My experience has been awesome — even I can make changes without calling for backup! It’s simple, reliable, and built for folks who’d rather be running a boat than wrestling with a computer. Starboard Suite just makes life easier.
Pros: Starboard Suite has made running our fishing trips so much easier! Our customers love how simple it is to book online, pick their dates, and pay right on our website. Everything stays organized — passenger lists, payments, and schedules — all in one place. It saves us a ton of time and helps our crew focus on what we do best… taking people fishing on the GulfStar Endurance!
Cons: What I liked least about Starboard Suite: Can’t say there’s much to gripe about — and believe me, if there was, I’d find it. The system runs tight, smooth, and steady. It’s like having a good deckhand — does its job, doesn’t talk back, and keeps the operation running clean.

Pros: It's easy to use. The tours or events are well organized on the dashboard and can be modified easily. The calendar is the best feature of this software.
Cons: Only problem I have is with the payment system. Although it is easy to use there are certain types of payment methods that go through unverified. I may be wrong though since I experienced it only once.

The service has been great -- immediate answers to all my questions. The system is easy to use and I rely on it heavily to manage our reservations.
Pros: Customer support is A+. If I have any questions I can get a quick answer via live chat or a response the next day by email.
Cons: Onboard training -- is a bit like drinking from a firehose.

Pros: I like the way you can colour code all the tours and how easy it is to book different tours.

Pros: I like that all of the services and charges, such as retail at the gift shop and booking wedding charters for the cruises, is all in one place
Cons: The con compliments what I like about it. It has many options and drop ones and navigation buttons but this can also be overwhelming at times, especially as one is learning how to use it.

Our overall experience has been a breeze! Starboard has opened up a wealth of new features that our previous platform didn't offer. We are excited to begin our season with Starboard Suite!
Pros: We recently transitioned to Starboard Suite from a different platform and the first pro I noticed was their exceptional customer service! The team is extremely responsive and is able to solve any problem with ease. The deployment of the platform was seamless and I was able to quickly and easily get myself up to speed.
Cons: At this point in time, we have not found any cons with this platform. We are eager to get out 2023 season going to learn more about that platform.

Makes it easy to create contracts and plan events.
Pros: I liked that it was pretty straight forward. I was able to learn the system quickly.
Cons: I wish there was a feature on contracts reporting that would let you select multiple types of contracts or facilities.Also if two people are on the contract at the same there should be a feature that lets you know someone else is also currently working on it.

Pros: As the Operational front line Starboard Suite has been most useful to share information on reservation schedules and expected passenger numbers to assist us in preparing.
Cons: My role in using Starboard Suite is minimal beyond accessing data - as an end user my only cons is the visual display of dates when scrolling through a week of bookings.

User friendly.
Pros: I'm relatively new to using this software, but it has been very user friendly thus far! It has made my job less stressful trying to register lines of guests, in a timely fashion.
Cons: I'd rather not have to type in an entire billing address for credit card information.

Solving long check in processes.
Pros: The customer support that were very willing to explain each situation. Good outcomes
Cons: That the "Retail" function does not communicate with the retail inventory and automatically stops sales when it is empty. Although they told me when I asked that they were going to work on that function
