Pros: The customer service is top notch. Each step of the setup has been helpful in getting started. Next step Work Order set up
Cons: The only con to the system is all the work that goes into setting the system up. The team is very helpful with the work flow

Pros: The inherent task management is the best part of FMX. I appreciate the visibilty to all stakeholders too.
Cons: I wish I received a notification if a community user updated their insurance. Without one we have community members thinking they're doing their part, and we have no idea.

We were looking into getting new work order software. We interviewed 3 different companies and compared the basic look and feel of their software. We liked FMX and hoped that our staff would be able to adapt to the new software. The staff have really liked it and any issue we have is always an easy fix.

Pros: Our staff have had an easy time adjusting to the new software and have had lots of compliments about using FMX.
Cons: We had a few slight issues during the set-up process but nothing that wasn't easily fixed. The staff at FMX were easy to talk with and corrected any issue quickly.

The transition to this product was seamless and the experience has been great. The ticket customization is exactly what we needed. The fact that it works for multiple departments within our organization creates a value that we didn't have before.
Pros: The product works really well for our organization. The support team has been great. The product is robust for the cost. The user experience has been easy and the ability to customize this for tech vs maintenance works very well.
Cons: More flexibility with creating reports would be great. The ability to report tickets per specific technicians -eliminating others from the report- in an easier way would be great.

from developing, adding, removing and executing FMX to our staff it was been very user friendly. Our staff likes the fact that they can add pictures on there , where we can see the issue.
Pros: FMX is very user friendly to use. Not only is it user friendly but you can add images to help depict the problem. I have students, staff, use this to maintenance request issues on campus. Not to mention how easy it is to export the reports.
Cons: So far, I have zero complaints about FMX. one thing I heard is that I cannot attach a PDF file. I did want a manual for it so I can refer on how to do it.

Great product, support, and reasonable pricing. The maintenance module reporting has provided the data needed to justify an additional staff member for our Building Operations team.
Pros: The software is very easy to use and to modify for our special needs. Customer support is outstanding, and their response time is always less than an hour after submitting a support ticket. They even followed up two days later just to make sure we are satisfied with the solution to our issue. I highly recommend their product modules.
Cons: We have not experienced any negative issues in the years we have been using FMX. They even allow their customers to put in programming change requests for a feature you would like to modify or add.

Outstanding product with great support! The software has changed the way we do business at our school. We are way more organized, efficient, and budget conscious. We are still discovering the many features that this product has to offer. It has allowed me to be a better administrator in so many ways. Thankful to have it available to my maintenance, transportation, and custodial teams as well as a great tool to keep a facilities usage calendar for our entire school system to use.
Pros: I love everything about FMX. Workorder system, facility scheduling, transportation, inventory, interactive mapping, and capital planning!
Cons: They have not fixed the glitches when using schedule requests with auto-generated workorders. This is a great feature, but there are two issues which seem easy to fix. 1) the description is blank when the work order is generated and 2) if more than one location is selected in the schedule request - no work order is generated.

I love FMX and all the available features it provides to keep us paperless and more productive completing work orders more timely.
Pros: The ability to be completely paperless as well as the ability to see work order status at a glance and assign them.
Cons: I feel that the reporting options could be a little more user friendly and easier to customize the data you want.

My overall experience with FMX is an easy 10/10. I have never had an issue with any of the features they provide.
Pros: I love how easy to use FMX is. I use this system daily and I can not find much to complain about. The UI is great and the customization is great. It is also straight forward and easy for end users to submit tickets!
Cons: The only thing I wish FMX has was maybe like a "drag and drop" organizational feature to tier tickets in their priority. Instead of it being tiered by essentially "Time/Date" of submission.

We’ve been using FMX for maintenance and preventive maintenance requests, and it’s been a great tool for keeping our operations organized and responsive. We’re currently implementing mapping to connect assets and key areas of our campus, and we’re excited to eventually roll everything into capital planning. Another department on campus has already shown interest in FMX’s scheduling and events capabilities, which really speaks to the platform’s versatility and value for the money. The implementation process was seamless—FMX’s team guided us through every step flawlessly—and their customer service continues to be excellent. Overall, FMX has proven to be a reliable, user-friendly solution with features that grow with our needs.
Pros: The implementation was seamless with outstanding customer support (thanks, [sensitive content hidden]), and the software’s versatility—from maintenance requests to mapping and capital planning—makes it a real value across multiple departments.
Cons: So far, very little—the platform is feature-rich, and we’re still exploring its full potential. The only challenge is that with so many useful tools, it takes time to roll out everything campus-wide (and to devote the time internally, when you're still putting out fires every day!).

Until this day it has been verry good! what would be a challenge with FMX is sems easy and definitely will recommend it any day.
Pros: Helps me have my work organized on all maintenance schedules up to date and the office teem all on the same page with schedules and reservations on all of the areas.
Cons: I have been using it for a little over a year and still can not say that I do not like something about it yet.

Our overall experience with FMX has been great! It's user-friendly, flexible, and makes data tasks easy. Import/export tools and reporting features help us work efficiently and stay organized daily.
Pros: FMX is easy to use, flexible for sorting/filtering, offers great customization, robust approval routing, and helpful reporting. Import/export features boost efficiency and make completing tasks much easier.
Cons: I wish FMX allowed multiple filter views without extra fees; manual updates are tedious when things change.

very user friendly, easy to use, easy to teach all technicians even those that are not tech savy they don't feel intimidated and you are able to log in through SSO
Pros: Easy to use, lots of options included in bundle package, currently if you pay for invoice module the accounting module is complimentary
Cons: at times when switching from one tab to another it lags a few seconds, we have to either prompt the refresh button or just wait

We've been using FMX for 3 years now and the platform has proved an effective work order and scheduling tool
Pros: Intuitive interface and ability to be customized to specific needs; functionality, especially for managing work orders, event scheduling, and building maintenance tasks.
Cons: Ease of use, account representative turnaround (we seem to get a new one every year); reporting features are not great, and the dashboards are difficult to customize.

Overall it has been a helpful tool for organizing and submitting requests to different departments to accomplish what needs to be accomplished. It is also helpful to have the information available to be referenced back to as needed for both parties.
Pros: I like how customizable FMX is. We have multiple departments using this and it's easy to submit requests within each department and give them the specific information that they need.
Cons: It can be a bit overwhelming at first, depending on how your company uses the software. I had to have separate training for each of the 4 departments to learn how each one wants you to use FMX for their needs. It can be a lot to keep straight, at first at least.

The website is easy to use for most of our staff with varying levels of computer literacy. I enjoy being able to customize the website with our resources and that my changes are protected from others being able to change my data. The customer service has always been great when needed and the product rollout was so easy with the FMX team readily available for training sessions and answering questions.
Pros: I like that anyone at a "Staff" account level can make an account and submit work orders for my team. I am grateful to be able to customize the areas and resources we have and easily add or change our on-hand counts when needed. Having different tabs for the Calendar, Maintenance Requests, and Schedule Requests is so helpful to be able to see everything I'm looking for in one space.
Cons: I wish I could share resources and equipment across different buildings. For example, we have three golf carts that typically stay in the maintenance building, but someone may request to have us stage it elsewhere for an event and don't know to select the maintenance building first to be able to select the golf cart. I have found workarounds for the few limitations so I don't have any complaints!

We are very happy with FMX. We started with just the schedule requests for space and calendar management. I'm hoping to add the Work Orders and technology requests so we can streamline all of our systems.
Pros: I really like the customization options when building a schedule request. Also-customer service is always so helpful and answer right away
Cons: There are a few fields in the schedule request I would like to take out, but they are standard to the FMX system

THEY REALLY TOOK THE TIME TO ASSESS OUR NEEDS AND PROVIDE US WITH A PRODUCT THAT HELPS OUR DISTRICT MANAGE OUR FACILITY RENTALS. THERE IS ALWAYS SOMEONE AVAILABLE TO HELP WITHIN MINUTES IF WE NEED IT.
Pros: THE CUSTOMER SERVICE CAN'T BE BEAT. NOT ONLY DO THEY ANSWER MY QUESTIONS OR HELP ME RESOLVE MY ISSUES, THEY ALSO SHOW ME WAYS TO RESOLVE THEM MYSELF.

Tech Support and the system team I worked with were very good. I have been happy with the system over the last year that we have had it.
Pros: It was easy to set up the building and rooms for the work order request system. The teachers can check on the status of their work orders without having to call or email me. Very minimal instruction was needed for my staff to put in work orders.
Cons: It can send a lot of email reminders to you until you get the notification set up right, but better than no notifications.
