It was a good experience overall. I really enjoyed working with Trina as she was very helpful and personable.
Pros: It's laid out well and is customizable. I like that it has a happy appearance to make use of the system fun.
Cons: It was a little buggy with the form builder and repeated information where I had to recreate the form and delete extra added items that I didn't put on there.

The training I received was wonderful and very informative. The Zoobook set up was quite easy to understand from the training and I am confident I can apply what I learned from the training into use when I enter Zoobook myself.
Pros: The setup seems very user friendly and makes it less complicated to use and input client or user information.
Cons: There was nothing I liked least about it except maybe sometimes it's a little slow but that could just be a connection error in the computer itself.

My experience with Zoobook has been outstanding. The system is reliable, efficient, and tailored to the real-world needs of behavioral health providers. What truly sets Zoobook apart is the customer support—especially [sensitive content hidden], our point of contact. [sensitive content hidden] is exceptional: his response time is lightning-fast, and he genuinely cares about his customers. He listens, follows through, and treats every question or concern with urgency and respect. That level of service is rare and deeply appreciated.
Pros: Zoobook’s AI-powered documentation system is a game changer. The note-writing assistant is intuitive, fast, and remarkably accurate—it understands clinical nuance and helps streamline documentation without sacrificing quality. It’s the best I’ve seen in any behavioral health EHR. The platform itself is user-friendly, responsive, and clearly designed with clinicians in mind.
Cons: Honestly, there’s very little to critique. If I had to choose, I’d say the learning curve for some of the more advanced features could be steep for new users—but the support team more than makes up for it.

My overall experience with Zoobook EHR and the support staff has been a very positive experience. I will recommend Zoobook EHR to anyone who is in need of utilizing an electronic health record application.
Pros: I am very pleased with the excellent client/customer support. Zoobook is a robust EMR an is a wonderful value for the cost.
Cons: While I see the value in the pop up reminders upon logging into Zoobook, I sometimes find them being a little annoying. That being said, its a small annoyance and is easily overlooked.

The most comprehensive EHR database system that I've used yet. I look forward to my continued exploration of its varied features.
Pros: Zoobook is very user-friendly, intuitive, and reliable—making documentation smooth, fast, and efficient.
Cons: There isn't anything that I liked least about Zoobook at this time. I find it to be a very comprehensive EHR database system.

Overall experience has been great from the beginning. Everyone is patient, understanding and efficient and ensure our needs are met.
Pros: Support is outstanding. Our needs are met timely. Support team is quick to respond. [sensitive content hidden] is always available when additional support is needed to explain and walk us through a problem.
Cons: System is slow at times, not sure if it is Zoobook or my Wi Fi. This tends to happen when doing the billing. I have just become accustomed to waiting.
Sharon A. · Office Manager · Mental Health Care · October 17, 2025
For customers, it made compliance cleaner and reimbursements faster. For us less support tickets came in as their workflows were finally synced between clinical and billing teams.
Pros: We were able to recently on-board a health care partner to Zoobook EHR, and billing-wise, it was cake easy. It manages insurance claims, authorizations and service documentation all in one.
Cons: It's not as easy to customize it for non-behavioral health settings, and reporting should be a bit more flexible when dealing with multiple facilities or billing departments.

Aweseome. Very User Friendly. The staff support is very infromative and helpful. I really enjoy using the Zoobook.
Pros: The link between the billing and the EHR. I think the system is very well designed and equipped to provide great service.
Cons: There is nothing I wouldn't change about the Zoobook EHR. I don't you the Note part of the system but from what I can see it works very well.
Lisa K. · BILLING MANAGER · Mental Health Care · June 5, 2025
Zoobook is a very interactive and easy to follow along. I specifically like the option where at the bottom of any page support can be emailed quite quickly.
Pros: The instructor was very knowledgeable and patient. He assisted me with visual details concerning all of my interests.
Cons: There is nothing at this time. Zoobook is basically explains itself. It can be quite helpful to any organization.
Sonya R. · IBHS Case Manager · Child Day Care Services · June 2, 2025
I had a good experience. I saw Mark enter dashboard, PHI Disclosure, Clients Information and appmnt.
Pros: I like the overview that was presented. I appreciated the 1:1 training. The demonstration was helpful.
Cons: I wish I was able to navigate in zoobook myself during the training. My training was @ 6:15 PM, that was a little late.
Enzer H. · Behavioral Therapist · Mental Health Care · May 28, 2025
Pros: Customer Support and regular updates. I also like the auto save feature, which reloads a page that may have not been saved.
Cons: The initial difficulty of learning the interface. I also dislike how intensive note writing is in Zoobook. Other EHR systems will include drop-down menus that help speed up the note-writing process.
Greg B. · Program Administrator · Mental Health Care · May 8, 2025
I love the fact that there is a designated team available to help you learn all the ins and out of the program. The fact that they also provide recordings of each training is a plus. Sometimes you can be so swamped with work and projects you might forget something pivotal that you learned during your training session and having the recordings is such a life saver.
Pros: Multiple services in one central software system without having to implement others to do different things - it's a one stop shop program.
Cons: I think there should be some improved to form builder. Utilizing a plugin if that is even possible to make the form more user friendly and designer friendly would be great. The best example for this would be something similar to how Wordpress uses Beaver or Element to make creating pages easier.

My overall experience so far is good. So far it is good.
Pros: I like the different ways that I can create appointments for my clients and the easy icons. It is easy to see and understand.
Cons: I like everything about the EHR. I am looking forward to using the system.

Lisa A. · Mental Health Specialist · Non-Profit Organization Management · April 17, 2025
The presenter was very polite and went a good speed with the information. She asked if there were any questions as before continuing.
Pros: The system is very detailed and has convenient options for adding details into the forms.
Cons: I would have liked to be able to practice hands on to familiarize with the forms.
Maria e G. · Peer Group Leader · Mental Health Care · April 15, 2025
Very positive. I have been grateful for the personalized assistance during implementation. The programmers and others are able to create forms, add data fields and other tools to help track your KPI's.
Pros: The platform is fully customizable to meet the unique needs of my agency.
Cons: Overall, this is the best platform I have found during my extensive research-- based on cost, data/reporting capabilities, etc. It does take some time to learn Zoobook like any other platform.
Sarah H. · Executive Director · Mental Health Care · March 14, 2025
My experience with Zoobook EHR was smooth.
Pros: I was visually shown how to complete each task.
Cons: Nothing. It went smoothly. No complaints.
Lydia B. · Mental Health Program Coordinator · Mental Health Care · February 14, 2025
Pros: Zoobook is user-friendly and well-organized, making it easy to navigate through client records and documentation. I appreciate its efficient workflow features, which help streamline note-taking and scheduling. The integration of different modules in one system also improves accessibility and coordination of care.
Cons: I didn’t like the saving feature in Zoobook. I often feel like I need to be on high alert because it doesn’t always feel secure, and I worry that my information might get lost. A more reliable auto-save function would improve the experience.
Gulce G. · Outpatient Intern · Mental Health Care · February 13, 2025
its been okay thus far. no major complaints
Pros: lots of information documented, ability to create our own forms
Cons: too many tabs need to be opened for functions; the customer service is mostly via email and cannot move straight to phone call which makes it time consuming and a waste of time at times during a busy work day
Desiree s. · quality assurance · Non-Profit Organization Management · February 13, 2025
The experience was very informational and helpful
Pros: How in depth the use of different types of notes were
Cons: The zoobook in general is pretty complicated to use compared to bestnotes
