It’s best among it kind, mobile friendly and very easy to operate. I will recommend it to my partners if the update issue can’t be fixed
Pros: The fast that it was incredibly ease to learn is what I like most about the app and also the amazing barcode scanning feature
Cons: The pricey and also I always face some difficulties when ever I update the app, the bug is unbearable

My overall experience has been great. I am surprised that many more people don’t know or are using UpKeep.
Pros: I like how I am able to streamline work, manage assess and tracks inventory all in one place. It takes away the usage of having to keep up with it via paper
Cons: Only thing I can say I don’t like about upkeep is that I did not find out about this sooner as I have had nothing but great experiences

it was expensive for what it gave me and buggy too. The customer support was not the best because they took forever to answer
Pros: It's alright, mobile app was nice for my technicians, and I was able to track the reporting on my work orders for my team
Cons: Wasn't able to customize at all, and the system was done more often than not which caused too many problems for me and my team

I use it daily at my workplace, and it gets the job done. It keeps record of all the maintenance done to the assets that are listed
Pros: Solid software for daily maintenance of production assets, easy to get around and constant updates to the product.
Cons: Some of the user functions are missing from the software, sometime when there are too many assets or parts listed, it gets hard to navigate.

While UpKeep has a relatively slow UI and occasional bugs, I think it facilitates easy creation, assignment, and tracking of work orders in real time very well.
Pros: I really love that it offers great benefits for businesses, such as reduced downtime, improved efficiency, and enhanced asset management.
Cons: I don't like that there is limited customization, higher costs for advanced features, and limited automations in free or lower-tier plans.

My overall experience has been very positive. It has helped our organization to become more efficient in doing day to day operations and also perform long term reviews.
Pros: The thing which i most like about upkeep is its availability of different options to do different tasks. You can do almost everything with upkeep from managing people, asset management, access to reports and analytics etc.
Cons: It has a learning curve and takes some time to get used to as there are many different options which can easily be messed up with one another. I take some time to learn about the software

UpKeep has so far been a positive experience. No major hang ups or mishaps. No major technical issues as of yet. Again, so far it has definitely been a positive experimence with Upkeep!

Very user friendly and never experienced any down time.
Pros: Used upkeep at my former job. It streamlined our work orders by prioritizing the level of need. It was also convenient to see who the work order was assigned to, and when it was completed.
Cons: I wish the rating scale after a ticket was closed had notes the person who requested the job could enter about the fix.

I liked everything about this product when using the free trial. Was very eager to get started. Unfortunately UpKeep could not provide us with references that we could contact about their experiences, been waiting 5 weeks now. I did reach out to about 5 companies noted on their website that supposedly use UpKeep - only 1 responded and they aren't using it anymore.
Pros: Easy to input information, very easy to use.
Cons: Haven't found any yet. I used it on a daily basis during the free trial, was always happy with my experience.

Pros: If the system worked properly I would be happy with it. unfortunately at this time the system is frustrating to work with.
Cons: contacted [sensitive content hidden] at customer service in regards to the scrolling issue that i am experiencing. [sensitive content hidden] brought it up @ 3 weeks ago at a "Bug" meeting. i have not seen a resolution and have not recived an update. i did ge a temporary work around that is not that great for me. also non of the techs can get the book mark feature to work at all.
