It is user friendly and a great help with doing my job efficiently.
Pros: Easy to navigate through and user friendly. All of my work is done on Eptura Asset and I enjoy all of the features of the program.
Cons: Not being able to modify due dates when creating work orders. On the classic version I modified every work order that I created. I create several work orders daily, so this is important to me.

Overall, it has been OK. As a data analyst, however, I have found the BI portion lacking. I don't like when I am told "tell us what you need and pay us, and we can create the dashboard you need." Having the know-how, the interface and tables for BI is lacking. I have even spoken with tech support and they cannot give details as to how many of their calculations work. Also, trying to get a hold of someone to discuss billing is very difficult.
Pros: Fairly easy to use. I would give a 3.5 stars.
Cons: The Lightning version of the app is not as user friendly as reported. I find it, at best, a beta version, and it has been this way for years now.

For several years has been utilized to track productivity and work across three corporate regions.
Pros: The ability to accurately track assets, work orders, and portal request communication.
Cons: Inventory tracking is not used. Have not progressed to the need to utilize.

Eptura seems to have gone downhill. It was a much better program when it was iOffice. The reliability to access the program, the integration with Outlook (Hummingbird) is double-booking our rooms, the insights module is very difficult to use and has never been able to provide the reports we need. I hate that we can no longer bring back a person that leaves without requesting extra help from Eptura to reactivate the profile. Because of the continued issues without result, I am VERY strongly considering looking for a new system when my contract expires.
Pros: I like that you can easily see the different teams within space.
Cons: Double bookings, manual processes or skewed data, lack of reliability to site, Insights module, who owns the deactivated profiles

Wonderful experience, I enjoy working with the Eptura team.
Pros: Easy non complicated software, our clients like it.
Cons: Missing a few tracking options such as people’s certifications.

It couldn’t not works for the basic needs of a big warehouse.
Pros: Easy to launch the system, looks fancy in the screen.

Pros: It has helped streamline our asset management and minimize downtime across all our sites. The whole company can view performance of our assets, utilization rates, track work orders and status of them all in one portal. Our site managers use information to track costs and to budget for the future ultimately to figure out where we can save and where to invest. It’s help us meet company goals on sustainability. We can extract data and run reports on what we need to be able to make those decisions backed up by the data
Cons: Requires training to get teams up and running and familiar with it but if you put the time/effort into it you will start reaping rewards the more you put in the more you get out

Pros: We like how we can see everything in 1 place, makes everything easier and not have to switch to multiple platforms to get the information we need. use it for asset management, track inventory, manage vendors, putting in work requests - takes away the time consuming admin tasks.
Cons: Bit of a learning curve but once you get the hang of it it’s so beneficial for the company.

It is good for keeping up with work and when all the change-over bugs are worked out - it will be good.
Pros: Overall I like Manager Plus. There are features that need adding and some that need to be more user friendly.
Cons: I don't like Ligntning. The work order module is not pleasing to look at. It is not clean and to me it is chaotic. I don't mind the purchase order module except for not being able to add an asset directly from the PO - have to do your work twice. I don't like the cycle count and sure don't like I can't print off a pdf list of items. The invoice module needs to be more user friendly or you need a Eptura for Dummies book. Reports are not very user friendly to create either. Mobile needs many things to be efficient. Overall - it's still not user friendly and needs more work.

Significant room for improvement
Pros: That it is a little better than simply having an excel spreadsheet
Cons: Organization of the lists by different categories/types/fields/etc. was very limited and report creation was annoying for the normal consumer.

The software overall works well.
Pros: I like the software and its capabilities. I have used the software 10+ years and recently switched to Lightning from Classic.
Cons: It's nearly impossible to talk to a person. Our contact person for set up would take several days or weeks to reply.We are still having issues with Manager Plus accounts payable for 6+ months with our original renewal quote not being honored. A difference of $225.00.

I honestly can't think of any benefits from this program.
Pros: It was fairly easy to learn once we were actually able to not have to use the Classic version and the newer version together

I have been using Manager plus since 1998, they have made great improvements to their product over the years, but the customer service unfortunately has gotten worse. Having to listen to dogs barking and kids crying in the background when your needing help is very frustrating and unprofessional. Getting told over and over that what you need is very simple to do, and they will get back to you right away with a solution and then never hearing back from them again seems to be the norm there. I have been trying to get help with a report for over 6 months now and all I get is unfulfilled promises. Honesty I'm not even sure were to go with it anymore.
Pros: I like how we can track and maintain all of our assets very easily even at multiple locations. Purchase order feature also allows us to easily track parts cost and keep are inventory accurate. using the mobile app for all are fueling logs has made it easy to keep track of mileages and fuel logs accurately and up to date.
Cons: The worst part of manager plus is making reports. There is allot of information stored in manager plus that needs to be put into different reports. The report feature is nice and easy to use but lacks all the needed information you sometimes need, and the BI feature is extremely hard to use and navigate through, and getting help from manager plus with it is almost impossible.

i give the employees a 5 star review, very professional, even when I wasn't having fun at a few points.
Pros: product is very easy to use, however took longer to install than thought. frustrated at times.

It's been pretty terrible, we've been over promised and under delivered. We have a long list of things they were supposed to do during our implementation of the software, We even got a "special assistant" to help complete our list, things are still left unanswered and completed. we just quit trying to deal with them and use the system the way they set it up.
Pros: Nothing; nothing at all!!
Cons: all the constant bugs and no help from customer support. They will contact you with no solution, they tell you they will talk with an engineer and you'll never hear from them again.

Pros: I wish I could say there was something I liked about this software, but no one from Maintenance Department through to Quality Assurance team like this software. It was chosen by our IT department and forced on the teams.

creating issues, nothing solved.
Pros: nothing, will not even update services after setting them up and perfoming them thru the w/o system.
Cons: they put a lot of bs graphs....to make it look like you're getting something. The system is a joke with the lack of support. They have a chat box which never understands your question, no live help!!

I have reached out to Sales, Support, and Customer service. I have left messages, I have emailed, and I have called. No one ever seems to answer the phone, reply to my emails, or voicemails.I can only wonder why that could be considering this software has been bought and passed around from company to company 3 times over the past 3 years.
Pros: It's cloud based and it is easy to navigate the menus.
Cons: It loads slow and doesn't always load the correct windows or reports.
