Pros: It has so many capabilities and is so flexible to meet our particular needs. The customer service is great - responses to my questions arrive in a short time! I like that they created the Acorn Plan since that met our volume better and it works well for controlling our costs. I just attended their Zoom introductory session and it was very helpful ~ an hour well spent. I'm signed up for their next two as a refresher.

Cons: There are so many options that I forget where they are ~ or maybe that is just my older age! The AI sometimes is helpful and other times not.

Pros: Everything was in one place which made it nice. Liked the different options of bid sheet styles. Liked that started bid was already placed on bid sheet and pictures with donors were on there made it nice with lots of items on the table. It was nice that multiple people could be running multiple computers at once

Pros: LONG time user and huge fan of the team. So easy to set up and use - especially for volunteers!

Cons: The core of the system is very strong! Some functionality, like "in event" games and digital auctions are a little less refined.

Pros: SchoolAuction.net so super easy to use on auction night. It is easy to bring a crew of volunteers up-to-speed to make the event go smoothly, especially when checkout time comes along. Support is also top-notch when you need to get in contact with them.

Cons: Some of the pre-event setup options are tricky to find. When the software is being used for a once a year event it takes some time to remember workflow to get options configured exactly as they need to be.

Pros: Easy to use, great help guides, great polished website/user experience for bidders, great reporting functionality

Cons: Wish we could've pre-scheduled custom text messages to be sent during the live event

Pros: This was an extremely easy platform to learn and set up. Anytime we got stuck and were not sure what to do, we were able to quickly find the answer in the help menus. The customer support was excellent!

Cons: The only complaint we had was with the third party processor. However this was something that was outside SchoolAuction.net's control and their customer services in helping us navigate the problem was amazing.

Pros: Everything was wonderful and super easy to use! This made our online auction do-able and simple. Customer service was amazing and I couldn't have been happier with it all! The checkout process was also very easy and made our lives so much simpler! We'll definitely use this software again in the future!!

Cons: Nothing, it was all very simple and easy.

Pros: We find the ease of use unparalleled. The fact that we can have multiple users concurrently connected to the system, making changes with different access. Rights is very helpful. Additionally, the fact that we can have multiple users doing dead entry on the night of our event is wonderful. We use this software for all of our fundraising events throughout the year.

Cons: Initially, we struggled with the way to customize the software. Once that was resolved, everything worked well.

Pros: in the form of instruction, I can access it every day and from anywhere, this has helped me a lot.

Cons: the relpe function can be improved, it can have more help resources and be faster to give help.

Cons: El único pero que sufren estas herramientas es la falta de optimización por todos los datos que ellas procesan pero en esta herramienta todo esta bien echo.

Pros: The customer service and help options! There is a lot to learn & understand when you first set things up, and to really utilize all the features. So when you call or reach out to [SENSITIVE CONTENT], a knowledgable, kind, and patient person ALWAYS picks up quickly. I LOVE THAT!

Cons: Not being able to upload multiple item images at once into either the individual catalog listings, or into an in-software image library that is easily accessed from catalog. But that is a MINOR thing!

Pros: Some of the features are striking! The voting contest feature got my interest since this software mainly provides online donations or online stores; this software improved in that issue. Also, for almost everything site provides videos to teach how to use the software.

Cons: I think it is a bit expensive, yearly it is starting from $1000 up to $3000.

Pros: This was so easy to use, we really only use it once a year around the holidays to raise money for school field trips in the spring. Uploading auction items and photos is super easy. Great software if you're in the business to have an online auction.

Cons: My only con was that sometimes users couldn't open the link that was sent to them.

Pros: Its ease of use and the ability to customize the website. The Customer Support is fantastic. Our contact is extremely knowledgeable and makes you feel like he is a part of your team.

Pros: What I was as able to create looked very good, but there was so much more I wanted to be able to do but couldn’t.

Cons: Not very customisable for different types of organisations. Really is created to run school auctions. Very little muted in what one could create using this software.

Pros: As a volunteer that has an FT job, it was my responsibility to select, implement and use a product for our school auction. The help videos are amazing, customer support is wonderful and overall it is a simple product for a complex need. We have been using this product for 4 years now and are so incredibly thankful we left our other highly rated platform.

Cons: We struggle with the mobile bidding vs the paper bidding but that is really not a problem with the software. It is more about knowing your audience.

Pros: This software does everything we need - we've used it for online silent bidding, virtual live bidding, and in-person silent and live auctions. I feel they are responsive to our questions and needs. We don't have any problems with credit card processing or refunds.

Cons: The software is a bit clunky and not overly intuitive or fast.

Pros: I like that it's web based and allows us to give access to multiple people. The ease of use for entering and managing items is simple. Managing tickets is also easy.

Cons: A big missing feature is a more robust table management portion of the software. Our events have anywhere from 300-1,000 guests and while I can enter the table number on the ticket, the organization and management of all our tables has to be done outside of the software. We also had issues with linking bidders. When two bidders were linked, only one of their bidder numbers worked. Couples would use both numbers thinking that the accounts were linked together.

Pros: Customer Service. When you have problem you are able to speak to an agent immediately to solve the issue.

Cons: Some of the upgrade features should be available for every level. It is hard to alert winning bidders at a live event.

Pros: The live stream capabilities are second to none that I have seen or heard of. The ability for folks to bid directly from their device while watching the live-stream makes it easy for guests to bid from anywhere they have wi-fi.

Cons: I think the only thing that I really wished they had was the capability to upload an album of images for the auction. Loading one by one was tedious. But, they assured me that they were working on adding that this year!

Pros: The best thing is how easy this product is to use and how supportive their customer service folks are when you do have a question. I've been using it for several years and every year they add new features that keeps making it even better. They know their customers and care about helping us do our jobs well.

Cons: Well, I have no complaints about the product.

Pros: I love how customizable this software is for adapting to your needs! I also think the customer service is top notch!

Cons: I wish that we could make the notification emails more aesthetically pleasing and add more content. Right now the notification emails are very basic.
