I have only been with them for a month so far, but the support is phenomenal! Training my staff is easy. Set up is intuitive and quick. My website looks great! I had to do a lot of the backend setup with my integrations, like Stripe, Zoom, and Google Workspace, but it's worth it, and the same with other providers.
Pros: Excellent Customer support! Immediate response with a live person or an actually useful Chatbot. Easy to use, with a truly intuitive setup and workflow. Affordable plans and tailored plans with perks to fit my studio size. A great deal!
Cons: Onboarding from my previous system has been challenging! I feel a studio or teacher just starting without a previous system would be a great fit.

I am an older business owner so all things tech are hard - they are so patient with me and the learning curve to catch up to what's needed to be done
Pros: Help with account management and advertisement - they were patient and walked me through the things I needed to know!
Cons: At this point do not have any cons I have been very pleased with the overall service and individual comprehension attention given to help my business succeed!

Overall experience is great ! The marketing for my business has been a game changer ! I am seeing a big difference in the amount of people coming to the studio
Pros: They are always on top of everything when needed. Any issue I have they fix it quickly. I highly recommend.
Cons: The only thing is having a few glitches in the app. Other than that Kenko is amazing !! They make sure to stay on top of whatever is needed

Has been very good, I have loved everyone I've worked with on the team - very responsive and helpful. I love my new website and studio growth so far!
Pros: The Kenko team has been wonderful to work with. Everyone is very responsive and helpful. I had them remake my website from scratch - and they honored every detail I wanted. I love it! They have adhered to discussed deadlines, and delivered on what was promised. They have also been doing SEO and work with google - and my page was ranking #1 within the first couple months! I feel like the expectations were clear, and straightforward, and I am really happy to continue to use them for my website and online presence.
Cons: Nothing yet, have been happy with my experience so far. I don't feel like they are as pushy as some other companies in insisting on additional services, they are respectful of where I am with my business needs.

We've had a very great experience, the transition has been smooth and quick. Like I've stated before, they accommodate to our schedule, listened to what we wanted the website look like and delivered.
Pros: They are quick and made the process easy for us to transition into. They also made out website very pretty.
Cons: Time difference, I wish we were on the same time zone just to make some things easier. But they do always respond in a timely manner and they always accommodate to our schedule.

Overall, a great experience. The team genuinely cares about doing what’s best for the studio and is clearly invested in your success. They’re easy to reach, responsive, and always willing to find a solution when something comes up.
Pros: Our onboarding experience with Kenko was genuinely seamless from start to finish. The setup process was incredibly intuitive, and the support team made everything feel organized, efficient, and stress-free. We were able to get fully up and running without any confusion, which is rare when transitioning systems. We also want to highlight how helpful the team was throughout the process. [sensitive content hidden] were amazing to work with—extremely knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely invested in making sure we felt confident every step of the way. AB was also a great addition to the experience and added even more value with their support and insights.
Cons: None, overall an easy onboarding. With any issue the team is easy to reach out to and get a better understanding of the issue and find a resolution.

The experience was very smooth and easy to get through, having an assigned onboarding coach to walk me through every step and answer questions was very useful. The booking system itself is also great once set up.
Pros: The responsiveness of the team and the clear details for every step of setting up made the process smooth and easy to learn.
Cons: There are a few specific features and technical aspects of the platform that took some time to figure out and that I would like in the future, but having a roadmap feature to request certain things to add was also very useful.

Pros: At first glance, the interface looked clean and promising, and some of the concepts behind the features seemed useful in theory. Unfortunately, that initial impression didn’t hold up once I started using it — the tools weren’t as functional or streamlined as they appeared.
Cons: The software feels unfinished and far less advanced than advertised. Many features are redundant, poorly organized, and hidden behind multiple menus. The onboarding process was overly long and unproductive, and I was unexpectedly charged despite signing up for what was supposed to be a free account. The lack of response from their support team made the whole experience extremely frustrating.

Worst thing ever. On paper, they have all the features. Sales was great, onboarding was nice, people we interact with are nice, our success manager is nice. Product management and development -> as a previous product manager, never had a product experience so bad. Wasting so much time almost daily having to raise bugs, trying to stay on top of all these bugs. And the worst part is that these aren't little bugs that don't impact anyone -> these are bugs that are impacting potentially hundreds of monthly payments, that lead to us STRESSING a lot and potentially losing financially due to their buggy app. If you don't see this review edited soon, it means I have moved over to a different provider -> I'd rather go through the hassle of migrating again than go through bad product crises every 1-2 weeks (and it's been like that for a few months now, since we switched over).
Pros: Sales was a great experience. On paper, they have great features, similar to momence and other competitors, at a considerably better price. Really love the feature of having the website done through Kenko, and having the schedule integrated through the website (and of course our branded mobile app).
Cons: $80

Pretty terrible. I would never recommend this company to another. The 12 month contract is pretty gross too. If you’re delivering on the services claimed, then you don’t have the right to hold someone in a contractual agreement.
Pros: I did appreciate that they handled the data migration from our old CRM in the beginning of our transfer to Kenko.
Cons: There’s countless things Kenko lacks that are seemingly very obvious. Like for one, they claimed to have an inbox for customers to directly correspond with us when, in fact, it’s a forwarding service from your regular email which at that point, why not just use your email. It’s also disgustingly overpriced for what you’re getting. You can’t get immediate help with issues because they don’t have a help line. You have to email them and they get back to you when they can.
Morgan F. · Owner · Sports · September 4, 2025
Pros: The user interface, both for the business and clients, is so seamless and user friendly. Everything is simple but very modern and stylish. The ease of use creates a low barrier to entry for clients to see our classes, make a purchase, and book their spot. We can already see a lift in our sales and we're confident that's because they are able to navigate the site and app much better than our previous provider.
Cons: So far, there's nothing we don't like! We are looking forward to new features launching in the future that we think could make our experience, and other studios experience, even better!

Good but considering changing platforms. Recently met with Kenko and they continue to evolve but I don't think they are the best for an educational institute.
Pros: I like the ease of use and being able to build out our schedule of classes and courses but it has some hiccups.
Cons: I am not able to place a live calendar on my website that includes classes and courses and my customers don't care what I call them, they just want to be able to see everything going on. My customers have difficulty setting up a "child account" under their parent account so it makes it confusing when signing up more than one child. Customers can also only sign up for only 1 course and that doesn't match our business model
Cindy M. · Owner · Education Management · June 12, 2025
Very accomodating, the team are very helpful and invested in helping you solve problems and make ease of use better at every stage.
Pros: Easy to use. The UI for both staff and clients is exceptional. Managing memberships is very simple and overall the program has given us time back in every way.
Cons: Doesn't yet do customisable notes - but it's coming! Honestly, this is the only system I've found that caters to our needs. They are moving into the health and wellness space and I can't wait.
Michelle A. · Owner and Director · Health, Wellness and Fitness · June 4, 2025
It's been great! It's been getting better every year. The customer service has been spotty at times, but now I have an account manager that is very responsive. I like the software and it's easy for my customers when they use the app. I love the journeys, but would never be able to figure that out without kenko's support.
Pros: It's pretty easy to navigate once you are trained. I like having someone that I can email or book a time to have a zoom call with to talk through problems I'm dealing with. Feels like kenko employees are trying to make it better + more user friendly all the time. They ask what we want + implement.
Cons: I've been using it for over two years and early on there were a lot of problems that were frustrating, but I've seen so many improvements that these can now be overlooked. It is frustrating to enter a customers name and the search result doesn't come up. You have to use lowercase or uppercase depending on how they set up their account. Pulling reports can be difficult to navigate, too. I don't like how it integrates into my website because my clients book through my site a lot and they don't know how to cancel their bookings. That could be better for sure.

Great. As I get more used to the software and am able to fully take advantage of it, as well as the dedicated monthly support calls, this will be a game changer.
Pros: I love the people! The onboarding was great. It's nice to work with a company whose people genuinely care about your success.
Cons: Like any new company, there are some kinks. However, the staff is nimble and fixes get addressed quickly. So, that's a pro.

The onboarding process was smooth and thorough. [sensitive content hidden] was amazing—she guided me through every step and was always available to answer questions or resolve any issues. Since booking software is new to me, having her support made a huge difference in getting everything set up properly.
Pros: Kenko is an easy-to-use booking software that works well for both businesses and consumers. The intuitive interface makes scheduling and managing appointments seamless.
Cons: The system can be a bit slow at times, and I haven’t yet figured out how to accurately connect a payment system to the software. Some improvements in this area would enhance the overall experience.
Lucina P. · CEO · Wireless · February 13, 2025
Pros: Branded app and the waitlist feature. Also the fact that I have somebody to work on marketing with once my app goes live.
Cons: How long the setup takes before the app goes live
Danielle D. · Pilates Instructor and Studio Owner · Facilities Services · February 11, 2025
My experience with Kenko as a booking tool has been excellent, providing the essential features I needed to efficiently set up and manage my business operations.
Pros: How efficient the tool and the team work, along with the personal support you receive, can be crucial as a young entrepreneur.
Cons: Honestly, for me, it has just been a very uplifting experience.

Great , was easy and fast . Great support
Pros: [sensitive content hidden} !! She was amazing and patient with us
Cons: Différence between premium and normal package

Kenko has been a game-changer for my studio. The platform is intuitive, user-friendly and packed with features that make managing class schedules, client bookings, and payments so much easier. I was assigned [sensitive content hidden], as a point person to help me through the onboarding and set up and she made the whole process an absolute pleasure. From start to finish, [sensitive content hidden] demonstrated exceptional knowledge, patience, and professionalism. If you’re considering Kenko, go for it—it’s been one of the best decisions I’ve made for my studio. And if you’re lucky enough to have [sensitive content hidden] assist you, you’re in the best hands!
Pros: I appreciate that I was assigned a specific team member to work with me through the whole onboarding process. [sensitive content hidden] made everything so much easier and the fact that we could build a rapport helped make everything move more smoothly.
Cons: The onboarding was quite a long process and the videos were not nearly as useful as the meetings with my contact person, [sensitive content hidden].
Sandeep B. · Owner · Health, Wellness and Fitness · January 18, 2025
It has been great! I wouldn't of been able to do it without [sensitive content hidden] and I am so so grateful to have had her for my onboarding! Can I keep her as my main point of contact?! :)
Pros: I have really enjoyed the support you provide for onboarding. [sensitive content hidden] was great and i hope everyone gets someone like her to onboard them. When seeking a booking system, support was very important! The system is intuitive and easy to navigate and which makes the stress of learning a new program substantially less. I am overall very impressed with the CRM.
Cons: The onboarding videos that help you walk through step by step will often times be a white blank screen when you open it. I also would like to be able to pop out the videos so i can navigate the system at the same time. You get this in onboarding with your coach, but i would of liked to be able to work through everything on my own first with a little more ease. Additionally Revenue Splitting and reporting is definitely needed. A lot of the local yoga studios and fitness facilities provide a revenue split for payroll and to stay competitive, I would like to do the same.
Makkenzze P. · Yoga Studio Owner · Health, Wellness and Fitness · January 13, 2025
Terrible. I would run as fast as possible away from this company.
Pros: Initally, everything looked great, it seemed like a good fit for our business
Cons: But after signing the contract, and seeing they used misleading verbiage regarding cancellation in their Terms and Conditions, everything went downhill. We used them for one month, didnt even get past the onboading, and they refused to release us from the contract, even though they stated 30 day notice to cancel (not edited). Very shady business practices. They offered to waive the subscription fee, but we would be locked into a business with a non compete, and have our clientele have to experience their business practices.

Amazing. I’m looking forward to realizing all the benefits of this new platform. I already feel like it’s taken my small studio to the next level.
Pros: Vidi was so amazing! She was patient and thorough in explaining features and never flustered if I asked too many questions! Very professional and knowledgeable.
Cons: Not sure there is anything I didn’t like
Elcin R. · Owner · Health, Wellness and Fitness · December 13, 2024
Pros: They value customer experience a lot, which prevents them from becoming a feature factory and build features that are actually the best present as of now in the market. The team is helpful, great support and people from the team get on a call with me at times to discuss my experience. Overall, 10/10 experience.
Cons: I had requested for the CRM to be compatible on other devices and this problem has been solved recently too, so nothing as of yet.
