Several manual process's that should be and could be much easier. I have a long punch list and all my CSM could do is create VOC's that never made any difference. We have 60 seats and are using enterprise version. Fiix is more expensive than most from my experience. We are actually leaving Fiix and going to Emaint which is fully customizable and easy to work with and a much better value for the money. My team is not happy with Fiix. We collaborated about our issues and felt moving to a different CMMS was the best avenue.
Pros: Great Reports module. Asset hierarchy is set up in a way where you can drill down further into the sub assemblies. Work orders and work requests are easy to put in.
Cons: If you want a Pass/Fail set up for your PMs. Creating inspection tasks is very manual and time consuming. The only fast way to do this is by using the API tool. Assets "Inventory Items" have their history attached to the storehouse location instead of the item SKU. So you can't remove the item from a location once added if it has any history. Also the Inventory and the Equipment Assets share the same table which causes several other issues such as a UI issue when viewing the Asset or Parts and Supplies Forms. What i liked least, is the development team doesn't help with your needs, even if you want to pay. They only use the Fiixers Social Media site. Which is unbelievable.

Big waste of $. We did not use the software for a whole year, and they would not let us cancel our subscription because it had to be months ahead of time before our contract ended. I canceled weeks before my renewal, and they still charged me the full amount for the next year, even though we stated we had not used it the prior year and will not use it again.

Pros: I did not find anything within this software to be useful. We have found other services that cost much less and perform much better.
Cons: Data entry is a lengthy process that involves a significant amount of information that is not to be used again.

The team is great, there have been issues but all can be resolved with good people.
Pros: The support team is the best. We have been using the software 2 years and now have a good solution.

Pros: The people! Great bunch to interact with. I like the application as well as it is easy to configure once you understand the logic behind the configuration.
Cons: I wish there is more flexibility in managing fields in the different screens. While I like the Localization, ability to add custom fields, and to rearrange fields, there are some limited capabilities.

Even with the cons, I would still recommend the application. We never encountered an issue with crashing or work orders not reaching the maintenance team.
Pros: Cross platform was a huge win. We were able to use the application on phones, tablets and PC.
Cons: It did not have who was assigned the works order, time stamps of orders and comments.

My overall experience with Fiix has been amazing. The customer service that is provided is second to none and is why I believe Fiix has set itself above the competition. They are quick to respond and stay with you until you are satisfied with the solution. One other aspect that I appreciate with Fiix is how they continue to evolve and add new and exciting features to the CMMS. They do their best to offer cutting edge technology to help each customer make the most out of their CMMS. I could not be happier with my time and experience with Fiix.
Pros: Fiix is very easy to use for our mechanics which has been great for us. Our mechanics are not overly computer savvy so having a system built where it does not take a lot of mouse clicks to open a WO, update it and close it has been tremendous for us. No longer do we have to use pen and paper to find and sort through our old WO's. With all of our maintenance records stored in one easy and accessible location our speed and efficiency has improved drastically.
Cons: The reports and charts are a function where there is opportunity for Fiix to grow. There are some simple charts (like specific assets out of specific locations) that are not present, and it is not easy or intuitive to build these myself.

The ease of use is nice even for the non-computer savvy technician and we enjoy the convenience of the mobile app. The tracking of material usage and ease of reporting on spend and equipment usage.
Pros: The ease of use and that it encompasses multiple modules to collect data for a complete picture.
Cons: The reports. I find that the reports are the weak link in that they usually do not pull all data. I need to learn more about analytics to see if this improves the issue.

I improve the performance of the team in general with very good tools that made it possible to eliminate repetitive processes and turn them into more automatic processes with perfect results
Pros: I can manage all work tasks better organized so that I can have production with each order, it helps me reduce development times with each task by being able to have everything unified on the same platform. I feel satisfied because it is a platform that has proven to be very secure with stored data.
Cons: There is nothing to dislike, they have always met expectations

It really helps on the job to keep my day organized and it was easy to learn.
Pros: It helps at work to keep track of all of the tasks I have to take care of. I also like it that I can use the app on my phone to close out tasks and add tasks.
Cons: I can't think of anything i dislike. Everything seems easy to understand and use once you get used to it.

Very easy to use but reporting is not accurate at all.
Pros: Easy to use, creating PM's, generating work orders and assigning work orders.
Cons: Hard to setup and use reports. Most of the reports are not accurate.

Pros: it works for what for the most part, you get what you paid for.
Cons: You are tied to a yearly contract and they can change terms at their convenience without proper communication. Good luck trying to get someone on the phone unless is to sell you the software, customer service is lacking. They say you can change the number of licenses but try to downsize and you have to wait a year. If you try to cancel it has to be 90 days before your renewal (it used to be 60).

Pros: Bem, há uma gama de conhecimento ainda inexplorado por mim. Mas o FIIX se tornou uma ferramenta importante no meu dia a dia. Ele me ajuda nas baixas de materiais e onde estão localizados. Acredito ser uma boa ferramenta para fins de controle de estoque.
Cons: Como mencionei anteriormente, não posso dizer com prioridade o que falta melhorar, pois somente uso uma parte desse "iceberg".

Pros: This product is a good value for the money spent. It is cloud based which is important for my type work. Up time is excellent. The search ability to find a specific asset works well also.
Cons: the only con is that there is a little redundancy in detail categories.

Pros: you can create work orders on the go. also track progress.
Cons: in a big plant the cell service is in and out it would be nice to have a fix network and have curtain locations to enter work orders
