I feel like several coding issues exist with the SWO entities, Importing, and exporting which leave me with the feeling that several patches upon patches caused the chaos, which I can only describe as an unfinished product. I appreciate my ability to customize to my business's needs.
Pros: Our Customer Success Manager is Fantastic. [sensitive content hidden] works for [sensitive content hidden] who is also very knowledgeable and helpful. The level 3 Support personnel are also very helpful.
Cons: Level 1 Support is truly awful. I can't stress enough the frustration I have with them. We receive an email usually within a day, telling us they're working on it, but their poor excuses for closure come after several days of waiting. I have to escalate and it takes an unacceptable amount of time to get answers. I find it frustrating as an Admin unable to run a report showing the latest changes made to the system. I also find the User Management lacking the ability to sort and filter users causing frustration.

Very good. Fairly intuitive for users. [sensitive content hidden] my CSM account manager has been extremely helpful in getting things done.
Pros: ease of use by end user technician. My team has adapted to it nicely, entering work orders, checking off and closing out PMs etc.
Cons: Tech support by phone call rarely does anyone answer. It is nice to be able to ask someone the best next step so I can send out emails with issues with the right information.

I have been very pleased with the overall experience. It was rough when getting started a few years ago, but I have been able to grow and train other employees on how to us the system.
Pros: The customer support has been very helpful. The implementation team is doing a great job demonstrating how the system works for us.
Cons: Trying to implement other sites on my own. I found it difficult not having the training to do it. This is where I used customer support for answers.
Jason B. · Project Manager · Consumer Goods · May 8, 2026
Overall ... experience is slightly favorable. but because of so much customization, no two systems will be similar.
Pros: Reports and dashboards, good training materials. excellent customer support and CSM, easy scheduling with scheduler 2.0 .. looking forward to having upgrade to schedule based on rating shifts a preset work assignments.
Cons: eMaint CMMs is a very clunky system. the structure is scattered all over and should be more chain linked together to make it more user friendly. this system allows too much customization and tries to act more like an ERP system vs a user-friendly maintenance management system. Licensing is crazy... the scheduling needs the ability to rotate calendars by a pitman schedule shift assignments.

If 5 stars is the top rating, eMaint, [sensitive content hidden] get 10 stars each. You could not have a more valuable team than these three professionals. I cannot speak highly enough about these three professionals. If they lived in Minnesota, I would make every attempt to hire them at Timesavers immediately.
Pros: The eMaint people are without question the strength and value of the organization. At the customer relationship level, [sensitive content hidden] is an amazing asset. At the implementation and technical support level [sensitive content hidden] is an amazing asset. Both [sensitive content hidden] are incredibly responsive, get answers to you quickly, are helpful beyond words, and make every interaction a pleasure. I can throw the weirdest things at [sensitive content hidden] and they always come through with valuable solutions.
Cons: There is no downside to to eMaint. We love the system, have expanded its internal use every quarter and are continuing to find new ways to make our team more effective with its tools.

My experience overall has not been very great because I was not able to take the time to fully immerse myself into it.
Pros: I really liked the ability to provide as much information as possible in the work orders and customization.
Cons: It is very busy and takes time to get used to the capability's of emaint, it is a very powerful software.
Dylan C. · engineer · Dairy · April 16, 2026
Now the guys get a pop-up alert on their phones telling them to perform the tasks and they usually do. The inventory alerts are also helpful, because we were constantly running low on consumable items.
Pros: I was impressed by how quickly the support team ( [sensitive content hidden]) answered my chat requests and did not just provide me with scripted responses. Also, I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly the setup happened and the new system does not lose any PM schedule information as our previous system did. It’s good enough to check what tires are remaining in stock before I head back out to the floor.
Cons: Sometimes the bar charts will freeze up and prevent scrolling until I exit the whole page and return. This is very annoying. The PO portion of the system is also somewhat clunky.

eMaint made a huge difference when we migrated from another CMMS. It's one of the best on the market, and the minds behind the software are developing new features and technology that will help everyone in maintenance improve their performance and make their work shifts easier.
Pros: What I like most about eMaint is that it helps me manage the department more easily. It's a very comprehensive software that has practically all the tools a maintenance supervisor or manager needs to control their department, from preventive maintenance planning to inventory control.
Cons: What I like least about the software is that they sometimes make changes to the user interface or some modules without validating them with the users. Although most updates are good, there are times when they cause problems
Alejandro C. · Maintenance Supervisor · Machinery · March 12, 2026
We have been able to implement standard processes driven by the application that guarentee quality data and compliance to standards
Pros: Flexibility to design based on specific business requirements while the base functionality is not compromised.
Cons: User interface is a little boxy. and the pdf rendering is not as presentable as could be. Other than that we love functionality
Dave L. · Sr Business Systems Analyst · Real Estate · March 11, 2026
Pros: I like the simplicity of the interface. All the features do not work for our facility, but it is easy to adapt.
Cons: The scheduler is not use friendly. Not being able to forecast maintenance in agave through the scheduler.
Zac D. · Maintenance Manager · Food & Beverages · March 11, 2026
It’s a good system to work in. I have learned a lot about how the system works and what I can do to make it user friendly for others.
Pros: There are a lot of great features to work with. It’s easy to understand and teach others how to use this feature.
Cons: Would like to see what else is offered in X4. There are a lot of features that are hidden. I was able to find a lot by reading through the documentation.
Victoria H. · Maintenance System Coordinator · Building Materials · March 11, 2026
Overall, I think it is great for the company and with better knowledge and usage. It will continue to get better.
Pros: Helps track and organize work order workflow and inventory. Notifications and reporting is extremely helpful.
Cons: Sometimes difficult to get issues resolved. No technical service calls available on Fridays is sometimes a challenge.
Jeannie G. · Maintenance Adminy · Aviation & Aerospace · March 11, 2026
Pros: Flexibility and customer support are top tier with emaint. this is the most customizable cmms that we demoed on the market
Cons: Initial setup was rough but as to be expected for any type of rollout with a new cmms. Emaint support made it easy.
Quinn D. · Maintenance coordinator · Renewables & Environment · March 11, 2026
It’s been a great dollar around experience. We have seen that we have gotten in front of many problems since we have the ability to go back and look at the things that keep happening over and over.
Pros: The ability to document all the maintenance we do in particular assets, not having to go back through pieces of paper or different files to pull that maintenance and know what we did
Cons: Having to run Internet or broadband throughout the plant, so the guys could do their inspections with their tablets in the field
Miles M. · Manager of fixed equipment for the division · Mining & Metals · March 11, 2026
As someone who has implemented a CMMS before this process was easy. The CSM and implementation specialists work with you at every step of the way. While some times I felt they did not have the expertise I needed for a highly regulated company, once we met and went through iterations of what we were trying to achieve we got to the correct solutions. The training is great and the hands on experience you get there is priceless.
Pros: The eMaint CMMS is highly configurable, priced reasonably or even better than other competitors for what you get, and is easy to use for forecasted work orders and continuous improvement on your maintenence program.
Cons: During our implementation we have struggled with the workflows for approvals. In my industry there are a lot of regulations and quality oversight is mandatory. Only having status of open, complete, and closed made it difficult for my team to get on board with the approval process workflow.

I have been working with emaint for around 6 months now. I started using emaint on the technician level and am now using as an admin creating a new site based on experiences learned from using it at a lower level
Pros: The biggest thing that I like about emaint cmms is the customer service. Every time I have had an issue I have been helped to find a solution and if one can’t be found I’m directed to someone that does know.
Cons: My least favorite thing about emaint has to do with our company and that is the security firewall don’t let emaint talk with our plc and other plant systems
Cade S. · Operations trainee · Mining & Metals · March 11, 2026
Overall, it has been a great experience. It has opened my eyes to a lot of different ways that can can utilize the platform in order to streamline our SOP’s and great a more efficient and reliable operation
Pros: The best part about it is the way that it allows us to put all of our maintenance tasks in one central location and lets us track history of an asset and confirm things that we have done in the past and create a plan to better maintain assets going forward
Cons: The usability for a first time user is a little complicated. It is going to take a good bit of time in the system to get truly comfortable using it to its true capabilities
Brinson R. · Maintenance Manager · Construction · March 11, 2026
Overall eMaint CMMS has been a fantastic product that supports my company's needs. It goes above and beyond my company's requirements for tracking data trails and parts management as well as supporting the team in task and project management.
Pros: EMaint CMMS has excellent customizability in all fields plus the ability to add in features via workflows that are not currently native helps support the unique nuances to a specific industry. Additionally, it allows for custom prioritization of tasks for technicians through priority fields or custom fields.
Cons: The lack of some basic features on startup, such as cost analysis dashboards and connected sub-assets. While these features are easily configurable, they are fairly common in most industries and it would be beneficial to have some options for pre-built models that can be modified after the fact.
Braeden E. · Sr. Maintenance Technician Planner Scheduler · Wireless · March 11, 2026
Very good. Customer support has helped me greatly, customer success manager is so patient and helps me greatly. Have done a lot of customization for us.
Pros: Customizable, system configurations allows for more automation, less end user input. Great customer support,
Cons: Nothing really, it’s met all my expectations. I really can’t think of anything, really, really great product..
Karen S. · App Specialist · Building Materials · March 11, 2026
Fantastic. The teams are always willing to help and come up with solutions for the problems that sometimes we didn’t ever know we were going to face.
Pros: The ability to customize what data I wish to collect and searching and analyzing that data is clear and straightforward.
Cons: Parts entity for a multi site global network is tricky to standardize and set up. The current framework seems to be geared towards single vendor or at least a limited amount of vendors
Nikki S. · Maintenance Systems Manager · Warehousing · March 11, 2026
Currently using x4, great CMMS with extreme flexibility when customizing what you need, very good fluke team that stands behind the product the only con is x4 servers can be slow sometimes
Pros: Extremely flexible when using the API to submit work orders and create dashboards, the workflows can be customized to fit virtually every need to organize and create seamless data transactions
Cons: The x4 servers can be slow, which creates issues, when multiple users logged into admin account the session is not isolated and you can run into collisions with other users
Ed H. · Sr. Controls engineer · Automotive · March 11, 2026
Its a great tool that allows us to keep our operations running smoothly. We are scratching the surface on all its features.
Pros: All data is centealized in one location. It tracks labor and parts charges that can assist with how much an assrt costs per year.
Cons: The platform is great but the emaint mobile that tech use can be made or developed a bit better. The screens could use a bit of an upgrade.
Josue D. · Power Plant Maintenance Supervisor · Utilities · March 11, 2026
Good overall, some functions were not utilized properly by my predecessors and lead to friction, but we are switching to X5 and should be fixing everything.
Pros: It is very easy to generate reports and create dashboards. The customization of forms is also a nice feature.
Cons: The PM creation in X4 could use some work. You can only attach one asset to a PM, so the list of similar PMs on different assets quickly piles up if you have multiples of an asset.
Ethan H. · Reliability and Systems Engineer · Food & Beverages · March 11, 2026
Great . We have been using more than 10 years now . Dashboard helps a lot . PM can be tracked easily
Pros: Easy interface , reports and tracking. PM Administration and Asset QR codes so we can connect drawing and Manuals
Cons: A little bit not so user friendly interface , no iOS app . Should be more you tube video covering how to topics
Bishwajit R. · Director · Aviation & Aerospace · March 11, 2026
$93
Pros: One of the biggest strengths of eMaint CMMS is its strong security and reliability, which ensures that maintenance data and asset information remain protected and accessible only to authorized users. The platform also provides excellent value for money, offering a wide range of maintenance management tools without requiring expensive custom development.
Cons: $94
