Pros: Modern and Sleek Interface: The software has a professional, contemporary look and feel. On the surface, it appears to be the high-end, all-in-one solution that modern tour operators are looking for. Strong Early Support: During our initial onboarding, the support team was very responsive. Specifically, Melanie was a standout—she was a true rockstar who could solve problems quickly and was a pleasure to work with. Comprehensive Feature Set: The platform offers a wide range of built-in tools like digital waivers, automated abandoned cart recovery, and resource management that are designed to help a business scale. Visions for Growth: In the beginning, it was exciting to be part of a platform that seemed to be evolving quickly. We genuinely wanted to help them grow because the core concept of the software is very promising.
Cons: $7a

My staff is able to easily log in to perform all of the functions each person needs to do. The calendar makes things easy, and the tour guide assigning feature really helps us.
Pros: There is strong and responsive customer support. The interface is very intuitive, and works well on my laptop or phone, though I prefer the larger screen view.
Cons: TW does not charge tax on credit card fees, which are taxable. We figure those taxes manually. It's a small amount, so it is not a big deal to do, but it is one more step to take to pay accurate taxes.

Working with Tripworks is easy, efficient and hassle free. Whenever we have a need or question, it is handled in a timely manner (faster than I would expect) and they always make sure to let you know they are there to help.
Pros: Customer support is "On It!" and super helpful. As we set up our system they are ever present to assist and guide you in best practices.
Cons: Updated UI was not necessarily an "improvement". The new interface, while "looking prettier" means more scrolling to find what you need.

excellent customer service, easy to use software
Pros: They were quick to respond to my requests and they were fast and accurate with a solution
Cons: nothing I can think of at this time but will give it some thought

Overall it has been a positive experience for our business!
Pros: The Tripworks team is wonderful about getting back to our business in a timely manner, always assists us with our questions or concerns; providing quick solutions each time.
Cons: Sometimes it glitches out and the screen goes blank at random times.

Easy to use and great customer service. Very helpful and patient.
Pros: Great customer service. I like the flexibility with commissions and no subscription fees. I also like that they are constantly updating the technology.
Cons: Sometimes the booking fees can turn off the customer from booking.

Great customer service and product, easy for customers to book.
Pros: Able to use in field and at office. Integrated system.
Cons: Some things about it are illogical. The fees are a lot too.

Summer M. · Art Instructor and Assistant · Arts and Crafts · August 19, 2024
Pros: what we like most about tripworks is its ease of use
Cons: certain customer service representatives, others are exceptional
Connor W. · Manager of Tour Operations · Hospitality · April 23, 2024
Pros: TripWorks' best feature is its top client service. The set up was a breeze with Tripwork's team, we had two calls to customize their platform according to our specific products and needs. Afterwards, a dedicated account manager is assigned to you so that you can email or set up calls for any follow-up questions (which I have generously used). Besides client service, the platform did solve many of the issues we had been struggling with such as having multiple resellers and integrating all of the bookings into one calendar.
Cons: There isn't much to complain about Tripworks. The main issue is that it has so many features that it takes a while to properly get to know the platform and everything that it can do. I have been stumped a couple of times on how to proceed, but TripWorks' team have been quick to reply to my emails or get on a call to help me out.
Mauricio D. · Business Director · Leisure, Travel & Tourism · April 22, 2024
Pros: The ease of reserving groups who need reservations
Cons: Sometimes it goes down for a bit and could make it hard to use
Eric D. · Hatchet Throwing Coach · Environmental Services · April 19, 2024
I've had a great experience! I haven't had any major issues, and when questions arose, the customer service took care of them quickly.
Pros: TripWorks is a modern and easy-to-use system with superb customer service and a platform that will make it easy for my customers to book tours and for me to manage those tours. They have been very thoughtful in what features they've prioritized and have made it their mission to help tour companies like me increase bookings through an intuitive platform.
Cons: I wish there was a "waitlist" option embedded in the system that other platforms have.
CHRISTIAN H. · Founder and Owner · Transportation/Trucking/Railroad · April 2, 2024
No problems and works well for our company
Pros: It is user friendly and works great. Have not had any issues while using.
Cons: I haven't really had any issues while using yet.

I'm pretty satisfied for you service guys, thank you!
Pros: Their customer service is in real time 24/7 real helpful for issues coming.
Cons: Not at all, everything's been good. I just would like to have the booking experience in other languages for the user, as spanish.

We decided on Tripworks after a very length research process into other options. While we were initially understanding that no system is perfect, over time, we’ve found that the cons seem to be stacking up. Constant issues, slow loading, and feeling unsupported are leading us to question whether we made the right call. We will keep working with them since we’ve put a huge amount of work into setting up and using this system, but it is disappointing to feel like we aren’t getting what was advertised. We regularly feel like we’re fighting the system, when the goal of this type of software is to make our lives easier. We are intending to give them a chance to resolve these issues, but are strongly considering exploring other options.
Pros: A clean, good-looking system with a simple booking flow. Great options for dynamic pricing, as well as offering different pricing to resellers. Flexibility to manage bookings, including the ability to manually adjust ticket prices or comp tickets, makes it much less rigid than other systems.
Cons: $7b

Overall I enjoy Tripworks much better than Peek Pro or Fareharbor. I especially love the ease to set up affiliate company's to handle third party bookings.
Pros: The setup of our tour options, vouchers and gift card options are extremely easy. The dedicated customer service with an actual account manager that i can talk to when I have an issue is one of top features I love. The payment processing is fast and the flexibility to modify features is top notch.
Cons: I wish customers had a way to cancel tours and request refunds themselves so we didn't have to stop and manually cancel the reservation. It just takes time out of my admin team's day to do this. Also, when a reservation is cancelled or a draft is removed, I would be great if it didn't show up as just deleted, it would be much better if it showed up in the sales screen as actually cancelled. It just crowds the sales screen when multiple of the same activity for the same person shows up as a draft or deleted. Lastly, Tripworks would be elite if they set up a way to automatically pay out commissions for bookings through affiliate partners instead of my accounting team having to manually calculate and pay out commissions.

Love my representative and the help we get!
Pros: The price and the way you can use it. There are so many options to customize to your company.
Cons: Nothing. Tripworks is awesome and works well.

Pros: We had multiple software be unable to handle our needs in the past. Tripworks has been by far the best. When my problems are escalated to a higher up person, they get handled. [sensitive content hidden], is excellent at her job, both in her knowledge of the software and how she handles customer service, especially angry customers. Whoever the higher ups in this company are, they are so lucky to have her and from what I've seen, if she leaves, they are screwed.
Cons: They need to up their game in regards to Point of sale and customer service. Recently, it appears that they've had an irregularly high degree of turnover and it is affecting the customer service experience. In the past at least on weekdays, I was getting someone who really knew the software. I anticipated the weekend person would be less knowledgeable. Lately, I feel as if I am getting a novice whenever I call and they are reading off of a script. I quite often have to wait days to get a problem resolved.

5 out of 5 stars.
Pros: I'm low tech and high touch in business. T W makes it easy for me to be a tour operator.
Cons: There isn't anything I don't like about Tripworks. However, one thing comes to mind: NETWORK from young to old. This the foundation of business. Let us know what the where, when and the budget to attend a TW company partner meeting. We'll be there to meet the T W team, other partners to collaborate.Get your people out of their remote offices and meet their clients in person.

I have nothing but good things to say about tripworks. I own a small kayaking company and made the huge leap from hand booking to online booking. I was initially very nervous about it but after the free trial those nerves left and I’m forever grateful for the tripworks staffs hard work to insure a seamless booking process. We have very high standards of excellence for our guests experience and tripworks helps us keeps those standards during their booking process. I would recommend this to anyone for any online booking!
Pros: I love how quick the team is to any questions or issues I’ve had. Management of my booking is incredibly easy and when I get stuck the have a very well written help section with step by step information.
Cons: I have no complaints, any time something has come up the team works quickly to help. They check in often to make sure everything is good with my bookings and overall experience and I’ve even see them testing draft bookings from time to time.

We’ve been using tripworks for a week now and it’s already generated larger ticket sales for us! It’s great to give customers options and make it really easy to use!
Pros: Eaasiness of booking for customers. Easy for my employees to learn. Great insights on customers and how they found out all out our company.
Cons: Stripe. Wish it was compatible with square up.
Danny P. · Owner · Recreational Facilities and Services · April 19, 2023
Pros: Love it is a product easy to use and that in case any feature is not available, the team work to make it happen since they understand our business. Also the customer service is the best, big fan of [sensitive content hidden] that always is there to assist and answer any question.
Cons: That there are still features missing but I know the IT team are working on that.
Fernanda D. · Director of Operations and Customer Service · Hospitality · April 14, 2023
The initial contact made a great impression: easy going, with no aggresive marketing. On all other platforms we used in the past, once we were all open running, the support became wague and hard to reach. With TripWorks the support is still here, ready to help.
Pros: Everything we needed comes in one packet. That includes our rather complicated layout of various activities, equipment, timeslots etc. They made it all work seamlessly! We tried three booking systems in two years. TripWorks is the first which comes with waivers that our customers find easy to sign. No more hanging around at the check-in with paperwork. Nearly 100% of waivers are now signed online. Result!Very easy to implement on your website.
Cons: The system is very comprehensive. It can do virtually anything, but that comes with a price. It is not easy to set up. Being computer savvy and patient, I managed most of it but got stuck on configuring resources. The team was very helpful and we had my complicated layout all fully tested and ready within a week.Integration with Google calendar isn't working.
Wojciech W. · All of it · Leisure, Travel & Tourism · March 15, 2023
Pros: The TripWorks app is really easy to use. Once you set up your listing, guests can reserve on the app or via email, text messages or even Facebook.I've used TripWorks for over 6 monts as the exclusive service provider for my hotel. TripWorks has been a great source of income for me, and I really like being able to give my guests the choice between booking via the app or through my website. This app has been very successful for me.
Cons: If you are a traveler or tour operator, you should definitely give it a try. In general, I was very pleased with the ease of use it provided and I did not have any problems.
