Basic but worked and was afforable. Overall did what we neeeded on our budget and was easy to use for small business.
Pros: It was esentially pretty basic but worked for our needs. There are many other options that are more comperhensive.
Cons: It was pretty basic and eventally we found other softwear that encompused this. Good if you just need the basics.

It's been a good experience and the updates that have been made to the system are always great. It's great that updates come from feedback.
Pros: I like that we have a dedicated representative that helps with anything that we need. And he gets back to us so fast.
Cons: I like everything. I have yet find a problem that I cannot get an answer to. And they take our feedback into consideration.

Pros: Makes keeping track of my employees time very easy
Cons: Cost... it isn't high, but $10 a month for one user is a bit steep, when you have a large team. It would be priced better at 4.99 a month

The customer service was subpar as well. We are out in the field working, and they work banker's hours. We were never able to get support or help when WE needed it.
Pros: Nothing. It was promise after promise of what this could do for our business, when in reality they can't even execute a simple macro.
Cons: The macro never worked and we were not able to transfer payroll to QuickBooks. We paid for the product for over 6 months and spent thousands of dollars. It never added any value to our business.

Out of all the timesheet apps I have tried this one is the easiest and most user friendly
Pros: Easy to use and understand. I like how you can punch out for breaks and leave notes.
Cons: The only thing i can think of is it can get a little confusing when you have to edit someones timew sheet and you forget to put the correct am or pm or get the date wrong it can throw you off but it is no faultr of the app.

Pros: There are many attributes of busy busy I like and it is hard to pin down what I like best. In no particular order I like the; Concise time accounting for jobs Viewable location and details of Contractors at work Quick "at a glance" time estimate comparison to time taken. Easy Scheduling Easyily rectifileable time entries. Quickbooks intergration. Exceptional Customer Service.

We are able to be alot more efficient with getting time entered and put through quickbooks. We were doing it manually before and we have reduced mistakes/errors.
Pros: They have great customer service. They respond quickly to my problems. The initial set up was pretty seamless and the team was easy to work with.
Cons: The speed when trying to click into different parts on the website can be very slow at times. It is delayed or just spins.

With busybusy, I can process our weekly payroll more efficiently than before, freeing me up for more important tasks.
Pros: I love that busybusy offers a free, online time-tracking solution for my small company. Because of our small size, I don't need, nor do I have the budget for, a sophisticated HR platform. I used to have my employees fill out time sheets on paper. This required lots of coordination and caused headaches. Now my guys can clock in and clock out from anywhere and I can access their time records when I need it.
Cons: With the free version, my employees are unable to edit their time if they forget to clock in. I have to do that as the admin. I understand if we used a paid version, I would be able to give my guys access to edit their time. We might do that in the future. For now, it's not too much of a hassle for my guys to reach out to me when they need to make changes.

Pros: Busy Busy makes it very easy to switch between jobs and labor divisions. For a busy remodeling company with several open jobs, Busy Busy is invaluable for keeping our labor costs on the right track.
Cons: Busy Busy would be even easier to use if it had a widget or was able to work via voice commands on a phone or tablet. Text reminders to punch out when leaving a jobsite would be enhanced with text reminders to sign your timecard at the end of a given pay period.

The feedback and responsiveness not only from the customer support but also the Dev. Team will keep us using this product until we can no more.
Pros: The ability to enable and disable almost every basic feature makes building out the system easy and quick. Allowing you to make it the exact way you would want it. With the room for growth into the application from a basic time and project tracking to full blown project management and profit tracking, the opportunity for you and this company are endless.
Cons: While there are a few niche things we were looking for, but couldn't get to work, Busy busy makes up for in their customer service and willingness to receive customer feedback for improvements.

It's been great! Lots of meeting with implementation, however for a successful launch of a new program it was very much so needed!
Pros: It's simplicity for our field crews. Our guys need what is fastest and makes the most sense. When reviewing six or so other time card apps so many didn't have integration capability or the "switch" would appear as a "stop." "Switch" is much better for ease of use and what is actually occurring during the working day.
Cons: Currently it's the scheduling "day" display that I don't love, however I have a meeting with a developer tomorrow, 7-14-23 to discuss possible improvements that can be made!

I would recommend this time tracking software to any small business (especially if you have a lot of field activity). Staff will find that it accessible and easy to use to keep time on track. It will also cut back on anxiety when staff may not be able to clock in and out on computer bound software. Its a win either way. Try it, you won't be disappointed.
Pros: What I like most about Busy Busy is that it is easy to use and accessible on my mobile device. The app software was no as "busy" as most so the user does not get caught up trying to figure our its proper use. Kudos for making this a user friendly app.
Cons: What could have been improved is the ability to communicate with support expeditiously when there is an issue. Also, sometimes I had to revise my weekly invoice manually. No worries, it still one of the best time tracking apps out there.

Overall, BusyBusy is honestly amazing and we've used it well over a decade, or at least close to it.
Pros: Its very easy to use and it tracks a lot of critical information
Cons: I do not like that we cannot drag and drop, or, relocate projects/subprojects. I do not like that we are unable to set a range for labor hours, it will display the current month only
