Good we been using it for the past 8 years and we will continue to use it. The account manager keep changing but we never have to call or ask them any questions. So that mean the software is stable.
Pros: Everything works if you spend the time and effort to learn to use it. Our warehouse depends on it and it never fail us. We also experience 0 downtime for the past years.
Cons: It is not easy to learn how to use. The User Interface is also a bit outdated. Also it is hard to make any changes. We spend the money to buy a bar code scanner per 3PL's recommendation but it was obsolete and not support it in 8 months.

Customer service is great, I am always helped when needed, even though sometimes there is a payment required. In the long run it is worth it. I never into any problems for the time I have been using 3PL Warehouse Manager and definitely recommend to anyone that needs a WMS.
Pros: Very easy to use and simple to teach employees. Customers love the option to access inventory and can also do some of their own editing. It has been such a big impact to our company in regards to time and efficiency from order pick to, inventory and invoicing.
Cons: It would be good to give customer more access to edit or create items through the import template. In some ways it is good that the warehouse can get help if the Vendor/customer is willing to do so, especially in the HOT months. Overall customers get to do a bunch things in the system, so not really an issue; but would be advantageous in certain situations.

Very positive experience. This WMS allowed us to have a 100% accurate inventory with multiple multi billion dollar customers.
Pros: Easy of inventory management, inbounds and outbounds allocations. Easy integration for operating multiple warehouses and multiple customers.
Cons: Tough to implement changes to the software. For example, the SSCC labels use browser print instead of the Windows drivers.
Radoslaw K. · Operations Manager · Warehousing · April 22, 2025
Excellent program, never glitches and has real time update features that makes inventory updates seamless.
Pros: That it has real time updates to the inventory levels. No having to wait for it to sync.
Cons: I have zero complaints, system works as it should.
Christie P. · Director of Operations · Retail · April 18, 2025
Pros: Extensiv is very easy to navigate for both warehouse & customer users.
Cons: The scanning feature isn't the greatest. The system allows for overriding inventory when picking/packing, which can lead to errors. It was also glitchy at times. It was hard to reach our account manager at times but they were always helpful when needed.
Caitlin Z. · Head of Operations · Logistics and Supply Chain · April 2, 2025
I find the system works really well. I can access the software and edit any orders that need correction before the warehouse ships the order. It's a nice work tool for our company.
Pros: It's ease of use for warehouse managers to keep reports for me to check our stock status and other features like the summary of an order and transaction history to see shipment details including: weight, dimensions and tracking number. Really all I need to from a customer service viewpoint.
Cons: Limitation on software to capture real time $ values of products for international shipping. I which I can send an order and the values of that order could be used for the customs documents but it's limited to just static values on each product.

3PL Warehouse Manager has fully digitised our supply chain and maximised all warehouse management operations.
Pros: The software's amazing capabilities that enhance inventory management and sorting.
Cons: Location management systems of the software fail from time to time.
Mmoham M. · Software Engineer · Computer Software · December 20, 2024
it provides the visibility i need to keep track of our inventory and orders.
Pros: I like the ease of searching for orders, by status. I like the inventory reports and being able to view the remaining length of shelf life our product has.
Cons: Some of the reports have a layout that can be misleading, showing inventory we don't have physically yet it is in the reports
Margaret J. · Director of Vendor and Customer Relations · Retail · October 21, 2024
Great team, great software, really easy to use amd train users
Pros: Easy to learn, implement, import and export data
Cons: No access to the dayabase, lackluster reporting and unable to build your own complex reports
Joe C. · IT manager · Warehousing · October 4, 2024
Reliable, good value, and a huge step forward for us. Now to make it work even better for us.
Pros: I appreciate the personal level of support from the onboarding and customer success team. We can move closer to the best in class reputation we want to provide our clients.
Cons: Some key tools are not fully developed for the Australian market yet, requiring unexpected and costly workarounds.
Paul P. · Director · Logistics and Supply Chain · June 5, 2024
Our customers love the features and frequently comment on how it is like nothing they have ever seen
Pros: The flexibility is second to none! The system is able to adapt to so many of our unique scenarios and situations!
Cons: Honestly it has been so good I have nothing bad to say
Chris M. · Project Manager · Logistics and Supply Chain · June 4, 2024
Pros: The user interface is great. The company seems to do great at some of the basics and seems to have some forward thinking strategy in its development.
Cons: Polish and enhancements to existing features are a struggle for them.
Joseph B. · IT Manager · Warehousing · June 4, 2024
Pros: Ease of setup, use and adoption. Training curve for new employees is minimal.
Cons: The communication of updates and new features that are constantly coming out could be a bit more robust.
Steve T. · President · Logistics and Supply Chain · June 3, 2024
We ended up replacing 3pl warehouse manager due to a change in business needs. We would use this software in the future.
Pros: I appreciate the fact that the system is intuitive and simple. You tell it what it needs and it does the rest.
Cons: We have not found many cons. Getting a ticket answered in a timely manner was definitely an issue.
Chris C. · Director · Packaging and Containers · February 9, 2024
Pros: Ce qui ma plu dans 3PL warehouse c'est la gestion facile des inventaires
Cons: Moi je n'ai pas eu d'inconvénient lors de son usage

We previously used a software we became accustomed to and when we switched over to 3PL, there were so many differences in comparison to the functionalities. In the beginning, I immediately wanted 3PL to function just like our old system however over time, I was able to point out a number of values this system has and allows for so much more flexibility. Our daily orders used to finish printing by about 11:00am PST, and would start at 9:00am PST. (Printing fuction was automated) There were many pauses in printing, and delays. Now that we are using 3PL, with a 9:00am PST daily cutoff, we can have our orders printed by 9:30am PST with a much better sort in place for packers. This improves our productivity by 40% and offers a much better service level to our clients. I'm overall very satisfied with 3PL and I'd recommend it to other fulfillment houses without hesitation.
Pros: I specfically like the flexibility it allows for sorting orders, and data allowing me to print specific orders in the batches that fit my needs. This feature is awesome because it saves our warehouse pickers time, and their productivity level has really improved.
Cons: What I did not like about 3PL Warehouse Manager is that customer users access levels do not allow for them to view all items unless there is active inventory for every item. So if an item has no inventory, the client cannot see that item unless they run a stock status report. I think all items should be visible so that if there is an item with zero quantity available, the client can view that easily.

Pros: We started using Skubana / Wxtensiv Warehouse Manager when we were outgrowing our previous order routing platform. This tool allowed us to set processing logic on all orders and route them appropriately. Additionally it helped simplify our worldwide inventory visibility and purchasing.
Cons: Support can be slow to fix bugs. Our account manager is very responsive and there are not many bugs, but they can take a month to get resolved once one is identified.
Peter G. · Vice President · Retail · May 15, 2023
Pros: to integrate with the application and the likelihood of being a user
Milos V. · Owner · Philanthropy · April 29, 2023
Overall it has been decent. The support is not really helpful. They provide bunch of KB articles which I usually always go through before reaching out. For any real support, you need to book a time with a consultant for a price of around $200-$300 for 2 hours if I am not wrong, just to understand how to use a module.
Pros: Order fulfillment is easy and straight forward.
Cons: The UI and UX for returns and billing. Processing a return process is a nightmare. Would be much easier if there is an option on the Smart Scan app for processing returns. Everything is manual now and can take upto 5 minutes per return order.
Vijay R. · Supply Chain Analyst · Logistics and Supply Chain · April 27, 2023
Overall, I'm content with using 3PL Warehouse Manager because it's what I've known to use for the past 2 years and it's grown upon me.
Pros: When I first started Logistics, I was thrown into Warehouse Management and was introduced to 3PL. At first the product was intimidating since being new, I was afraid to mess up. However, as soon as I started getting more comfortable, I realized that the software is super easy to use and if you were to make mistakes, there are multiple solutions do fix them. Customer Support and the Help Center really take you a long way as there's information that is meant to help you for any cases.
Cons: I had a fulfillment client that was questioning whether or not the Order status can match what their backend software shows to them such a Returns, Exchanges, Order Changes, ect. since they use WooCommerce and when I told them that those statuses are not available in 3PL, they seemed a little let down, but I feel like those statues would benefit both the Customer and our Company. Also, kind of wish that we are given the option to delete any orders instead of cancelling them and for them to still show up in the Orders Tab. I feel like this correlates to the Order Statuses mentioned before because since the cancelled orders are showing closed, they're now being mixed with completed orders that were closed as well.
Kiana S. · Inventory Supervisor · Logistics and Supply Chain · April 20, 2023
Did provide us with better visibility of inventory however the order functionality and the API connections to clients are very poor and continually have issues. Support is poor at best, non responsive and rarely addresses root causes, continually just kicks the issue down the road with a bandaid patch.
Pros: Ease of implementation, implementation team was good to work with.
Cons: Order functionality is awful, continually have orders not pulled through properly. Support is slow and provides no root cause or long term solutions. Kitting functionality does not work properly, solutions are either alias skus or a constant transfer of inventory between skus. High order volume always breaks the system, we have to limit the batches in size other wise the system takes hours to process the orders. For a high volume facility this is not a good software. Very limited abilities with small parcel service, and a lot of additional steps are required. More for a slow LTL facility.
Doug J. · Owner · Warehousing · July 28, 2022
Pros: It is very easy to comprehend, very straight forward, best part of all is how responsive their customer service is.
Cons: I wish their were some more detailed reports, or abilities to do beyond what is given.
louis l. · MANAGER · Warehousing · November 17, 2021
Pros: 3Pl Central is an easy-to-use product that just works. Simple and intuitive. Very powerful. all the features of a million-dollar product and much more affordable.
Cons: none.
Brian G. · Junior system administrator · Warehousing · November 15, 2021
Pros: Tech Support is super! Easy to see current inventory and run the report.
Cons: Almost impossible to do storage fee calculation
Bill L. · supervisor · Warehousing · November 11, 2021
Our Clients are able to access their inventory and reports, a great communication tool.
Pros: Inbounds and Out bounds are easy to process.
Cons: Some of the sub layouts are small and hard to navigate around.
