partner who continually works to improve the product and will listen to our input.
Pat R. · Chief Information Officer · Non-Profit Organization Management · February 27, 2024
Crossbar has been great and I will continue to use all my websites with.
Pros: The ease of the website. The app that comes with it is very helpful for my academy. The fact I can control my website and make it look great is cost effective because it is very easy to navigate.
Cons: Getting customer service in a timely manner. The customer service is great but is really hard to get someone to help in a more instant moment.
Pat F. · Owner · Professional Training & Coaching · February 27, 2024
Very positive. We love the platform and are so glad we transitioned before the start of the season!
Pros: Ease of use, support (both help search & real-time chat), beautiful & clean design.
Cons: NA as of now. Everything has been going well; we are still learning about the many features.
Martina J. · Communications Coordinator · Education Management · February 27, 2024
Pros: I like the online chat feature the most. It is so helpful to speak to a live agent, especially when setting up a new site!
Cons: More of a user error, but getting used to the system took a few days of trial and error.
Kelsey F. · Social Media Director · Sports · February 27, 2024
It’s been a great transition so far! [sensitive content hidden] has been such a great help.
Pros: Easy setup, new modern site and app, but most of all the support from our account manager has been outstanding!
Cons: So far not a ton. I do wish coaches/team managers could do a little more with managing their schedules (repeating things, cancel of home facility events).
Zack M. · Program Leadership · Sports · February 27, 2024
Pros: Ease of use, functionality and seamless integration with registrations and team setup as well as game scheduling.
Cons: I haven’t found anything I dislike yet, so far things seem to run very smoothly.
Carrie B. · Scheduler · Sports · February 27, 2024
Pros: The biggest draws for us were the integrated scheduling, online registration/payment, and volunteer management.
Cons: We ran into a couple of hurdles during the initial launch but customer service was always very responsive and handled any issue that came up. I do wish families could pay for multiple items at one time rather than multiple separate transactions.
Adam S. · President · Non-Profit Organization Management · February 27, 2024
From purchase to implementation the people at Crossbar were top notch. The software works great and their development team listens to their users.
Pros: Easy to use website for my end users. Easy to program for an admin and the volunteer function is top notch.
Cons: A few small items that could be more tailored to our org like using hours for volunteer functionality instead of instances.
Andrew D. · President · Sports · February 27, 2024
Pros: Crossbar is very easy to use and administer. Our members seem to manage through it easily and are happy with our switch.
Cons: We were first told that the fees incurred by our members for using crossbar could not be transferred to our members - that we, as a company, would need to pay the user/transaction fees. Later we were told that we actually could transfer the fees to the members but for whatever reason it still has not been set up this way even though we asked for this from the very beginning. This makes it difficult for out non-profit to charge our team registration fees seeing as we also need to add onto that some sort of transaction fee so we do not eat all of the costs to utilize crossbar.
Amy W. · Business Manager · Non-Profit Organization Management · February 27, 2024
We love Crossbar and we know improvements are coming to help in the areas it may lack. Look forward to seeing what you come up with. Price is great! Support is great!
Pros: It looks very modern and professional. Very user friendly for setup and use. Support has been awesome and one of the main reasons I would suggest to others. [sensitive content hidden] is great!!
Cons: There are a lot of good help documents but they are very high level and could be detailed out more with different scenarios. Examples from other organizations for different sports would be VERY helpful so users can setup based on someone else's experiences to save time and energy.
Rob W. · IT Controls and Governance Manager · Information Technology and Services · February 27, 2024
Pros: Simplicity of the software and initial support.
Cons: Lack of enough videos to cover as many likely situation as possible.
