Pros: Itilite helps us make online travel bookings in an efficient manner. There are plenty of listings to choose from which provides flexibility. The approval flow is completely automated and we also get to know the real time status updates on the booking requests. The customer support team is also easily reachable.

Cons: Itilite can work a lot on the user experience and user interface. Navigating through the ongoing and previous bookings is a bit tedious. The page load time is also a bit high.

Pros: the software is very good to use and very smooth tools to Reiumbursement

Pros: User Friendly. Easy to understand for new user.

Cons: 1. Booking difficulties i.e. issues faced for seat selection at the time of booking.2. Creating multiple trips for the same route multiple times.

Pros: Creating travel plan and getting approval is very easy. Support of Itilite has been really fantastic.

Cons: Less Hotel Option and Train booking have been very slow. Most of the time the ticket went un available till the revert from your team

Cons: Difficult to make edits after the trip is created. Though the support team is very helpful in this case

Pros: It takes lot of time in showing available options for flight and hotels for booking and even after booking it takes lot of time to get the vouchers of flight and hotels. Sometimes not receiving the vouchers for booked hotels . Secondly the pricing of flights and hotels looks higher than other online portals.

Cons: The avaliability of Hotel is not checked and updated on a real time or near about real time basis. Which leads to the Delay in hotel booking and not getting the requesed or prefred hotels/accomodations.
