Pros: Manatal is very user-friendly and easy to set up. The interface is clean, and the learning curve is minimal compared to other ATS platforms. The LinkedIn integration and candidate enrichment features are excellent for sourcing. Collaboration tools like notes and pipeline stages make team communication smooth. Plus, the pricing is very competitive for the features you get.

Cons: Reporting and analytics are basic compared to enterprise-level ATS systems. Customization options for workflows and dashboards could be more flexible. The mobile experience works but could be more polished for heavy use.

Pros: As a Recruitment Operations Support at JB Hired, I use Manatal regularly to check and update our candidate pipeline. The software runs smoothly with very few bugs, and managing the pipeline is straightforward. It's also easy to integrate with platforms we use daily, like LinkedIn. Last but least, the customer is there whenever you need it.

Cons: There’s a built-in refresh button, but I find using the browser’s refresh more intuitive. So whenever I import a candidate from LinkedIn, I have to click the refresh button to reflect the current state.

Pros: It is very responsive, comfortable platform and a real time saver and a very effective tracking software.

Cons: It is a bit difficult to use for the smaller companies. It would be great if customization options could be added.

Pros: The Kanban view makes candidate management so seamless! Great job board integration, I seldom have to source because of the quality applicants I receive. Their pricing is very fair.

Cons: I can't retrieve archived jobs, once archived they are gone forever. The process for posting promoted job ads is just too cumbersome.

Pros: Very inexpensive for what you receive in comparison to other ATS products.

Cons: I wouldn't say I like their resume parsing, social media enrichment tool, or resume scoring. When they parse the name, they do the full name and do not separate first from last. You have to do that manually. If you send an email to a candidate, it will say; Hi, first and last name. I've asked for the fix over and over, and you would think it would be easy to resolve. Also, the interface itself is bland. I know you get what you pay for, but many other ATS systems have a much better interface and are more intuitive.

Cons: Apparently, it is only 1 guy taking action on this company. The technical support is unknown. We tried to move a JSON file and they have bad technical support. We have a 4000 candidates database but apparently, the JSON file exportation is not compatible with the standard structure [sensitive content hidden] So if you are planning to move your data don't do it.

Cons: You cannot use this system without support. it won't work and you cannot figure it out on your own. They have NO support, and you cannot get any help with the issue to get you going. I had the 14-day trial, and I uploaded my clients that came out wrong and I need help fixing the issue. 9 days went by with NO solution all just a " thanks for your patience we will get back to you:

Pros: Este software es bastante bueno para seleccionar a los candidatos de una empresa, ya que al estar la aplicación basada en la nube, facilita a las personas interesadas en los puestos de trabajo ofrecidos ver los todos los portales de empleo que hay, adjuntar su currículum y recibir más candidaturas. Pros: The custom job pipeline feature is great. We can create unlimited pipelines and recruitment stages in a few clicks. Our hiring process for each job is a bit different because the positions we are recruiting for, vary from one industry to another between entry-level, intermediate, to executive-level jobs. So, being able to have full customization control is a blessing for us.

Cons: Even if a candidate has been archived, I'd like to be able to find them using the search bar. Unfortunately, I can't do that right now; in order to find that candidate, I need to unarchive them first.

Pros: Manatal has a great range of functions that help our team figure out the best channels to use to hire a new employee in our company is. This software also used to take us hours to make monthly reports on things like best time to hire. We can now make those reports with just a few clicks. Overall, Manatal is an easy to use tool that helps our team get things done faster and better.

Cons: Manatal is a dashboard widget and a dashboard app that shows you your emails, calendar events, and folders. In the case of the widget, it can be placed on your home screen and gives you access to your emails when you need them. It would be excellent to have a greater variety of dashboard widgets, such as a view of the most recent emails in the inbox.

Pros: It is a great software that has helped me a lot in the recruitment processes. It has a user-friendly interface.

Cons: Searching the site is very difficult. Finding keywords is difficult.

Pros: The design of the candidate profiles as well as the job pipeline are both presented in a slick and clean design. It's easy to see how many candidates I have for each position, drag and drop place them in any order I like. All in all, it's excellent for what I needed to use to streamline my recruitment efforts.

Cons: It was my concern that only one scorecard can be made for the candidate like in other solutions but it turns out that in Manatal we can create different scorecards for different roles.

Pros: Helped us do more in less time. Improve our collaborative workflows a great deal compared to the solution we previously used, and includes a CRM so we can now keep all client and candidate info in one platform. It has a fantastic user interface, this says a lot as I am really not tech savvy.

Cons: Scorecards would be a great addition to Manatal. It will be beneficial to us and our clients to better collaboratively assess candidates and centralize feedbacks.

Pros: It's great that whenever you need assistance, you can call and speak with a real person. The constant updates and video explainers of the features are really useful. The user interface is well-designed and easy to grasp. We had no trouble sending our openings to multiple job boards and receiving applications.

Cons: We would love to see scorecards added to Manatal.

Pros: There are a lot of features which are really helpful in job posting, recruiting and applicant tracking. There is also a feature wherein you can directly email the applicants in each stage of their application (there's a template which can be edited). The price is affordable and is worth for all the features I used.

Cons: The reporting is the least feature I like about this software as it does not really show the analytics I am looking for. But it shows the basic data. For what it's worth, I seldom use it.

Pros: The prices are quite reasonable compared to other options, but the quality of the software and support is top-notch. The feature we use the most is posting to various job boards, not only in one country but all over the world. It's amazing what can be done with this ATS. Additionally, it is possible to easily find old candidates through various search functions and AI.

Cons: I wish they were offering more than 1000 free credits per month to run mass marketing campaigns as we have a pretty large candidate pool to engage with.

Pros: With Manatal, I was up and running in a few hours. It was a breeze to migrate our existing candidate database and integrate with our Gmail accounts to have everything synced up. Our career page was also customized and operational in under an hour. Our team loves the software’s ease of use.

Cons: We’re looking forward to an update that would allow us to text message candidates directly from the platform.
