WorkBright has been a great resource for our company, drastically decreasing the amount of time we spent administratively completing I-9s, and
Pros: WorkBright is incredibly easy to use, both as an admin and a user. It helps ensure we are compliant with I-9 completion, automatically sends to E-Verify, and keeps a record of all submissions and cases. It also tracks when a document is expiring so that we can reverify the employee. The chat help desk is also a great resource.
Cons: It would be great if WorkBright could integrate with our HRIS to make the process even easier. It isn't difficult to add the information for a new hire, however having it sync directly from our HRIS would take one step out of the process.

We had a great experience from the get go with the WorkBright team, the tool is very user friendly and updating/adding/subtracting documents is very easy.
Pros: We love the ease of use, excellent end user experience and efficiency to our onboarding process. It is a perfect tool for anyone that needs to onboard and store new employee paperwork!
Cons: We don't have any suggestions to improve WorkBright at this time.

Again for our industry it is such a useful tool
Pros: I've been using WorkBright, and honestly, it’s made onboarding so much easier. The fact that new hires can fill out everything from their phones is a game-changer—no more chasing people down for paperwork. The automated reminders keep everything on track, and the remote I-9 verification has been super helpful, especially when hiring in different locations. It’s simple to use, cuts down on admin time, and just makes the whole process smoother. Definitely a solid tool if you’re looking to simplify onboarding.
Cons: Cant think of any. Very easy on the user " Me" : )

It has eased the process of taking in the credentials and making sure they are verified efficiently.
Pros: The ability to allow candidates to have step by step, CLEAR, directions on what they need to upload and exactly how to upload it.
Cons: Unclear on what is incorrect when resubmitting if status was not achieved.

Pros: how easy the site is to navigate. i like how there is a section to review e-verify cases by status
Cons: the i-9 form area looks a bit chaotic. i wish it could be filtered/organized like the e-verify cases page

It has been great. Only suggestion I would have been to add a customer service line as well for employees trying to ask questions.
Pros: I liked that everything is in one site. You don't need to leave the site for other functions.
Cons: Maybe they can have a call line for employees and clients.

Excellent! It has really made being a recruiter easier and saved time in the day.
Pros: Workbright was extremely effective in streamlining the I9 process. It cut down onboarding times significantly. It also adds an extra layer of protection with having a secondary person verify the candidates identity and really gives a peace of mind for us!
Cons: If I had to say anything negative, it would be that sometimes the geolocation doesn't work right away and scanning a QR code is needed sometimes.

WorkBright has allowed us to utilize our time more efficiently and communicate incomplete documentation seamlessly. The transition was easy and the efficiency rewards have been huge! We are very happy with this product and would recommend it to any hiring entity.
Pros: WorkBright brought our processes from time consuming paper drudgery into the 21st Century.

I have really enjoyed using WorkBright and have been 100% happy with the experience.
Pros: WorkBright makes it incredibly easy to complete I-9 forms compliantly. It takes the pressure off "how do I complete this?" and provides an easy to use, easily accessible platform.
Cons: The only downside is that it does not currently integrate with our HRIS system, Paylocity. If they added an integration, it would be perfect.

Pros: I love the ease of use for administrators. You simply send the implementation team your forms and they ensure that all appropriate fields can be autofilled, that they're easy for staff to fill out and that they're able to be used on both phones and laptops. It gives me peace of mind that the forms will be filled out correctly and the interface on the back end makes it very easy to track my staff's progress on their forms as well. As an employer who staffs seasonal workers it is very important to have a consistent and easy work flow and workbright delivers that.
Cons: Nothing. Their customer service team is incredible as well and ensures that you have a smooth experience.

Pros: I love how easy it is to navigate through the process as an administrator as well as how easy it is for the new hire to complete the process with ease.
Cons: eVerify jumps in every now and then and I can't seem to get that correct each time.
