Overall our company has been loving WeTravel. WeTravel has been continually growing and changing and listens to their customer's needs
Pros: Our company absolutely loves WeTravel for making it easy for our customers to pay, allowing us to build beautiful brochures and collect vital details at the time of booking. Customer Support from WeTravel for our company goes above and beyond.
Cons: Currently the cons of WeTravel include not being able to stop and save during the booking process, not having clear invoices that are fully customizable and confusion for booked customers to get into and alter their bookings.

Very friendly platform. I like it, would like to be able to change all the prompts to spanish. Also the reports are excellent.
Pros: The way we can present our tri0s to clients, control of the trips. The booking process is very friendly.
Cons: The commissions are excessive, this is a recurring comment from the clients. It woulb be a 5 star platform if we could lowe these.

My overall experience has been very good. There are some tools that I haven’t used yet due to time constraints, but the support team has always been willing to help us achieve a better learning curve with the platform’s tools.
Pros: I like how it has evolved throughout 2025. It received many very good updates that improved the experience for all users, and the support service has also been excellent.
Cons: Overall, everything has been very good. Perhaps the exchange rates they apply to other currencies could be improved.

For our business it has certainly been a steep learning curve that would not have been as easy if it wasn’t for [sensitive content hidden] and the integration team support. I would have to say it has allowed us to grow our business faster but we could not have done it without the personal support. We are a small business with some unique needs that need some finesse. I would like to see the ability to add some more personalized features based on individual companies needs.
Pros: The ease of use and the responsiveness of the team when I need assistance. [sensitive content hidden] have always been quick to respond to make sure we can help our guests.
Cons: Some processes are not as intuitive as I would like nor as easily adapted to our specific business. But [sensitive content hidden] always help me understand the “How’s” and “Why’s” and that make it easier.

I think it's amazing. Has made my job 1000% easier. I can't imagine booking travel any other way. Can't wait to see what 2026 has instore.
Pros: Fast, and extremely easy to use and setup. I believe Mali Colmenares has helped up big time. She's such a delight, wonderful, and so helpful!
Cons: Can't think of any to be honest. I think anytime I have an issue, I am able to find it in the help center, or reach out to Mali Colmenares and she is fast and responds quickly.

We had a great relationship for five years. The staff have always been very responsive and helpful. It´s a great tool to receive money from abroad.
Pros: I like very much the new payment link option that the platform offers because it´s an easy and fast way to charge for special items, such as an extra night of accommodation or an airport transfer, without the necessity of creating a whole trip.
Cons: We had some problems with some clients choosing the wire transfer option, but they couldn´t finish the process.

Pros: la facilidad para conectar con alguien que nos brinda asistencia en todo momento, nos enseña todos los recursos disponible de la plataforma que son muchos y medida que mas conocemos vemos mas potencial. las transferencias de dinero a nuestros proveedores que también están en la plataforma es una ventaja importante.
Cons: por el momento no encontramos contras. lo que se puede mejorar, podría ser una mejora en el tema de publicidad para poder llegar a mas proveedores.

Cons: I find the separation of Trips and Itineraries in the WeTravel dashboard confusing and inefficient. Having two distinct categories creates unnecessary complexity when managing experiences. Trips and itineraries are inherently connected, so splitting them forces extra navigation and makes it harder to maintain consistency.

Our overall experience with WeTravel has been excellent. As providers, it has simplified our internal workflows while greatly improving the user experience for our customers. From trip creation to checkout and payment management, everything feels well thought out and efficient. Pros: What we like most about WeTravel is how intuitive and powerful it is for both operations and the end user. The reporting tools are extremely useful and give us clear visibility over payments and performance. Creating both general trips and individual trips is simple and flexible, and the ability to add custom tasks and questions has significantly improved our user journey. These features make the checkout process on our website smooth, clear, and stress-free for participants. Managing the funds we receive is also very easy and transparent, which saves us a lot of time and reduces errors. On top of that, the constant and outstanding support from [sensitive content hidden] has been invaluable, she keeps us informed about important updates and improvements that could impact or enhance our operations.
Cons: Honestly, there is very little to dislike. Occasionally, some advanced features require a short learning curve at the beginning, but the support team and available resources make this easy to overcome. Additionally, while the reports are extremely useful, we would love to have more detailed breakdowns; such as dropdowns showing how many add-ons were purchased, rather than only total quote numbers.

This is our 4th year using WeTravel and it has been SO phenomenal over the years--and continues to exceed our expectations as well!
Pros: WeTravel continually improves, builds useful features, and is a solid system (uptime is impeccable). We love the genuine support and service WeTravel provides. The new features make all the difference in continually streamlining our workflow as a tour company. Our Account Manager, Antonietta Robino, has been truly a valuable resource! We had a meeting today about a variety of things, but she happened to mention one new feature now provided that wound up saving us at least 20 hours of time per tour we offer! Worth the call for that feature alone!
Cons: I quite honestly do not have anything negative to say! Though no product is going to be perfect, we researched numerous products before choosing WeTravel. We continue to research products to ensure what we use continues to meet our needs--- and WeTravel always comes out on top for us!

Excellent customer service, nice payment processing. The experience has been good, just wish I could make better use of the product.
Pros: payment processing is convenient for me. Customer support is also super helpful. Not sure if it has been helpful in my case to not send a link to book.
Cons: For my needs at least, not enough flexibility to do what I need to do. For example, the ability to book a date/program in the past. Sometimes we will start students in the class and need to make booking and invoice and we are not able to with WT. Not being able to separate customers by start date/event would also be super helpful for me. I realize we are using WT as it was not intended so it has been difficult and I still have to juggle WT and a separate CRM

Pros: We travel has been an excellent tool for our company and for our travelers, the software is extremely friendly to use, could create a full itinerary in 15 minutes which saves you so much time. Its a great value for money and the excellent and easy access to book , pay, transfer money and accept all methods of payment.
Cons: I have nothing to dislike at this point, everything has been positive and I like the continuously improvement to the software and possibilities.

Other than the one con listed above, I am so happy with the product and people and have recommended to others.
Pros: It’s a easy to use, great customer support—fantastic actually—and such a professional look at feel on the public side.
Cons: That they wouldn’t give me any of my money until after a trip. That really squeezes young, cash-poor businesses trying to grow. Essentially I have to choose from requesting checks, or paying up front for everything, which would be 20-30k per trip!

WeTravel provides a secure and trustworthy booking tool that provides legitimacy to our business. Clients feel secure sharing their cc or bank account info there, and payment processing and management is taken off my plate.
Pros: I most appreciate the human-powered support I get from WeTravel, and that my account manager, [sensitive content hidden] , is engaged, comptenent and understands my small business's needs. I like that I can easily manage payments and create and adjust payment plans.
Cons: I wish they offered support in other areas, such as in tour marketing and website development. There should also be greater transparency to customers as to which fees are going to WeTravel, versus to my company.

Pros: WeTavel ist in Ordnung, Vorsicht ist aber bei WeTravelSL geboten, gehört nicht zu WeTravel sitzt in Barcelona und ist vermutlich Scam. Ich schreibe das um potenzielle andere Opfer von WeTravelSL zu warnen.

Pros: Very responsive - a lot of features on the platform - no fixed membership fee on the basic program - have not experienced any mayor issues so far
Cons: The fact that there is only a version in English. I wish we could make a brochure which is totally in French, Dutch or German

Pros: The top service and the outcome results of my request where meet. I have been working with Wetravel for several years now.
Cons: I still would like to upgrade to a pro account but perhaps on a lower budget. Perhaps a considerably dissccount for bringing other bussiness to sign up to Wetravel too.

En general es un buen producto permite recibir los pagos internacionalmente sin tener mas mediadores
Pros: La facilidad con la que se crean los links de pago, pues se pueden enviar los links muy rapido al cliente
Cons: Que se suele cerrar muy rápido la sesión al momento de abrir la aplicación y entiendo que por seguridad es importante pero a veces es tedioso
