Accelevents

Pros: My questions are answered by a live agent immediately and with screenshots to help me navigate to where I need to go.

Cons: Accelevents webpages are often the first to come up in a Google search, instead of directing the searcher to my company's webpage with the Accelevents registration embedded.

Pros: Ease of use. Our attendees were able to login and participate with ease. We have great participation with the live chat during the events. If a problem arises customer service is quick to respond.

Cons: It would be nice if there was a way to include more individuals on camera (similar to Zoom). Also, if there was a way to prevent duplicate registrations with the same email address, that would be good.

Pros: its good that we can link it to our personal website and it works well, we havent had any issues with that

Cons: if you have multiple tabs open you can no longer work on the older tab so you cant quickly flick between two different events

Pros: The user-friendly auction site - and the quick response to any questions that I had - is a game changer. I only create an auction once a year and if I have forgotten anything from the previous year, the Accelevents staff is always there with a fast & perfect response. And, they are so friendly!

Cons: I really cannot think of anything. I have had some trouble sizing auction site photos, but I truly believe that is a me problem and not on the Accelevents side.

Pros: We appreciate the flexibility of the platform and being able to schedule multiple sessions during the same time slot

Cons: Nothing really. Sometimes the technical assistance might be slow when an issue arises during a workshop

Pros: It's generally easy to use and has a lot of features. They also have a wonderful support team that's quick and knowledgeable.

Cons: There are some features that are still a little difficult to work around. For instance, you can't order the speakers automatically by last name. But you can drag them around, as needed.

Cons: 5.The onsite equipment and badge cost is separate than the cost of the platform. They use a third party vendor to supply. They have been really great to work with and no issues with them, but something to note if you plan on using their services.

Pros: The ability for attendees to select classes prior to the event. The push notifications. First time with Accelevents so still learning the process. The support!

Cons: There's still a lot of manual work that has to be done behind the scenes for conferences that allow multiple registration options. Limited filters for reports. Again, still learning.

Pros: So far, it has been a very easy product to learn and to teach. When we make changes, they are reflected immediately, there is no lag time. The Accelevents team is EXTREMELY responsive and helpful! It's probably one of the quickest response times from a vendor I've ever seen.

Cons: There are a few small things that could improve the overall user experience that we have recommended. If they are implemented, the quality of the product would increase significantly!

Pros: It allows our event to appear polished and professional. This was our second event, and we learned more as we went. The Help Desk is The Best! Even though it is probably more AI-driven than I know, I would like to think that they really are that kind, patient, and knowledgeable. [sensitive content hidden] was truly amazing! And, all of the others too! In the thousands of questions I've asked, I've only had one who just referred me to the manual without walking me through the issue. I think adding screenshots WITH RED ARROWS is so smart! I don't remember them from last year.

Pros: I liked the ease of use and alot of feautres for event organizations and to manage attendeees.

Cons: I felt like the event branding and design was a bit limiting, but if you are beginning to plan events I think is very good and complete.

Pros: Accelevents has been our go to for both profit and for non-profits events. It's really easy to set up an event, connect to Stripe, personalize an event and launch it to the end user.

Cons: I wish there was more customization available such as a shorter way to present the URL outside of using an outside shortener.

Pros: It is a somewhat complex but efficient platform and it adapted perfectly to our needs and those of our clients creating a memorable interactive event with suppliers, developments and prices. It allowed me to record the entire session and then make it available to the attendees.

Cons: I have no complaints about this tool, it works well.

Pros: Accelerants makes managing a nonprofit simple! It stream lines our work and is easy to navigate.

Cons: I have no complaints currently about Accelevents.

Pros: The customer service IM chat is a life saver. Helped save me so much time when I ran into an issue.

Pros: It's great, the analysis tools and real-time reports allow me to track the success of my events in detail, improving decision making for future projects.

Cons: There may be a need for additional templates or layouts that allow for even faster customization and require less manual adjustments.

Pros: Very simple to set up and customize. Able to upload logos, change colors, add speaker bios very easily with an intuitive interface. Customer service was fantastic.[sensitive content hidden] went above and beyond to walk us through all of our issues and help us test everything out.

Cons: There were a few limitations in full customization particularly around Sessions and how to move people from one room to another. Some of our team had issues navigating the software, but that was rare.
