Pros: It's free for nonprofits, intuitive interface, and has a modern design aesthetic in the auction functionality.

Cons: There's not as much layout customization but it's free, so that's to be expected.

Pros: Its easy to set up and navigate. And the Support is great.

Cons: I wish there was a way of taking all number of chances and creating a random numbered list to print out.

Pros: BetterWorld is easy to use and the customer service is excellent!

Cons: I haven't really found anything that I didn't like about using BetterWorld.

Pros: I love that it is pretty simple to set up and get started. I love how easy it is to collect payments. I love that it is free for my nonprofit to use and I can navigate it pretty well!

Cons: Some features I have trouble with such as accidentally duplicating an event and then I’m stuck with it. I can’t figure out how to delete it. Some of our guests have had trouble signing up for events if they’re using their phone.

Pros: Betterworld.org is an amazing platform that supports my charity's fundraising efforts. I can create events, sell tickets, track sales, and collect donor information for future events! I can create fundraising campaigns and online auctions/raffles. There are multiple uses for this site and it makes fundraising a breeze!

Cons: The only con is getting to the "Dashboard" from the home page. Sometimes the Dashboard icon isn't always visible even though I'm logged in. Completely minor problem!

Pros: The price. We are a small nonprofit a platform with a large fee would eat up the proceeds.

Cons: It's challenging to get the photos to look good with the restraints.

Pros: Really easy to use. Can streamline everything

Cons: Haven't been able to figure out how to do a 50/50 raffle

Pros: The customer service is excellent--whenever I had a question I could get a prompt reply. I like that it's free for us to use. As a 100% volunteer non-profit we have to really watch our finances. The ease of use. We've used several of the fundraiser/donation applications and they were easy to set up and run.

Cons: Some technical set-up issues could be easier, like being able to add several photos at once in the auction and wish there was a way to send personalized emails from us to the bidders. Also, there is no way to add on mailing costs to the final bill without sending out a separate invoices to the winning bidders. This took too much time and delay so we just eat the shipping costs.

Pros: Everything about BetterWorld is a plus! I can do whatever I need to accomplish the goals of our nonprofit. They are very welcoming to suggestions and try to fulfill them.

Cons: There is nothing negative about BetterWorld.

Pros: The tools available for non-profits at no charge are amazing. The concierge service to set up a campaign was a charge but well worth the investment for our first big fundraiser - now we are equipped for future success as well as our recent amazing results!

Cons: Navigating through the costs is a bit confusing as you look at campaign totals

Pros: It's a breeze to set up, ticketing and check-in went very smoothly. I have used the silent auction features with another organization and those work very well.

Cons: Live Auction was a little bit complicated, we wanted to be able to connect our ticketed event to a Live Auction number at check-in, but that didn't work. We love this platform, so we found a workaround using the QR code on every table -- but might be a nice feature to consider: adding a PaddleRaise number at check-in, exporting the guest list data into a PaddleRaise campaign and maintaining the number assigned at check-in. Then, when a live raise happens, helpers could add amounts to each bidder and send them a notification to their phones to check-out.

Pros: Beautiful platform and many option and fabulous staff and customer service

Cons: I really don’t have any negatives here -

Pros: I love how easy it is to use. Easy set up And easy to get around in the whole system

Cons: That you can’t change the price of an item and that there is a way for people to get free chances.

Pros: It's super easy to use as a first timer. I like that you can edit things so many times.

Cons: I wish there were space to add more photos or videos of giveaways and prizes

Pros: It free, seems like it works like most software except locking donors into fees.

Cons: Passes on cost to donors. It’s hard to opt out of the 10% for donors. Kinda like a bait and switch.

Pros: Easy to use, great job of showcasing the items!

Cons: Interfacing with the website on a mobile phone was very good but maybe could have been a bit more responsive and intuitive.

Pros: The ease of setting up the account and auction

Cons: it would be helpful to be able to more easily change the size of the QR Code.

Pros: The staff are very knowledgeable on all the aspects of the software and how to apply them to our specific events. The software itself covers every conceivable subset of running a large-scale auction and fundraising event or program.

Cons: Nothing comes to mind. The early set up took a few tries but ultimately it worked out perfect.

Pros: User friendly. great customer service, low fees

Cons: Our auction ended on a Sunday outside of BetterWorlds hours. We had an issue with a bidder making a mistake. His mistake could not be retracked because BetterWorld was closed, so that kind of messed up the auction item.

Pros: BetterWorld has made creating, managing, and sharing our fundraising activities with club members and on social media a breeze. The set-up is super simple and the customer support is top notch.

Cons: The system defaults to donating a high percentage of contributions to help BetterWorld offset their cost of doing business.

Pros: The security and reliability of BetterWorld and the critically important sense of it's well-crafted and maintained site, program, and administration, gave me confidence to use it as the backbone of our fundraising efforts of our nonprofit.

Cons: There was nothing I did not like about it. It worked well. It was flexible. Support request or addressed properly.

Pros: We love being able to host giveaways digitally, without the need to manually enter tickets Customer service is top notch and very fast in responding to concerns

Cons: So far nothing! We love using BetterWorld!
