Pros: The Ezus system is very easy to integrate with our company's internal system; it has a lot of versatility that helps with the rapid integration of processes.

Cons: I would say that what needs improvement is reaching 1 month of integration, in order to implement it as quickly as possible.

Pros: Ezus correspond exactement à nos attentes chez l'Appel du Voyage. Le service client est excellent : réactif et de qualité. Les développeurs améliorent constamment le produit pour en faire un outil pratique, facile d'utilisation et complet mais surtout pour en faire un outil qui nous aide a proposer des devis de qualité à nos clients. Les propositions font toujours un effet "wow". La fonctionnalité Finance est aussi essentielle. Ce n'est pas juste un outil de devis mais un CRM et logiciel de gestion très complet.

Cons: Rien, tout est parfait pour notre utilisation de la gestion des clients aux propositions de voyage et à la partie finance.

Pros: El programa es muy completo y permite un registro eficiente de clientes, proveedores y otros datos importantes. Además, la sección de facturación controla de manera integral todas las finanzas de la empresa, ofreciendo diversas estadísticas y herramientas que facilitan la gestión administrativa y la toma de decisiones

Cons: El programa a veces es tedioso porque hay que cambiar de páginas para cosas similares. Además, para dar la opinión piden demasiadas letras

Pros: What I appreciated the most was the excellent and professional staff, always ready to help within a very short time. Ezus is an outstanding platform to work with ,efficient and user-friendly.

Cons: There are quite a few steps involved, and it takes some time to learn everything, especially at the beginning

Cons: Le temps de chargement des documents. Le fait que certaines sources d'aides ne sont pas actualisé avec les mises a jour qu'à connu le logiciel

Cons: Some features we initially needed weren’t available. However, the team has addressed most of them through regular updates and is clearly committed to ongoing development.

Pros: You can customise your documents to reflect your brand. The advantage is that the creation of the quote and itinerary is automated, which saves an enormous amount of time.

Cons: The customer follow-up. It's already good, but it could be improved (notification, task tracking, etc.).

Pros: The interface is excellent and very user-friendly. We can upload just the right amount of data and planning information, keeping everything in one place with software that has only a small learning curve—exactly what we need. The assistance is top-notch as well: we have a dedicated customer-support manager, and [sensitive content hidden] is both incredibly helpful and wonderfully patient. A bonus for us (we’re based in Italy): she speaks perfect Italian.

Cons: Everything is great; it would be perfect if we could generate digital invoices directly in the software—at the moment, it only produces courtesy copies.

Pros: The trainers and supporting staff are always ready to assist us and answer any questions we may have.

Cons: The only thing is to learn to think like Zeus to use it to its full potential and adapt our way of working to it. But we should do the same with any other platform!

Pros: J'aime la possibilité de créer un espace personnel pour les voyageurs qui peuvent retrouver tous les documents de voyage en ligne! Très pratique pour les voyageurs.

Cons: Pour utiliser au mieux les fonctionnalités du logiciel, il faut l'étudier un peu et ce n'est pas toujours intuitif.

Cons: I think the invoicing section could be improved in order to have a more complete tool and allow for invoices to be sent in compliance with tax regulations.

Pros: The software is intuitive and easy to learn. As manager of a travel agency, it's easy for me to pass on how it works to my new colleagues. Customer support is efficient and responsive, and helps resolve problems quickly.

Cons: There is sometimes a latency time that is a little too long when generating documents via Ezus, which can be penalizing when you are in a hurry.

Pros: It's intuitive to use Ezus. The best part is that the proposal is edited at the same time as the budget. The documents are very professional and help converting prospects into customers. Ezus also helps organizing communication with suppliers.

Cons: It would be great to have customer communication integrated in Ezus, too.

Pros: The quotation system is by far the best feature of Ezus! It’s seamlessly linked to Google Spreadsheets, making it incredibly easy to manage and track each tour’s status with customizable bars. This functionality has been a game-changer for organizing my tours efficiently. It’s intuitive, convenient, and saves me so much time—I absolutely love it!

Cons: Overall, Ezus is great, but I’d say that it offers so many functions that, for my relatively simple workload, there are features I haven’t fully explored or utilized yet. This is more of a personal challenge, as I haven’t had the time to dive into all the tools available. However, I’m confident that as my needs grow, I’ll be able to take full advantage of everything Ezus has to offer.

Pros: its global management tools - it covers all our needs as DMC

Cons: some difficulties with pictures that are not easy to move

Pros: Organising all prices, products, excursion, activities, food and beverages, transport with pictures, explanations, prices in our catalague is making DMC's work efficient. We can prepare more modern proposals which looks nicer for our customers We decrease the amount of mistahe because we choose everything from catalague we added.

Cons: Not easy to convince everyone in our team for transition because of it's new system. And it might look like a double work in the begining because all colleagues also doing same thing with our current system.

Pros: After researching many other products online, this Travel Agency Software appeared to have the most editable & flexible solutions to accommodate our business as a Tour Operator. The programs 6 documents can be tailor-made to our Company requirements.

Cons: Initially there were several changes re our account manager, which were unexpected. However the new member of the team always seemed more knowledgeable.

Cons: The pricing system could be optimized by better grouping early booking options and different services based on room types (single, double, triple, quadruple, including children sharing their parents' room). Additionally, adding services such as half board, full board, all-inclusive, Christmas dinner, and New Year's Eve dinner should be made easier for smoother management.

Pros: It generates various itineraries and other files. We keep all documentation in one location and we can nicely share all documentation in client space.

Cons: It can be slow and requires (too) many clicks to get what you want in the itinerary builder. I would appreciate slightly more from CRM side.

Pros: One of Ezus's greatest strengths is its ability to constantly improve its offering by creating new functions. Ezus is very intuitive and easy to use.

Cons: Occasional bugs on different software functionality.
