Pros: The auctionSoftware team created a very customized platform for us, which fits our needs very well.

Cons: The process was a bit longer than planned, but AuctionSoftware's team took the tasks and our needs with very high responsibility and did the job very well!

Pros: I buy and sell sports cards and memorabilia. I run groups on FaceBook that we do the same. My goal is to build a site that was not dependent on FaceBook for sales. This was accomplished by my working with auction software. Still in my infancy on using it. So lots to do! However, they made what I asked and did a great job with it!

Cons: We are working on a few things to make it a bit easier to use. My target demographics is not the greatest computer users. So making the system more simple and easier was a goal that is getting accomplished. If I really need to list something here it was to make it easier and more simple. Their team listened to my input and accomplished what I needed done to make it more simple!

Pros: The Dev team has been very responsive and helpful since day one. We have been working with the team since the day we launched our company, so we've been learning as we go and the Dev team has been great at helping create solutions to help us streamline our operation.

Cons: I wish there was a way to fully integrate with Quickbooks. The dev team spent a good amount of time trying to develop the integration the way we needed it to work but there were a couple of hurdles we couldn't cross.

Pros: Affordability, features, and the TEAM! I can't recommend this software enough because of the team behind the platform.

Cons: The admin experience has a very steep learning curve

Pros: Quite easy to use, does the marketing for you

Cons: Fees can sometimes add up, can be unfair to sellers.

Pros: Auction Software provided excellent solutions and support, always balancing what most efficient and cost effective with what was most valuable relative our needs and available options (especially with regard to 3rd party integrations)

Cons: Where there were issues, these were resolved promptly and tended to be due to lack of clarity and learning on our side not AS side.

Cons: There were some features that were add-ons that we felt should have been included in the original development, but overall Auction Software has been responsive to our needs and helped to ensure that our company is ready and able to continue servicing our existing clients, while helping us promote growth.

Pros: For us it is the team that allowed us to customize their core solution to fit our needs. Pricing is in line and Raj and his team are always open to help.

Cons: Since we were doing custom development to their core solution there isn't necessarily any cons to the software because anything it didn't do we just customized it for our specific use. The only con is the normal off shore development cycle, although their team has been very accommodating on time zones and support locally in US.

Pros: I like the dashboard most because it is pretty easy to understand and use.

Cons: Auction payment record system because it is in different website.

Pros: - I was impressed with the overall quality. The ux / ui design is beyond what we expected. - inexpensive - Customer support and responsiveness is really good. We had a ton of customizations which required a lot of communication. Most of our communication was done through Casecamp which is their custom online project management tool. It was easy to use and was a big help. - Custom software provided a Project manager named [SENSITIVE CONTENT] who was very informative and helpful. [SENSITIVE CONTENT] was always available and an expert in the online auction space. Auction Software cares and want their customers to succeed. Blowfish would not be where we are today if we did not go this direction. We look forward to our continued success alongside auction software.

Cons: - Really not much in terms of cons. For the amount of money we spent we feel we have an amazing piece of software.

Pros: It was very user friendly and the design looked clean

Cons: There were more issues than we would have liked that popped up with features on the site not working properly.

Pros: It is much more modern and modular. You can customize your software to make it easier to use and understand with your exact needs and the backend is much more modern and visually appealing/easy to use vs existing large auction houses. Definitely worth the money to customize it and have an easy to use and efficient backend specifically designed to how you do business.

Cons: Software development comes with bugs and glitches and there are always bugs/glitches happening, we are in a beta phase until that is all smoothed out. Must also be very specific with your needs for changes to the website, but again, these are all things that come with developing a software.

Pros: Now days no one in any industry wants to design anything from scratch, this approach is extremely expensive, the delivery time can range in years and a few headaches on the way. Auction Software Team had it all in a Box, I only had to lay out my plan, my vision, my goal and the time I had to get everything done. In no time they had it all developed accordingly almost like magic, very happy with the outcome. The team is very knowledgeable, the grammar involved in developing a system is immense when is not within the line of everyday work that you do, but when you work with their Team it feels like they read your mind. A working team that works is such amazing synchrony despite being in two different continents.

Cons: There was nothing really that was not addressed accordingly, everyone was always ready to take on any request. Least to say, I am happy with the final outcome.

Pros: Their software was quickly implemented and has a lot of features that were ready to go on day 1 of going live. The development timeline was definitely shorter than anything we would have built from scratch.

Cons: There hasn't been anything so far that we have found.

Pros: We are starting the implementation of the tool, but so far Auction Software has been taking care of all those details we have asked. Our crew is pretty happy about what we have shown them because it's a great improvement from our previous auction app. We were able to send our data using APIs and this new platform is processing it very fast, that means almost real time publishing for us, which is great because we normally have very big auctions, with hundreds of lots publishing at the same time.

Cons: I can't think of many cons with Auction Software.

Pros: The Auction Software team is one of the best project management groups I've ever worked with. They are very responsive and they follow up as well.

Cons: There aren't any cons to that I can think of regarding the software.

Pros: We’ve been working with Raj and team for a year now and are very happy with the end results. Raj is always wonderfully responsive to any queries. He has a couple of real gems on his team, and we particularly enjoy working with Yifei whom is quick and understands our needs first time each time. The software is of very high quality, and runs seamlessly.

Cons: Thus far the software does everything we ask of it, or gets updated.

Pros: Simple to use, usability, design, many features available

Cons: Not for the moment, all features work properly

Pros: The development team was able to execute my vision and keep the initial development within budget. Always have good communication with the [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN].

Cons: Deadlines slip and on a couple of occasions, cost estimates have proven to be way off.

Pros: The staff is very easy to work with , every one is fast to reply to emails and calls

Cons: no major complaints , some things took a little time to get done.

Pros: All processes are now within one platform instead of needing multiple platforms like we had prior to working with Auction software.

Cons: I cannot think of any cons at the moment.

Pros: I liked the customization options as it is very flexible and can meet extremely demanding and complex requirements. I also liked that we did not need to spend a ton of money on branding design as it looked great straight out of the box. The support during and after development is absolutely great. The cost is a big factor for us and I find it's extremely good value for money. I had very bad experiences with other companies before using auction software and auction software turned things around for us simply because they can make stuff work and make the software stable

Cons: I didn't have any criticisms and I think that say's a lot
