Pros: I appreciate the automation capabilities of the system. As we continue to onboard new clients, we're working through some initial challenges to streamline our processes. I'm confident that with time, we'll reach a point where we're fully satisfied with the system's performance.

Cons: The system is presented to us as a blank canvas for customization, which is commendable. However, transitioning from a completely manual process to automation, especially without prior automation knowledge, has posed significant challenges. Additionally, launching without full readiness to onboard all 70 clients has resulted in daily hurdles, often necessitating support without access to a dedicated onboarding engineer. Dealing with recurring bugs and relying on workarounds has been particularly frustrating.

Pros: I love how smooth the whole process of assigning the orders and that they are logged automatically. Our onboarding was amazing with the help of [sensitive content hidden] She is very knowledgeable and helpful.

Cons: N/A. I am not in the system enough to have any reason to have a con.

Pros: When you start using the system it may be imitating, but once you start navigating it is very easy to use.

Cons: You must be very proactive in the system to know exactly what you have to do if an error occurs, or you will have to refer back to the to the help tag or place a ticket in which sometimes does take a while.

Pros: Extremely robust and many different functions with very useful workflows. Thoughtfully built out for fulfillment warehouse functions

Cons: Issues sometimes arise out of nowhere and tough to get an explanation. Additional upgrades cost $$ and simple edits/ updates need administrative support

Pros: I really like how it is able to pull in and keep track of orders from multiple sites. Also if an order was canceled on the main sites, it will update automatically during packing.

Cons: How it does not seem too user friendly from the beginning. There seems to be a huge learning curve for new users, however it shows it was made by engineers with a lot of fail saves.

Pros: The inventory reports I pull are very detailed. However, I wish I could select what I want to be in the columns of the reports I pull. That would be helpful.

Cons: I am unable to search for items on the Control page using the Channel ID. This is a source of frustration that Logiwa IT has refused to address.

Pros: Logiwa has an abundance of features and everyone we've interacted with, from the sales rep to implementation manager, Account manager and CS team - everyone is helpful and attentive.

Cons: The UI/UX is a bit clunky and takes some getting used to. While rich with features, it feels like it's always an extra click or two to get what you need. With that said, as long as the feature is there, and it almost always is w/ Logiwa, is what matters in the end

Pros: The ability to get a full snapshot of your inventory in the warehouse as well as the easy flow of order picking creates optimal efficiency.

Cons: Having an issue with user logins not working.

Pros: We use only a few core features of Logiwa. However it is an easy tool to use. The learning curve is small, and users seem to understand how use the tool quickly.

Cons: Reports seemed to be ridged and required development to modify. Would like to be able to customize the standard reports, such as remove columns that do not apply prior to exporting would be helpful.

Pros: Easy to learn. Allows access for our customers to do more of what they want while allowing us to manage our warehouse.

Cons: Its easy to learn and use, but the layout and UI is a little weird somtimes. Also, building out shipping rate shopping mapping has to be at the customer level and not the macro level.

Pros: Training and onboarding was great. Following up at the end was good.

Cons: Because the [sensitive content hidden] decided not to implement to the fullest, I do not have the least . I do not know what might not have worked.

Cons: Learning curve: there may be a learning curve for users who must learn to use the warehouse management system, which may require additional time and resources.

Pros: Logiwa makes management stress free, whether it's inbound, order fulfillment, or outbound. Logiwa helps increase efficiency and productivity. What I like most about Logiwa is the inventory management. I am able to track how much I'm receiving, track how much I have at each location, and how much is going out.

Cons: At the moment, there isn't anything I dislike about Logiwa.

Pros: Logiwa is very user-friendly and provides many customizable options. It has everything a warehouse would be looking for in a WMS and checks all the boxes.

Cons: Navigation and accessibility could be streamlined a bit. It often takes several steps or layers of pages to get to the page/information you are looking for.

Pros: Userfriendly and understanding very easy. Open very fast not frozen.

Cons: there is no pop up , integration problem always contiune but ı am not sure this is about Logiwa.

Pros: Easy to use and set up. Helpful onboarding process and videos. Responsive customer serves.

Cons: Workflow can be confusing. Sometimes runs slow

Cons: No major downsides but UI is wonky at times

Pros: I was able to learn how to use Logiwa in a very short time. I have used several WMS in the past and none are as easy to learn, navigate, and use as Logiwa. That is really helpful when it comes to training new employees. I also like how quickly and easliy customizing this system was. I would simply ask for what I wanted and the Logiwa team made it happen. I also like that the admin user can control what access the client has or does not have and make changes at any time.

Cons: I do feel they could improve upon minor things like the availability of all features on a mobile device, and possibly adding more information to the knowledge base.

Pros: Ease of navigation between different screens. Use of the software is straight-forward and simple.

Cons: Not very many customization options available. If client's require some different processes or customized options there are some limitations in doing so when there are requirements outside the standard.

Pros: It ease of use and setup. We were running in less than a week of testing.

Cons: Cant really think of one. It does it all and well.

Pros: it is very easy to use. pretty much everything you need to run an operation

Cons: i believe cost would be lower than it is now. Software it self is very workable
