We have been using Toogo for eight years for sales projects, customer quotes, logistics, and travel documents. The tool is regularly updated based on requests from other agencies.
Pros: Toogo also listens to our specific requests based on our particular needs and adapts quickly to resolve our constraints.
Cons: Sometimes there are a few settings missing to use the feature to its full potential, but Toogo is responding and trying to improve the screen so that agencies will use it.

Pros: At Terra Australia, we have been using Toogo for several years to design and manage our tailor-made itineraries. It is a highly comprehensive and flexible platform, perfectly suited to the needs of an inbound agency specialising in customised travel. The interface allows us to efficiently manage itineraries, pricing, client communication and travel documentation, while ensuring excellent reliability. The technical support team is always responsive, helpful and genuinely service-oriented. A trusted partner at the very heart of our daily operations.
Cons: Learning curve: the platform is very comprehensive, but this means it can be challenging to master at first and requires proper training. Limited external integrations: connections with other tools (Siteminder, channel managers, external CRMs…) are still limited compared to newer platforms.

Using Toogo since about 3 years now and I don't see myself using another software. This is all what I needed
Pros: Easy to use, very well thought out, very responsive and attentive team. I think its all perfect but i'm impressed how they still improve it!! Thanks to the customer support!
Cons: Nothing, all great! I never had any issue except some question and the customer support is always there when needed.

Nous sommes un réceptif au Mexique, équipe de 15 personnes. Le logiciel est en 3 langues, parfait pour nos équipes franco, hispano et anglophone. Cela gère aussi plusieurs devises.
Pros: ERP qui gère de A à Z notre réceptif au Mexique : des premiers leads jusqu'au paiement de prestataires en passant par la construction des devis, gestion des opérations, statistiques, automatisation, intégration de l'IA. Une équipe de techniciens issus du monde des dmc et qui est à l'écoute de ses utilisateurs.
Cons: Nécessite d'avoir toujours internet, une implémentation assez longue et y consacré du temps avec une personne en interne dédié à la solution.

Pros: Toogo has been developed for Terra DMC team, so the app is quite complete to create quotes and organize logistics. They have though a lot of possible scenarios on how a service can be offered and costed, how to add exceptions and how to save time on repetitive tasks. Toogo team has a very supporting onboarding team
Cons: It's not that intuitive, you really need to spend sometime trying to get used to the workflow. The fields are not auto descriptive. For operations in several countries and for several languages, gets very expensive. I would say that is more DMC oriented than for wholesalers tour operators.

Toogo makes my life much easier, it takes less than 5 minutes to create a clean and greatly designed quotation. The translation tool is very handy for the different markets I work with and I love the finance & reporting tools which are ley to my role.
Pros: Once you get familiar with the system, TOOGO is easy to use Fast quotations and trips building Great design templates Amazing support and training Flexibility on products blocks and day to day itinerary Pricing Management & Reporting, great for yield management Geo-localization map
Cons: A bit overwhelming at first, there is a learning curve but well worth it.

Pros: From my perspective, I can confidently say that this tool is highly effective and we utilize it to its fullest potential! One aspect that I particularly appreciate is the itinerary sharing feature with our clients. It not only provides detailed information about the program, but also includes short videos showcasing the country's main attractions, which encourages clients to visit us! When creating a B2B proposal, the itinerary can be easily edited! This allows for the same link to be shared with the final client. And the best part? The rates and other details can be modified by the client to fit the needs of the traveler. It also offers the ability to use dual branding or just the client’s branding as preferred.
Cons: If according to my needs I am editing a long itinerary in Toogo, and if for any reason the internet of my computer stops functioning and I was not able to save the itinerary with the changes.. I have to start with the edition all over again, since it does not save the changes automatically. Or If I want to add a service on the trip builder.. I need also to edit again the information that was edited before on the itinerary.

For now, Toogo is better than Tourplan ;)
Pros: I used to work with Tourplan during several but I have to say that Toogo is by far intuitive, more easier to use with much more possibilities - especially when a booking is confirmed. It offers so many options that you just have to pick what you need. Fantastic job with the quotes tool - not just a quote but a virtual book full of tantalizing images making the sales process, effortless. And many more easy usefull tools.
Cons: Some aspects of the trip builder should also be improved such as putting the "parameters of the quote" as the very first step of the builder - this would determine the exact number of pax and how programs should be parametered at first. Would also suggest to add the dates of birth as mandatory field for kids/teens. Accordingly, Toogo should consider the child policy of the provider, not the default settings.

Pros: It appears to be a very complete software. It covers everything from trip building through to CRM and finance. Whilst there is a lot to learn and get your head around, once you've done so, the program looks like it will be a big help. For proposals and quotations it is visually slick and seems to be ever improving.
Cons: When pricing up, the costs and numbers section isn't easy to read. There is only a "price per person" option and no "total price per service". This makes it difficult to quickly read and check costs and prices.

Currenty it is fine. I save a lot of time creating quotes. I am not yet very comfortable with travel books and vouchers but I hope it will also save me time
Pros: The efficiency of being able to make quotes quickly.
Cons: Customize the travelbook, vouchers, etc... not easy to customize as we like.

Pros: With Toogo you can have your activity updated all the time, it is very easy to use, it meets all my organization needs and saves me a lot of time... You can make a professional quotation and all travel documents...honestly it is much more than I expected!
Cons: I really don't have anything I like less ... maybe that the different words are not always translated correctly in my language (Italian) but the support team is always ready to help you, so it's not a real problem .

I can now build itineraries in under 5 minutes and provide a platform for other people to work within our company. Our previous design made it near impossible for an agent to work with us. We are now able to manage all our sales projects in on place and have less and less need for storing mass amounts of files. Training was over 8 weeks and ongoing support has been great - I believe there are updates on the way and see minor changes here and there so the software is constantly being worked on and updated. Special mention to rep. who has been nothing short of excellent in helping us implement this great bit of tech.
Pros: How in depth the options are within individual products Both online and downloadable itineraries Interactive map functionality
Cons: No current access to mapbox API however this is been developed on our behalf.

Really great, with TooGo we've been able to shorten drastically our trip creation and booking management process. It takes some time to get used to it, but then it's really easy to use.
Pros: We only do tailor-made trips that used to take a lot of time to write, quote, book and then to get all the documents ready for the travellers. With TooGo, the whole process is done in less than 1h!
Cons: The too many names that create some confusion: prospects, host, project, group...

Pros: I tried Toogo and it saved me a lot of time, it's a great tool to get work done more efficient and to avoid mistakes. I have chosen to use anotherprogram but I would definetely recommend this one too.
Cons: Takes time to get into it and understand all functions, but probably in most new systems it is. In the end it's worth it and it saves you time in the longrun.
