Pros: Fiix makes maintenance optimization quite straightforward thanks to its advance features.

Cons: Fiix could have a more user-friendly management panel.

Pros: The support team is the best. We have been using the software 2 years and now have a good solution.

Cons: The CMMS process is difficult and any CMMS system is time consuming and tedious,

Pros: The people! Great bunch to interact with. I like the application as well as it is easy to configure once you understand the logic behind the configuration.

Cons: I wish there is more flexibility in managing fields in the different screens. While I like the Localization, ability to add custom fields, and to rearrange fields, there are some limited capabilities.

Pros: Cross platform was a huge win. We were able to use the application on phones, tablets and PC.

Cons: It did not have who was assigned the works order, time stamps of orders and comments.

Pros: Fiix is very easy to use for our mechanics which has been great for us. Our mechanics are not overly computer savvy so having a system built where it does not take a lot of mouse clicks to open a WO, update it and close it has been tremendous for us. No longer do we have to use pen and paper to find and sort through our old WO's. With all of our maintenance records stored in one easy and accessible location our speed and efficiency has improved drastically.

Cons: The reports and charts are a function where there is opportunity for Fiix to grow. There are some simple charts (like specific assets out of specific locations) that are not present, and it is not easy or intuitive to build these myself.

Pros: The ease of use and that it encompasses multiple modules to collect data for a complete picture.

Cons: The reports. I find that the reports are the weak link in that they usually do not pull all data. I need to learn more about analytics to see if this improves the issue.

Pros: I can manage all work tasks better organized so that I can have production with each order, it helps me reduce development times with each task by being able to have everything unified on the same platform. I feel satisfied because it is a platform that has proven to be very secure with stored data.

Cons: There is nothing to dislike, they have always met expectations

Pros: It helps at work to keep track of all of the tasks I have to take care of. I also like it that I can use the app on my phone to close out tasks and add tasks.

Cons: I can't think of anything i dislike. Everything seems easy to understand and use once you get used to it.

Pros: Fiix offers great CMMS features and makes maintenance planning, reporting, and tracking easy.

Cons: All the features of Fiix work smoothly and no issues.

Cons: Hard to setup and use reports. Most of the reports are not accurate.

Pros: Fiix has become an indispensable tool for our maintenance management. The program's user-friendly interface and intuitive design stand out. I appreciate the ease with which we can schedule and track maintenance tasks, ensuring equipment reliability and minimizing downtime.

Cons: More advanced analytics tools and customizable reporting options would provide deeper insights into maintenance performance.

Pros: C'est un logiciel qui nous facilite la gestion des outils et la comptabilité dans les entreprises. Ça permet aussi la gestion des immobilisations, la maintenance du bâtiment et l'entretien des équipements au sein des entreprises.

Cons: À voir les bienfaits pour ce logiciel, ça n'a pas d'inconvénients. C'est très fiable et utile pour son utilisation. Je recommande à tout le monde de l'utiliser.

Pros: it works for what for the most part, you get what you paid for.

Cons: You are tied to a yearly contract and they can change terms at their convenience without proper communication. Good luck trying to get someone on the phone unless is to sell you the software, customer service is lacking. They say you can change the number of licenses but try to downsize and you have to wait a year. If you try to cancel it has to be 90 days before your renewal (it used to be 60).

Pros: What I liked the most is its ease of use and versatility. I have also been impressed by the amount of functionality it offers me.

Cons: It would be beneficial to have better guidance for new users, especially in regards to initial setup and customization.

Pros: What I like the most is its ease of use and full functionality. With just a few clicks you can organize and manage all my assets and inventory efficiently.

Cons: While this is not a major issue, it would be great to have easier integration with other tools and systems I use at my company.

Pros: It allows one to track down all the equipment. This will facilitate the maintenance scheduling easy.

Cons: The process of deleting equipment from the records needs to be improved. As the equipment is linked with planned maintenance.

Pros: Bem, há uma gama de conhecimento ainda inexplorado por mim. Mas o FIIX se tornou uma ferramenta importante no meu dia a dia. Ele me ajuda nas baixas de materiais e onde estão localizados. Acredito ser uma boa ferramenta para fins de controle de estoque.

Cons: Como mencionei anteriormente, não posso dizer com prioridade o que falta melhorar, pois somente uso uma parte desse "iceberg".

Pros: This product is a good value for the money spent. It is cloud based which is important for my type work. Up time is excellent. The search ability to find a specific asset works well also.

Cons: the only con is that there is a little redundancy in detail categories.

Pros: Free, easy to use, and quick to figure out

Cons: I am unable to print work orders using the free version

Cons: The mobile platform will need to be review.

Cons: in a big plant the cell service is in and out it would be nice to have a fix network and have curtain locations to enter work orders
