Very positive. So far its been easy to implement and easy to use. We will see how it goes now when we go live with it for the whole company. Hoping for the best!
Pros: Very easy to use. Good UX and UI design. I like that the app and webpage have the same layout for easy navigation. The QR-code system is great.
Cons: Sometimes it can be hard to make good templates for the QR-codes. Or it could just be that we havent found the best way for it yet. Otherwise not much negative to say so far.

I loved Cheqroom software as Lab Operation Team.
Pros: Flexibility of Software to Modify as per Our Use Cases
Cons: Limited Number of Columns View in Items sections. I would suggest to Adjust UI Font size and allow More Columns to be Visible

We've been using Cheqroom for almost six months now and have really enjoyed it. Its platform is easy to manage and checking in/out is a breeze. It's really easy to add new equipment to our items list as well. What I really like is if there's a problem with a certain item, I can go back and see who had it last. Being in a chaotic atmosphere working in the NBA, it is great knowing that Cheqroom helps keep everything in order.
Pros: The ease of checking in and out equipment with your phone.
Cons: Needing to connect with fellow employees about checking equipment in.

Overall my experience with Cheqroom has been positive. The platform is easy to navigate and is really intuitive. The staff is easy to work with and is really invested in making sure the user experience is easy. They also want feedback and are excited to put that feedback into play with updates.
Pros: Cheqroom is easy to use and has a wide array of functionality. It has freed up so much of my time by putting the onus on my staff to share the load of managing our gear by reserving, checking out, and then checking back in what they use.
Cons: The biggest hurdle is that I don't have full website functionality in the app. Would be nice to be able to add items in the app like you can on the website.

I have found Cheqroom to be be powerful and comprehensive for our company's needs. The support I get is fantastic! I have learned quite a few clever little tricks and tips from the support staff over the years, thanks guys!
Pros: Cheqroom is a dynamic app. What I mean is that it updates instantly from anywhere in the world. This means that as long as you are using it correctly, it is reliable for keeping track of your gear.
Cons: There is a small issue where a loaded page will show 10 lines by default, with the option to change that to 50 lines. You need to choose " Show 50 lines" for every page you load (first time only). I'd prefer a system-wide setting to "Show 50 rows" or even "Show all" (though that may be too many to load, I don't know).

The customer service reps are extremely helpful, responsive, and clear. It was a seamless transition from our old check out system to this, which is a huge plus. The students and professors are wowed by it.
Pros: It's extremely helpful for students and professors to be able to see exactly what is currently available or checked out. The checkout and reservation processes are pretty intuitive, and was easy to learn.
Cons: Like any software, it has bugs sometimes. It took a couple of months for us to get a specific fix, but once it's been fixed we've had no issues.

The experience is amazing, the app and the responsive time is great!
Pros: The interface is very easy to use, the way we can connect to all the student with their accounts is faster and all the general settings is intuitive. Also the way we can upload the items is amazing!
Cons: Can't change the time zone in different workspaces, and that I can't put individual restrictions for a specific item.

Generally, everything is perfect. CheqRoom is a powerful platform to manage and mantains under controll items during marketing events.
Pros: The design of the platform and all menu/table presented in the webapp. Very easy to use also for user with a basic level of IT knowledge.
Cons: The only thing improvable is the export generation of the excel.

The experience has been great! We found making reservations and checking out very easy for our team. However, in the future, we might need a simpler plan for two reasons: 1.We don’t use some of the features, so a plan that includes only what we need would suffice. 2.The yearly price is too expensive for us as a small production house, especially since the price range for video production in Italy is slightly lower than the European or American average. It would be amazing to have a more affordable plan with fewer features, perfectly tailored to small teams like ours. I believe this could also benefit many other small filmmaker teams. And, if you’re thinking about creating such a plan, we’d happily raise our hands to be your test pilots—just let us know :D
Pros: The possibility to visually see the items in the inventory and that makes the preparation of the list very easy
Cons: Just a couple of adjustments on the mobile app: the most important for us would be to give the reservation a name already from the mobile app while preparing the reservation. Now we need to save it and the change the name.

CheqRoom has been pretty convenient. While the mobile version is not quite as reliable as the desktop version, it serves it's purpose. We get a lot of use out of it.
Pros: I Like the feature of the QR code scanning. It completely eliminates the need for paperwork. I can always get through cheqroom quickly versus the time I would spend working on a spreadsheet, otherwise. Plus, it keeps up with everything in realtime so you can not beat the accuracy.
Cons: The mobile software does not always work as well as the desktop version works. It tends to be a little buggy and just randomly closes. Also, it tends to get irritating that the time on the due date always has to be reset.

Software was minimalist. The service was very spotty since they are based in a different country.
Pros: When it came time to renew, we saw over a 240% increase in price (without notification). Once we decided that we did not want to renew, I was informed that it “is quite a difficult process to obtain our devices/data”. There is still a likely possibility that they cannot/will not export my data into an excel file meaning I lose everything! That seems extremely odd and not worth it!
Cons: Unable to obtain data if you decide not to renew.

Pros: + I tagged all my equipment with asset tags, and that saves me a lot of time. When I'm in a hurry, I can easily use the mobile app to check all my equipment in or out. + I also keep my invoices safe with the related equipment. That way, I never need to search. + Since many people are using our equipment, the flagging feature is crucial in our workflow. We can't afford to have broken equipment on set. This feature prevents us from losing time and motivation.
Cons: - Some things can be fixed with UX/UI. But once you know it it's fine.

The team are easy to work with. The implementation process was simple and user friendly.
Pros: The phone application and the barcode reader on are simple to use. Our staff can book out items in batches or groups. Cheqroom is an easy place to store information for quick and easy access
Cons: Items which require frequent calibration need to have a warranty period entered as a work around solution presently. If Cheqroom was to add a calibration date feature with reminder it would be great

Overall, we are very pleased with the Cheqroom software. It fulfils all our needs for the business and is simple and easy to use. I am most impressed with the customer support, over both the online chat box and emails. The team members always go above and beyond to assist you with any issue you have and even when I didn't get the answer I wanted to hear, I was satisfied with their response.
Pros: Obviously, going through and tagging and entering every piece of equipment was going to be a chore. But, using Cheqroom to do so, was simple and easy. We were looking for a simple piece of software that also has enough features to be worth our time and money, and Cheqroom fulfils all our needs.
Cons: There are features that our business could use that are missing from the Cheqroom software such as being able to delete an item and enforcing that users have to scan the barcode in order to check-out an item. However, I understand that there will always be features that would be useful to specific businesses and not all these can be fulfilled. The team at Cheqroom have been very satisfactorily answering any questions or requests I have had regarding the software.

Cheqroom allows us to easily track our tools and not have to call six to eight people to find out where the tools are.
Pros: The ability to track the tools and have pictures so it is simple to select the tool for checkout
Cons: It is a little cumbersome for the location where the tool is going. We had to do a workaround and create an "extra info" category to track this which works well. However, adding a new location to this category is not simple.

The customer support is above and beyond. They are active listener and really want to understand your application of their service. Once understood they come up with logical ways to implement your ideas into what functions they have. And they keep track of your request and will notify you if there is a new feature that may apply to you. They are the best I've worked with.
Pros: Checqroom has many advantages over other asset tracking solutions. The Navigation is efficient and provides many avenue to locating items, reservation, checkouts and report. The report and automated communications are very customizable with parameters that can pull information from item or contact details. Importing and Exporting information is well thought out and the SSO integration is a real time saver from a management perspective.
Cons: The only Con for us, is the cost. Comparatively, they are cheaper than the bigger players in the Asset Tracking service. Lesser services exist with much less features and customizability.

Cons: Could be a little easier to extend the length of time a product is out. Also checking out inventory can a little confusing sometimes from the app. Easier to do on the computer as it doenst always show all of the tools listed in inventory

Cons: Many features are continually being added, which is good. However, sometimes these features are updated suddenly, which can change how we use the software in the middle of a busy week, making it hard to adapt quickly.

CHEQROOM has been attentive to our needs from day one. They have friendly, knowledgeable staff and great support. We have experienced excellent up time for the site and have only had minimal issues which were sorted out quickly. This product has greatly reduced our work load in managing equipment loans.
Pros: Integration with Active Directory QR codes and mobile app make it easy for our staff to help customers Dashboard tells you what you want to know about the status of equipment, reservations, and loans Ability to create kits is a plus Automated and customized notifications save a lot of time and work
Cons: There's not much to not like. I do think being able to set up multiple business hours to take care of regular, summer, and break schedules would be nice so that teachers putting in early reservations for the semester would not be restricted by summer hours. Also, we sometimes have issues with duplicate usernames in CHEQROOM as a whole so that some of our users in AD will not update correctly. It's a small number, and we have workarounds.

I've just started using the program for my workcenter after switching from another program. It took a little getting used to because it was different than my other program but I am enjoying it now. The main point is that I know where my gear is and that is very important!
Pros: This software is easy to use and fairly intuitive. It allows my organization to make checkout and reservation records as well as keep details on all of our loaning gear. I like that it is easy to customize information on your own or with their help. Support is very helpful if needed.
Cons: Nothing at this time. I like the software.

It has been great so far, our sales teams really value the efficiency of the tool and it has reduced our overall workload around 70%, no we can focus on tracking ROI of our demo program instead of chasing our sales teams to have the equipment returned.
Pros: This software helped us automate all the manual processes we used to run for our demo equipment loans within our sales teams. It now helps us track verything real-time and acquire really useful insights from the reports that the tool provides.
Cons: I would add even more options to customize the permissions for making reservations, improve the reporting tools and notification emails configurations. I also do not see mobile notifications enabled yet.

CHEQROOM is a solid product for a dedicated userbase who can access its potential and implement strong processes and workflows. For the casual user if not clearly defined what to do can get lost in the sauce of the program and get overwhelmed. And upgrade or redesign of the UI/UX would be a great improvement especially if targeting broader applications. Was very useful in planning when multiple teams are using the same capital hardware (test equipment) and it has to be managed by multiple levels of priority and timelines.
Pros: Multi-use sign out and accountability on equipment was the most direct advantage when first implemented. The planning and reserving equipment was also ideal when project planning and evaluating resources working with other leaders to accommodate changing project timelines and requirements. Desktop and App integration was a good feature.
Cons: Found it difficult to get a hang of the check in and check out process. Could potentially be due to our implementation which I'm not sure how involved customer support was. We had in-house support from a engineering lab leader who led the sourcing and implementation. I found enough barriers in the process that I avoided it if not necessary to the task. I never went out of my way to try to implement it for my workflow rather used it sparingly when I had a specific request.

My overall experience with CHEQROOM is satisfactory. The customer support team is very helpful with our needs and do the best they can to help us customize the interface for our use case.
Pros: What I like most, is the ease of being able to track company assets. The flags, and custody functions are very helpful for our tracking.
Cons: What I like the least, is the reporting functions. I feel that the reports are mostly for checking in and out items and we do not really use those functions.
