My overall experience with Routespring has been very positive. It's a reliable platform that makes handling company travel much less of a headache, offering good value and excellent customer support when needed
Pros: The ease of use and streamlined travel booking process are fantastic. It genuinely simplifies managing business trips.
Cons: While generally great, the expense management features could be a bit more intuitive for quick reconciliation.

At the beginning I couldn't figure it out but then got the hang of it and it became more useful as I learned.
Pros: I liked most the integration with my databases. That was mainly the reason for my liking Routespring
Cons: I really don't have any complaints about Routespring. I think it is pretty effective and very easy to use.

Pros: I really love this company , it came with its A game right off the bat. The response time is impeccable and they handle it very efficiently
Cons: The only issue I ran into was the check in at the hotel. There was a misunderstanding about having to card to them when we got there or not

In general, the platform meets all demands, with ease and practicality, in a simple way
Pros: I liked most was the practicality of using the platform, as well as the various options to better organize a trip
Cons: rigid development plan with no possibility of stops that are not in the program

Having all my past and upcoming bookings in one place makes it effortless to reference details when I need them.
Pros: It stores my passport details securely, meaning one less thing to remember when filling out booking forms.
Cons: A visual itinerary builder with a drag-and-drop interface would make planning complex trips more intuitive and fun.

Pros: It's easy to book and the support is top-notch!
Cons: Does not automatically place my travel on my Mac and there is rail travel
Meacie F. · Strategy Director · Higher Education · February 2, 2023
Pros: The software allows you to manage all of your travel in one place with excellent customer service. I've utilized huge enterprise travel management platforms with white glove specialty services that don't compare to the service we've seen from the Routespring team!
Cons: The only con is the same con I have for all travel software in that sometimes it can be overwhelming with options.

They were very responsive and accommodation when I needed to change to a different time/ day
Pros: Easy to use. I could see the cost of flight, and request changes.
Cons: Nothing. It was easy to navigate and use.

Lack of choices and times of air travel showing up on the website when I attempt to book the flight.
Pros: The ease of booking flights and the notification process to let me know that my travel arrangements have been completed.
Cons: There are many more flights and times available by going directly to the airline websites that work better for me. Your platform only shows several times and flights from an airline. Many times, I have had to go onto the airline website directly and make the reservation because I knew another flight time was available that your website was not showing.

Pros: What I love most is the customer service, they were really responsive
Cons: Worked just fine for me, no problems. All the booking and trip information I needed.

We have gained hours of capacity by implementing routespring by automating the manual intricacies of flight booking.
Pros: Constant system support while setting up, vested interest in improving platform for our needs and weekly check-ins to ensure we are getting what we need.
Cons: Ability to directly import flight expenses into MS dynamics

Pros: This 24 hour travel booking software saved our company so much time with booking! We are able to easily book hotels, rental cars, and one way and round trip flights on one dashboard. All of our expenses are in one place and we are saving so much money on cancelled flights with the travel credit option
Cons: I dislike that some flights that are available on the website airline don't show up on the routespring options

Pros: The ease of use when it comes to putting in frequent flyer numbers and known travel numbers makes it so I don’t have to worry about remembering to put them in every flight as well as seat preferences. Real time alerts on booking and flight delays is very convenient.
Cons: No major issues with the software that didn’t turn out to be user error.
Tanner R. · Firefighter type-2 · Insurance · November 8, 2022

Pros: I like the user-friendly interface and the ease of booking travel
Cons: I don't have enough experience using this to have a con.

Pros: The software is very easy to use and it's wonderful to book travel all in one place instead of dealing with receipts and reimbursement. We had a credit line and a credit card on our account to ensure those booking were covered. It has every report you'd ever need to pull, and three different ways to export them. The dashboard is very helpful to check in the morning as well to see where you are at within your budget and who has booked/still needs to book.
Cons: It wasn't super intuitive where to go once you created your account to start booking. It is also definitely made for companies. When our Conference guests were booking tickets for themselves and their spouse together, they had to find their spouse's name under "employee" - this was absolutely no big deal, but would have been nice if it was customizable.

It has been great. There were features implemented to meet our needs and Anup is a great problem solver to meet the customer needs.
Pros: The software meets the needs without being overly complicated and is easy to use. Some other platforms we tested had fancy features that complicated the booking and ended up causing errors
Cons: Sometimes options are not found, but customer service is always able to resolve.... but you don't always want to reach out to customer service

Routespring helps me book all my travel without using my cards for payment
Pros: Ever since my company started using Routespring, I don't have to bother about using my personal credit card for booking travel. All my travel - flights, hotels, cars - is booked through my company's central billing method. That's so convenient!
Cons: I lose the opportunity to earn cash back or travel rewards, but at least I don't have to wait for my company to reimburse my travel expenses.

Overall, it is a great user-friendly app with added benefit of excellent travel support. I don't have to spend too much time in booking travel or managing changes & cancellations.
Pros: All my preferences are maintained in the app, which makes it easy to screen through multiple options with my preferences. Also the travel support is extremely helpful in managing changes & cancellations.
Cons: I have had nice experience so far and they are very quick in making any necessary improvements when we share feedback. So I can't think of anything really.

The savings in admin effort is tremendous for us. As we grew over the last few months, it was becoming tedious for someone from accounting department to book travel for the team. The simple central billing feature has helped us a lot.
Pros: The central billing feature comes very handy for us. Our travelers don't have to pay anything out of pocket, which means our accounting department don't have to spend any time in processing reimbursements.
Cons: From an accounting perspective, I'd like to suggest the team to have more dynamic reports. It will make reconciliation process a little easier. Overall, I don't have any complaints.

With Routespring, it is easy to manage my business travel and get support when my travel doesn’t go as planned.
Pros: I’m glad my company decided to move ahead with RouteSpring. It’s just so easy to use and the support is really good. I’d definitely recommend to use them for managing travel.
Cons: Nothing in specific that I dislike. Everything looks good. Only thing I can suggest is that car rental search could be improved.
Thomas S. · Consultant · Information Technology and Services · January 18, 2022
Pros: It was very easy to get started with Routespring. There were no unneccessary phone calls or demos. I quickly setup the policy and invited users, and they were able to book travel immediately.
Cons: Since we have been using Routespring, they have added several new features. When we first started with them, there was not an option to book travel for a teammate. Routespring quickly added this feature which was important and useful to our Company.
