Fast customer support and site is easy to use, not cluttered or over complicated but has all the features a top tier pms can offer at a great rate!
Pros: Easy to navigate, great layout, easy to use in general! Rates are great, customer support is great and site is well laid out with all the features I was looking for, and even better, at a great price!
Cons: Nothing to comment here, overall great experience so far. Customer support if quick to respond and helpful.

I have been using for 3 years, it has helped me a lot handling multiples properties in multiple platforms.
Pros: Good and helpfull tool. Direct Booking, automatic messaging and Reports are really handy. Good value for money
Cons: Mobile App is slow and hard to use tome times. Interface fails some times and it is slow to upload. there are 2 versionsboth are not good

iGMS customer support is so helpful. As a somewhat technical person, but new to APIs, their customer support walked me through their docs and helped me automate some processes. They were clear and helped me clarified so much for me. Outside of their API support, the product in general has helped us automate so much of our Airbnb business at an affordable price for a mom & pop shop. Great product and service.
Pros: Very knowledgeable, understood most of my questions on the first attempts. Patient with my lack of knowledge.
Cons: Response time was a little long, and there were a couple questions that I had to rephrase or ask again, but still very happy.

Pros: Easy to manage multiple listings in one place. Automation tools like messaging, reviews, and syncing with Airbnb and Booking.com save a lot of time.
Cons: Reporting and analytics could be more detailed, and sometimes syncing delays happen between platforms.

So far it has been a very good experience. When I messed things up, they were right there to help me fix it. The integration with VRBO and Airbnb has been seamless. Very impressed. Thank you iGMS!
Pros: I think my favorite thing about iGMS is that they are right there to chat whenever you need. I don't have any other software that has a team that responsive.
Cons: There really isn't anything I don't like about it. I haven't had anything go wrong that wasn't my own fault.

The overall experience has been very positive so far and their reviews were good from the start which gave me confidence to move forward.
Pros: I signed up for a 14 day trial, and [sensitive content hidden] with IGMS helped me set up my website. He met with me several times and answered all my questions about the service I would me signing up for. He was very patient and clear on giving me advice on setting up a website to offer my vacation home for rent. He was kind and told me if I had any further questions I could contact him in future.
Cons: I am going to pay for an account for the first year and give this software a good chance to assist me in finding renters and if I feel it is a good service I will continue to move forward with them.

Pros: IGMS has made things EASY for us! They are super responsive and are always looking for solutions or answers to our questions.
Cons: That these people don't live with me so that I can just ask them from the next room ;) But seriously, it's hard to find something I don't like.

I've been very pleased with the product. I have 2 properties and 2 other staff people who share the iGMS tool. We all seem to be able to communicate well and see what is going on.
Pros: iGMS keeps me very organized and the customer service is outstanding. It's been worth every penny. There is no way I could run my business without it.
Cons: some of the tools are hard to find, not where I might put them but the customer service always gets me to the right place

The site and support made it surprisingly easy to sync my properties. The interface is very user-friendly. The support is second to none.
Pros: The platform and interfaces are intuitive and VERY easy to navigate, making the data very easy to visualize. And the service is exceptional. Someone responds very quickly and ALWAYS provides a solution. iGMS is an excellent value and has completely removed the stress from managing my short-term rental properties.
Cons: I've been a customer of iGMS for more than a year, and I manage two properties on the site, and I have absolutely no complaints.

I had a linking problem with VRBO that I created by accident. iGMS helped me solve it and so all is good now.
Pros: I have been working with iGMS now for more than 2 years. They are always great to work with. Whenever I “mess” something up….. and that happens, believe me, iGMS staff is always very ready and willing to straighten things out. I would highly recommend their service to persons working with on line vacation rental properties. Tom

I switched over from Hostaway to iGMS and the difference has been incredible. Hostaway was clunky, confusing, and difficult to navigate, but iGMS has made everything so much easier. The platform is very intuitive and user-friendly, and I was able to get up and running quickly without frustration. Their support team is also outstanding — fast, responsive, and genuinely helpful. Managing my rentals is no longer a headache thanks to iGMS. Highly recommend
Pros: From the start iGMS has been great, they are very responsive, the software is intuitive and the price is right. Their support is also immediate, with other platforms you have to wait a long time to get a response.
Cons: After using it for about a month, there are not many things I can think of that I don't like about iGMS.

Pros: IGMS has given better value for money as compared to others, there are some bugs here and there that the team seems to be keen on fixing as i report and ask for help. On the topic of the help ive have gotten, igms is not the fastest but is surely responsive.
Cons: Id like the interface to be a bit more comprehensive as i move through the app and the online platform.

Excellent service! Questions are answered very quickly and problems are solved very quickly! [sensitive content hidden] is a great guy.
Pros: The fast service and the friendliness of the staff. Everyone is very helpful and solutions are found very quickly.
Cons: The mobile version is not as good. Very slow and not very clear. The dashboard could also be designed to be a little clearer.

Great - Just Started 1 Month now - Such we started that have been helpful with set up but I reached out for help creating my Direct Booking Site and no one responded so I did it myself and Saved $199
Pros: The service with online support. [sensitive content hidden] Is Awesome! Easy to deal with and Easy instructions for troubleshooting.
Cons: That I only can get help via online support and not a live person when urgent issues arise ... Sometimes you want to be able to talk to a live person.

Excellent. Support is always responsive, and my life is much easier as a property manager. I have only one place to go...not a half dozen...to take care of customers.
Pros: Avoiding multiple inboxes with various OTAs is very nice. I also appreciate how responsive they are to support inquiries. The cost of iGMS is very reasonable when compared to some of their competition.
Cons: I wish it synced with Quickbooks. But, not many PMSs do. Sometimes syncing doesn't line up perfectly, but support always comes through in the end.

Estoy muy contento con los resultados que he tenido usando iGMS. He podido expandir mi operación y tener más propiedades activas sin contratar personal extra. El sistema me permite ahorrar tiempo y evitar errores.
Pros: Puedo gestionar todas mis propiedades desde una sola plataforma, lo cual es una gran ventaja. Los informes financieros también son muy útiles para tener una visión clara de mis ingresos y ocupación.
Cons: Sería ideal que pudieran integrarse con más métodos de pago en Latinoamérica, como Mercado Pago. Aun así, se puede operar sin problemas.

iGMS me ha ayudado a organizar todo mi negocio de alquiler vacacional. Antes tenía que estar pegada al celular para responder mensajes y coordinar limpiezas, pero ahora todo se automatiza. El tiempo que ahorro es increíble y puedo enfocarme en hacer crecer mi negocio.
Pros: La automatización de mensajes, sincronización de calendarios, integración con múltiples plataformas.
Cons: La aplicación móvil funciona bien para lo básico, pero sería ideal contar con todas las funciones disponibles ahí, como acceso a reportes o constructor de paginas web, uno quiere hacer todo en el celular.

My overall experience with IGMS was excellent. The customer support term is very responsive and was instrumental in the set up.
Pros: IGMS is an excellent platform for managing my short term rentals. It has the ability to sync my booking calendar for AIRBNB, VRBO, and Booking.com preventing double bookings. I has also made messaging my guest easier because I can do it from the software regardless of which booking engine I am using. I would recommend it to anyone looking to start a short term rental business or even anyone managing just one STR property.
Cons: I had some difficulties setting up VRBO and Booking.com in the IGMS software, but their customers service was excellent and got me through the process.

We are extremely happy with IGMS. We would recommend IGMS to anyone looking to take their STR to the next level.
Pros: Love the simple integration for VRBO, Airbnb and Booking.com. IGMS makes it so easy to have all 3 STR sites active without the fear of double bookings. Plus having a stand-alone website allowing direct bookings is priceless. Just one website booking covered the cost of the IGMS
Cons: Wish it connected to a few other STR sites.
