Pros: TrainingToday provides ready-to-launch training resources that cover the hazards associated with the topics and provides that info in easy to understand language.

Cons: At this time I have no issues with the software. The topics are clear, and the material is relevant.

Cons: While Training Today performs well in most areas, minor improvements could make the platform even better. Expanding real-time interaction tools like live chat or video sessions could enhance engagement between students and instructors.

Pros: Easy to use website and easy way to track progress. Good selection of courses. Customer Service are always helpful. Cost is a great value, it is less than our payroll company has to offer.

Cons: It is not intergraded with our payroll software. We have been using this site for several years and I cannot think of any other cons.

Pros: I appreciate that TrainingToday allows me to create customized learning paths, track employee completion, and send automated reminders. These features help streamline our compliance training process and ensure employees stay on schedule.

Cons: Currently, I only have access to one video, which limits the range and depth of training I can offer to employees.

Pros: The number of courses offered is a huge advantage. I'm able to get everything my employees need in one platform

Cons: I'm not a fan of the new format for selecting courses. They changed it a while back, and it's no longer as straightforward to browse through courses.

Pros: Training Today offers self managed training for employers to meet local, State, and Federal regulations. It allows us to customize the training and give our employees the best experience.

Cons: The flow of the website is confusing at times making it hard to track courses taken vs. courses that are needed to be completed.

Pros: Great platform for a variety of training

Cons: The glitches that dont get fixed quickly and is hard to reach a customer support person

Pros: That it provides both online and ILT courses. I'm able to easily group my employees by "positions" making it so much easier to issue all of them their specific training by their group.

Cons: I think the only con I'd have to say is the fact that when I issue online training, it doesnt notify me when they complete their training. I would need to go onto the website search their name or the course to see if they even started.

Pros: The test your knowledge modules forces engagement and easy to use computer-based training

Cons: Some training is not detailed enough for covering the topic The now module is more cumbersome then the older module

Pros: I love the variety of courses. There are so many courses you can choose from.

Cons: The admin portal: Running reports used to be easy now it is a little more difficult.

Pros: Ease of use and easy to figure out how to navigate without a how to guide. I like the ability to create our own courses.

Cons: The only thing that is a little tricky is reporting without running a report. I wish there was a button I can click to see all recent completed training like we were able to in the old system.

Pros: testing happens all in one place, admin and personal login.

Cons: It is confusing to navigate for myself and employees. Login information times out and the message is confusing.

Pros: The platform is easy to use and navigate.

Cons: The choice of the courses are fully cover for what we need.

Cons: No significant drawbacks: I really like the platform and the training path I created for my team.

Pros: We switched over the BLR and received our Scorm files quickly. They are affordable and cover the required content we need.

Pros: It was the right length of time, clear and concise, to the point, with very good case studies and beautiful imaging.

Cons: I thought one of the questions asked in learning check provided the wrong answer. The question was: "Would management have been required to handle the situation differently if it involved a woman who had to listen to the exploits of men in the office?

Cons: The help desk is not helpful. Wont allow me to set up annual refresher training, cannot get help from anyone. Cannot access my own courses to update, that were migrated in from the old BLR system. The system is not user friendly.

Pros: thorough. but No Certificate, no reason, no button to fix this.

Cons: No certificate - even tho course says completed.
